Let me start by saying the donuts are out if this world. Great selection of flavors and the fact that they come out hot, amazing. The service however, ridiculous. First, to be greeted as if your the last person in the world the worker wants to see, not a good way to start. Then to sit behind the counter and talk, not work and talk, just talk to your coworker, worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. If the donuts were not as good as they are, I doubt this place would still be in business. Upon entering their store front, you notice instantly how unkept the place is. It looks like they haven?t cleaned in months. Wow, these donuts were incredible. We ordered a six pack. We tried the Samoa peanut butter jelly Oreo and snickers. The peanut butter jelly and Samoa were the best. Perfect donuts! They have those crazy styles you see at voodoo and other trendy donut shops, but small enough to try them all. Plus these are delicious! This place should be rated way above the rest of chains . I went here the other day and was blown away by the taste (shout out to bacon flavor donuts!). They are small enough to not feel guilty but sweet enough to want about 30 more . The staff are friendly and helpful. I hope the business is able to expand to tampa or Orlando . This will definitely be a regular stop when I return!

The donuts are delicious but there was a lot of miscommunication. I was told certain flavors were not available. They were. I was told they had packs of 35. They have packs of 25. The gluten free donuts I ordered were not correct flavoring which is was frustrating because there are certain ingredients I can?t eat and they didn?t offer to replace them. So now the donuts I ordered for a get together are useless. Donuts are great but miscommunication is a big draw back.

These donuts are incredible! I ordered 35 mini donuts for my sons 2nd birthday and they were a hit. Everyone at the party was highly impressed (including myself,) and the owner is very kind. She came up with a toy story themed design for the donuts and had the ready to go right on time the day of the event. I will recommend Charlie's to anyone and I can't wait to back for more donuts.

Had 3 Donuts and coffee with the wife and both where good. Our favorite was the maple bacon. The s?mores had a little to much topping but other then that it was good! Price was fair for what you get, will be back again

This place is so good! I had the plain, chocolate frosting, strawberry frosting, vanilla frosting, s?mores, and sprinkles donuts. WORTH IT! I ordered through DoorDash, and literally came across this place as I was on the app. The donuts are delicious and fluffy, and the 6-pack is just enough to fill me up for breakfast with a side of caramel iced coffee.

purchased on 4/25/24 6 mini donuts for uber delivery, the coconut and raspberry tasted fresh while the other 4 (fruity bites, cinnamon toast, Rice Krispy & chocolate peanut butter cup) with toppings on it did not. Not sure if I'll order from here again.

While the place is delightful and the donuts are delicious, I was disappointed to learn that neither the device nor the tip jar contributes to the staff. It would be beneficial to have a note explaining this, especially considering it's against Florida law. Unfortunately, I advise against tipping the staff at this establishment unless you want to tip the management.

A really neat concept. These gourmet Mini Donuts are made to order and boy does that make a difference. They were nothing short of AMAZING. They have a large and varied set of flavors you can chose from or you can make up your own creation. We got the 25 count and got about 6 different flavors to try and they all were delicious. I've been here a couple times and both times were wonderful experiences. I love the wide variety of flavors, but also love having the ability to get plain glazed or chocolate if I choose. The donuts are warm and fresh and very unique to any other I've ever had. We ordered a mixed 16 pack and every single one was delicious.

I love the creativity of every little doughnut. It reminds me of a Whitman sampler. My granddaughter loves picking out her own flavor doughnuts. Had the chocolate mint was great. Try the iced white mocha coffee. Plus my grandson asked for very sweet. It was then too sweet. The lady, made him another coffee. You do not see that offer much these days.

Wonderful place! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door, each time we have been asked if we've been satisfied with our order, and if we needed anything else. The mini donuts are AWESOME. Especially the Snickers and the Pink Sprinkles. We asked for some with just chocolate and they were happy to make those, too. Also, their tea and coffee prices are much lowet than most everywhere else. Highly recommended!

Today 3/19/21 was my first time there. I found it because I work near the place. The mini donuts were delicious! And as soon as I came in, there was a sweet young lady who made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a costumer. She explained the flavors and I enjoyed the time she dedicated to me. 5 ?? for donuts and 5 ?? for this sweet girl...

We have always enjoyed the quality of the donuts here but when we ordered (3) 16 packs vanilla icing with baseball designs and showed up to pick up the donuts, the store advised we were to pay an additional $10 for the ?custom? design. It?s one thing to explain the charges when the order was placed and another to say surprise it gonna cost you more when you are there to pick them up.

Was very excited to try this place! Donuts were amazing but the customer service, not so much. I was the only person in the shop and was not even acknowledged, so I said hello to the girl at the cash register and that was followed by her literally rolling her eyes at me! Most likely because she was too busy on her phone/ listening to her AirPods. Hopefully next time will be better, if I go back!

The owner and his staff were very nice and happy making delicious donuts. They're made fresh to order and because they're mini you can order six different kinds without feeling like you ate six donuts when you leave. I don't drink coffee but my wildberry smoothie was refreshing. I will definitely be back for more.
