Cheer Donuts, Deli and Grill

I got a dozen, and honestly, I thought the price was a bit high when I first paid. But after tasting them, I think the price is reasonable for the size and quality. The donuts are not too sweet, but fluffy, and large ? just the right balance of flavor. They were soft and still tasted great even the next day. I didn?t even need to heat them up to enjoy them! Definitely worth trying!

1st time customer and I have to say I will be back again and again. My breakfast sandwich was incredible. Personally made by Miss Shirley. On top of great sandwiches the donuts are decadent. Miss Shirley knows her customers personally which makes the atmosphere even better. So glad I stopped in.

I was craving for a good cinnamon roll and donuts and came upon Cheer Donut. Miss Shirley (owner/baker) and her helper, Quin were so friendly taking time to answer all my questions about all the different kinds of donuts and sandwiches. Absolutely come here, I beg of you! They make their donuts and they are absolutely divine! I got a half and half chocolate/regular glazed donut and I am still thinking about how delicious it was. I purchased their London Broil roast beef sandwich, and let me tell you--this is phenomenal. I cannot rave on this place enough! Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Before heading here over the weekend, I read a few reviews both on Google and Yelp. The few ?bad? reviews some left were complaining about how big or thick the donuts are, and that made me chuckle. Only because I don?t see how that is a negative; to me, that reads as a positive! They are in fact big, dense donuts. Amazing old school donut shop! The staff is very friendly and the donuts are some of the best I?ve ever had. And they?re HUGE! Next I?ll have to try the lunch/deli items. I imagine all of their baked goods are equally as good as the donuts. Definitely worth trying and I will be back!

Cheer Donuts has homemade donuts made from scratch. You can taste the quality! They are big and delicious! The shop looked brand new inside and was very clean. There is a cozy dining area separate from the ordering counter. They also support a local charity feeding the homeless. It's always great to support a local business, especially one that gives back to their community.

Sent my coworker to pick up a couple sandwiches for lunch and we can?t stop raving about our picks. Everything is so fresh and the sourdough bread is incredible. The employees I?ve spoken with are so sweet and personable. We?ll definitely be back and sending our other staff!

Delicious! I got a marble donut and loved the old fashioned chocolate icing on it. I also got the donut with Nutella frosting and it was melt in your mouth delectable. Super friendly staff. I can?t wait to go back and treat myself again.

Mrs. Sherry is pumping out some of the absolute best gourmet donuts in Jax, these monstrous portions are only outweighed by how absolutely delicious the donuts themselves are. Great price point and quality taste is key but also to be met by the warmth of Mrs. Sherry is the icing on the donut. I stopped by this cute little mom and pop donut shop on the way to an appointment one day and so glad I did!! I didn't know what to expect but upon walking in, it was very welcoming! The place we wanted to go was closed for Christmas Eve so we decided to try Cheer Doughnuts. Such a wonderful experience! The menu was very enticing and my daughter went with the fried mortadella and egg on sourdough. Delicious! We loved our doughnuts too. Boston cream was great and the chocolate doughnut with chocolate glaze was amazing. Fresh and delicious. Friendly staff was a bonus. Can?t wait to try other menu items and the other doughnuts!

The gentleman is glasses was very accommodating and helpful. I came to try the donuts, even though they have other food options available. I got a strawberry cream cheese donut and some donut holes. Probably some of the worst donuts I have ever had. I don?t understand how this place has such a high rating. I would honestly rather have gas station donuts.

Really love this bakery. Intimate but worth it. I've been a few times and love that the owner is there assisting. I've tried most of the doughnuts and recommend trying a few things. The raspberry and lemon pastry is really good. The peach turnover has me thinking about it months later. Support local business and try them out.

It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing establishment. But once you try the food and experience the service, it is great! Got some breakfast for my wife and myself. Absolutely loved it. My son wanted to try the donuts at this place since he spotted it driving home a different route one day. So on our way to have lunch he said he wanted to give it a try. Excellent donuts! The jelly filled was my favorite but anything with the chocolate icing is also definitely worth trying. The owner mentioned that they are changing to being closed on Sundays and will be full service (sandwiches and donuts) the remaining 6 days.

I work across the street and my boss gets their donuts all the time. Finally went in there myself and got lunch. They have great prices and they do bogo sandwiches every day. Everything I've had from here has been amazing and they're very sweet people. Highly recommend!!

I saw this place on the good eats jax Facebook page so I had to come check them out. We had the chicken breakfast sandwich and apple fritter and both were very good. The gentleman working behind the counter was extremely helpful and very kind. We will definitely be back.

We first saw this place leaving soccer practice on afternoon and now that it?s summer break, decided to give it a try! The donuts are absolutely delicious. We tried a chocolate donut filled with strawberries jam and an Apple fritter! Highly, highly recommend! We?ll definitely be back!

3 stars for now because I unfortunately haven?t been able to try them. Sign out front says open Saturdays and Sundays and Google has hours set to open at 7am on Saturday. Showed up at 7:10 on a Saturday and no signs of opening any time soon. Kinda bummed, have ran into this with many places recently not keeping to their scheduled hours. Hope to come back when they are truly open.
