Nice people and good donut shop. I love that it tastes homemade. First thing I did when I was in town was to stop by here.

I made a special trip with my son specifically to try these donuts, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite being first in line, our simple order for two donuts was pushed aside while the cashier served others who came after us. When our turn finally came, the donuts were pulled straight from a refrigerator?no greeting, no explanation, just handed over and rushed out. We went twice and both times we had a great experience! This place is the perfect example of why you should choose to eat local. The manager was super nice and talked to us the whole time we waited for our order which was six breakfast sandwiches and when the sandwiches were ready the cook himself brought them up to us and they were phenomenal! I would much rather go here than a Dunkin? Donuts or any other fast food breakfast place.

Dropped in for a quick breakfast to take back to the Airbnb. I personally had a regular glazed donut- only because they really don?t have a lot of variety. The donut was just ok. It was dry. It was also very dense, which isn?t a big deal except for it being so dry. I needed to take a drink pretty much after every bite.

This place is a definite stop if you?re in the area! The doughnuts were delicious and they had many flavors to choose from. The staff/owner was amazing in accommodating my husbands breakfast order, making it dairy free. We appreciated the small town feel and excellent service.

Such a fun spot in White Stone! It is a prime location and very cute on the inside as well as plenty of seating outside! The donuts were good. Donuts are delicious, breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the coffee too! Every time I go in the employees are so sweet! Outdoor seating if you bring the dogs. Vegetarian breakfast options as well :) Donuts in my picture are lemon cream, strawberry shortcake, and maple bacon. The lemon cream is probably the best I?ve had since a kid!

Waaaaay too expensive. Just now, I was charged $9.00 for a 10 ounce coffee and one doughnut. I am a big believer in supporting local businesses but there is a limit. Prices for this place shyrocketed after the pandmic and have just lept soaring higher. No more for me.

Very clean and cute shop. Easy parking, plenty of space inside, and tables spaced out. Nice variety of donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. Typically, for us, the plainer the donut, the better. Some of the fancier ones get really heavy and dry.

Appreciated almost everything here! The sausage egg and cheese was unreal. The basic donuts, especially yeast, stood out. Shockingly, the only minus was the premium Samoa.

The coffee was delicious iced and strong for an already hot day! I live for doughnuts! They are my favorite food! This place really focuses and takes care when it comes to icing flavor. So January 28th they closed without warning after scheduling a pickup order with me for the 28th. Well today the manager came through on his word and made up for the goof and I super appreciate it my kids are beyond happy and the doughnuts are just amazing in taste and display!! I hate giving bad reviews. I am sorry to say I am not impressed. I LOVE doughnuts, donuts. How ever you spell them. I went two different times at different times of the day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon, Both time the doughnuts were dry and the frosting was hard and crumbly. I also bought a filled doughnut and there was barely any filling in it. I have not tried anything else on their menu but don?t think I will go back.

I'm a local and visit frequently. I just love the staff, especially Sara and Christian because they've been there so long, know my order and are always so friendly even though they're slammed busy. Today I had my faith restored in Great Customer Service. In today?s world it isn?t that often that you come across a business that understands a problem and works with you. Today I went to Chesapeake Doughnut shop, place an order and went to paid for it and that when panic set in I left my wallet at home. My home is 20 plus miles away. Pre-ordered and paid for three dozen mixed donuts to be picked up at a specific day and time. When I got there it wasn?t ready and it took them a second to find the order. They started placing the most inexpensive, cake doughnut, in the boxes. I let them know that when I ordered and paid, I specifically asked for no plain cake donuts. Those were taken out of the boxes and then correct donuts were then placed in the boxes. I guess there was just no communication there.

Stopped in to try the coffee...the dark roast was pretty good. Tried out one of the donuts but not to my liking...therefore no rating on the food...very friendly staff...the girl who took care of us went out of her way to make sure everything was a great experience.

There were many logistical issues with the kitchen. The coffee, donuts, and food had to cross the entire kitchen to be delivered, these should be by the delivery counter to save time and prevent people running past each other. The person taking orders should also be the one picking the donuts as they know the order being placed as it happens. Great addition to White Stone and Lancaster County Virginia. Bismarck Breakfast Sandwiches are so, so good! They are happy to make a dairy free Sandwich for both breakfast and lunch. The lunch offerings are freshly made and delicious.

The two people who helped my wife were just fantastic. My wife was having an issue with her cell phone and within a matter of minutes the was corrected. The doughnuts are out of this world. The next we are in the area will stopping by to get some more.

Can?t speak of the food. We were excited to try it but we have tried to go several times and they weren?t open during their listed open hours. Lights were on and could see employees in the building but doors were locked. They saw us but didn?t even come to door to explain what they weren?t open.

This place has AMAZING donuts. I can't rave enough about them. It's difficult to find a place that has both cake and yeast donuts. We tried a variety and we're very pleased.

While the location was wonderful, having to watch 4 people doing different jobs and only one person taking orders and filling doughnut boxes was painful. I ordered a medium coffee and a doughnut. It took 14 minutes (according to the receipt) to fill. In the meantime, people that were in line behind me were served dozens of doughnuts. The coffee wasn't great. It tasted watered down or just weak. The doughnut (maple bacon) was cold and chewy. I have not been here before, so this may be the style of doughnuts

I know it says ?Doughnut? but they got me in the door by ?Breakfast? on the sign?although it is not a sit down to order breakfast I have to say that was the best Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich I have ever had! Been here many times for donuts and coffee. Expensive to be sure but a nice treat every once and awhile. But a few days ago my son and I got a couple of breakfast sandwiches (a first for me) and two large coffees. The coffee was good as usual ($5 or so each) but the sandwiches were a disaster. Clearly microwaved....way over microwaved at that. A kind of puddle of bread, cheese and sausage. Disappointing. Guys, for $20 you gotta do better that that.

Homemade style donuts on the Northern Neck in White Stone VA? What's not to love. As you'd expect, early birds get the freshest and biggest selection in the morning. On my second visit I missed out on the Boston cream, but that meant I tried some kind of delicious lemony version I wouldn't have ordered otherwise. OMG! Best lemon curd donuts in the universe! Delicious and not too sweet, but perfect. My favorite as of now, still trying other flavors is the Pistachio honey glazed donut which is reminiscent of a delicious piece of baklava. Pumpkin spice latte is to die for! I had it in soy milk which was amazing. Try it when you are in the neighborhood, it is worth every penny and all organic and locally sourced.

Donuts are okay, people are nice. However, there is never less than a 20 minute wait and upwards of 45 minutes for donuts? that are premade. You might think that ordering through their website would lessen your wait, however, it said every item was out of stock i.e. didn?t work, so no luck that way. If you have a spare hour and don?t mind waiting in the sun or a cramped donut lobby, I say go for it. I was passing through after a meeting on Saturday morning in White Stone and decided to grab some breakfast, my wife had told me about the avocado toast breakfast sandwich that was new but when I stopped in they said it wouldn?t be out until the following weekend, but the kitchen heard me asking about it and decide to fix one so I could try it. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, if your looking for a good breakfast sandwich I strongly suggest trying this one.

Donuts are good but the ?barista? couldn?t take our order, made several mistakes on it, and seemed completely dissociated with us as customers. Maybe because their electronic payment solution doesn?t allow tipping via card or Apple Pay, just a cash tip jar. So my guess is, he was not motivated. I drove way too far out for this. Don?t recommend unless you?re in the area and you can deal with being treated as if you?re interrupting someone?s day.

This place definitely needs some improvements. They wait until after you?ve ordered and paid to tell you they?re out of what you ordered. While the food was good, service was not. I ordered two sandwiches and one came out wrong. Got 15 donuts between our 6 adults and 2 toddlers, as well as a pair of breakfast sandwiches, which were on 'bismarks' aka an unsweetened yeasted donut dough fried to biscuity perfection. The eggs were freshly scrambled and cooked juuuust right, as was the bacon and the sausage (although the bacon is actually just a little more expensive, the sausage is actually significantly larger/more filling). All donuts were quite tasty, even the 'stranger' ones (pistachio ??, lemon cream ??, jelly ??)

Super cute doughnut shop in the center of town serving up delicious treats made with whole ingredients. The Samoa has the perfect cake doughnut texture- soft on the inside and the perfect amount of crisp on the outside, with chocolate and toasted coconut on top you can?t go wrong! The Boston Cream is also a must try with real cream filling they make from scratch ??
