This used to be our go to spot . But not anymore the staff was so rude. First, off the door says Monday- Friday opens at 5am. Nope employee showed up at 5:20. So I go in with a plan there based on the menu online but those donuts were ready but instead of being nice about. This is our Favorite Donut Place in this Area. Always fresh and they make really cute donuts too. Our two favorites are the Creme Brulee and Cronuts! I'll include a few pictures and videos so you can have an idea of what they offer.

I drove 20 mins on my son?s birthday to get donuts from here. We have tried a handful of closer locations but this one never disappoints. They have some really creative creations and cronuts! Great atmosphere and line was wrapped around dining area when I arrived. Was worth the wait!

My strawberry and keylime pie "special donuts" were very tasty even at 3pm when I got them. I do not know when they came out the fryer but they were soft and the cream was not too sweet. The keylime pie one comes with a filling inside that was not too sweet which is perfect for me. I can not justify these being $3 level donuts tho, maybe at a lower price, it can be reasonable. One of the best donut shops I've been to anywhere in the U.S. Really incredible! We tried the PB&J with Raspberry filling, the berry cronut, blueberry crumble, and croissant sausage roll. These guys know what they're doing. 10 out of 10 (and very kind service)! Also so convenient that they're open a bit later than other places. Thanks! Worth a drive!

Cutest donut shop! Beautiful and delicious donuts and they have boba! Their donuts look amazing and taste great. Went here twice while we were in town and had a different donuts every time as well as boba of course and a kolache. We wanted to try it all. So good!

The young girl who was working today (brown hair, grey Texas hoodie) was incredibly rude to me and my family. We have three young girls who were excited for donuts, and they didn?t even take that long. She kept rolling her eyes at us and giving us ugly looks. Food is great. Awful service.

Quality for us has gone done in the last few times we've visited. This was supposed to be a creme filled donut. Instead, it's still raw with no creme. It's very frustrating because this is our favorite donut spot but we can't count on the donuts being good or the service being good anymore.

Used to be our spot, but if you go by 11am, they have very little doughnuts. It has been the last 3 trips where they had nothing, not even glazed. Couldn't even buy a dozen this last go round.

I wasn?t too crazy about the maple donut, it wasn?t as soft as I was expecting and sort of on the dry side. The apple fritter on the other hand, threw me off as far as appearance, but taste-wise was everything I wished for and more. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavor was unmatched. I?d go again just for the fritters. I can?t wait to try the other speciality donuts they had on display on my upcoming visits!

I don?t usually eat donuts.. BUT WHEN I DO, Champs Donuts is the best go-to. Their donuts and Kolache?s have been fresh each time I?ve went. Plus, it is really convenient that they are open afternoon into evening as well. Definitely give them a try for your donut cravings.

This was my first time going to their store and they had such a massive selection, I went in wanting donut holes and I came out with 3 other donuts! I settled with these three and oh my god I am so glad I did. Two of them were Cronuts (Croissant Donuts) and they were the absolute best I've ever had. I 100% recommend going here 1st thing in the morning. You will not regret it.

It was our first time at Champs Donut Comapny today. The donuts were delicious and had creative flavors!!! We were greeted with a smile and patience as we chose from many yummy donuts.

Went in and was able to get in and out real quick. They had a lot fun designs like Unicorn or Cookie Monster and had a nice variety with options like cereal topped, maple bacon, or a cronut (delicious).

I randomly stopped here with my son and I wish they had a closer store in NRH. The staff was wonderful with my son when he was running around. Donuts were phenomenal, and their donut holes are so delicious.

Not sure how to rate them. Great location! I was greeted upon purchase but that was it!! I picked my one option which came out to be $3.00. The Creme Br?l?e doughnut was ok I?ve had better. The place was open and that?s about the best thing I can say about it. This donut shops donuts were bland and distasteful. Their croissants sandwiches are like eating sandpaper and cardboard. Their donuts tats like Walmart donuts that sat there for a week. I am actually shocked they managed to maintain any business even being tucked away but they are in range of a community and people too lazy to travel and extra 5 minutes to get an actual good donut. Every donut I try here impresses me more! The flavors are amazing, and the presentation is just as delightful. Whenever I bring an assortment to work, my coworkers can?t stop raving about them. Definitely a go-to spot for delicious, well-crafted donuts!

So happy to have a place nearby that sells boba tea! This place has instantly become my new favorite spot to go to! The owner was super friendly as well! Donuts were so freaking yummy and soft, and the boba was perfect.

Two young female employees have very poor attitudes while dressed like they just got out of bed. Donuts with my children is suppose to be an uplifting experience. When we arrived no one greeted us while we waited and watched them on their phones. As we were making our choices you could see the frustration on their faces. They weren?t helping while making my family feel uncomfortable. I will never return to this donuts shop. The most unprofessional establishment I?ve been to in a long time.

Stopped here to pick up donuts for my teams monthly birthday celebration, this was my first time stopping here so I was hoping they were as good as the reviews say. I was NOT disappointed at all, I got glazed, chocolate glazed, sprinkles and cinnamon rolls. Not only are the cinnamon rolls huge, they are soft and buttery and cinnamony and melty...so drool worthy. The donuts were wonderful as well, they will definitely be my new go to donut shop...along with most of my teammates as well! DELICIOUS

Really nice options and great flavor and taste adjusting to seasons and taste, however not a lot of seating available only one counter with four stools and one table that can sit six. They do have sandwiches, bagels and a great variety of drinks.

The wait may be long but they've perfected the drinks here. I love the Mango green tea with mango popping boba but you also can't go wrong with the milk teas, smoothies or donuts. Yum.

This is not a quick stop. Plenty of people working but they will not help the person in the front. Line is out the door most days. If you have ten or twenty minutes, it's a good place... donuts are good.

Not my favorite donut place in the area! I mean it's Texas so there's one on every corner! But the kids really loved all of the fun choices, the creme brulee done. It was way too sweet. And the cake donuts were just a little soggy.

Delicious food! I love that they have cleaning supplies in their bathroom. I used the Clorox wipes after using the bathroom. Before using the restroom it was spotless and clean and very organized. Thank you for the food and for letting me use your clean bathroom. Definitely will come back!??

For how people hype this place up. You'd think they wouldn't bait and switch you by making such few of their signature item and then try to offload generic donuts that are way overpriced. They may be open until 5pm but trust me it ain't worth even coming to see what they have unless it's early morning.

Bottom line up front: Donuts are delicious. Service is fair to poor. These are some of the best donuts I have ever eaten. The key lime pie is my new favorite. A must-try! I was very disappointed by my experience today. I has been here several times before and knew how professional the staff was and the presentation of the product. The cronut donut was half the height it normally was which was not standard prior. Also, the Creme Brule sugar topping was not hard and crisp but burnt and wet. At the point I stopped was when the donut was uncooked. There is a difference between being soggy from the custard and and being able to stretch the dough when it's not thoroughly cooked

The donuts are really good! But the service sometimes isn?t so good. The first 2 times we went there the service was over and above. Fantastic donut selection. I am partial to the red velvet donuts and any of the ones with the berries on top. Plus they have late hours compared to other donut places and that comes in handy when you are having an afternoon craving. The staff is very friendly and patient. Definitely one of my preferred donut shops.

I came in to get a dozen donuts. I was able to pick from a vast variety of classic or speciality donuts. The worker there was attentive, nice, and knew her stuff. I also got a passionfruit green tea with rainbow jelly and mango popping jelly. The tea was very delicious! The donuts also tasted fresh. I will be coming back!

The donuts are so soft and yummy (I think they make them fresh through out the day). They have a variety of donuts to choose from. Not just the typical kind from most donut shops. They are open from 6:30 a.m. - 7 or 8 p.m.. Not sure if that will change, but it's pretty cool if you want a donut in the evening.

Customer warning: although their hours say they open at 5:30 am, they only have select donuts available then. Not convenient for those who have planned ahead and need to get to work. New donut place in town, with GREAT donuts, even in the middle of the day! Expect that you'll find your favorite at any hour, super cute designs to impress your kids and colleagues. Really neat industrial environment near the Tanger outlets. I mainly wanted to try their bubble tea, but I got here too early. They dont serve bubble tea until 11am. Oh well, I tried their pigs in a blankets, and they were decent. I think they are known more for their upscale donut creations like the one shown. Next time, I will have to splurge and try one of these guys. They have so many specialty ones, but they are pricey which is understandable. But I bet it is well worth the extra for goodness.

We visited this place on a Saturday around 11:15am. We had to wait outside for a few minutes because there were more than four customers in the shop (Social distancing). This is a great place to get donuts. However you can never get original glazed if you don't get there at the break of day. If you get there after 7am you are out of luck unless you want to wait until they cook .A donut shop should always keep original glazed. That is a top sale.

Sorry for my language, but this place makes damn good donuts...have literally tried about a dozen different ones now and they?ve all been great. If you like apple fritters (bear claws), then this place has the best one that I?ve ever had out of the last 15 states I?ve lived in, period. We?ve lived in Texas for over a year and finally found an out of the world donut shop! So many options and all of them are fabulous. It?s open until 8pm. We went in at 7:15 and they still had a HUGE selection!

Doughnuts are great a little pricey but I am willing to pay a little more for good doughnuts. I did 3 stars cause there is a whole side of menu with all these drinks that they serve but no time marked when they dont sell them. I am not understanding why I cant get teas till 11am. I will still go get doughnut if i am on that side of town.

The store doesn't close until 9 pm (that's what makes it great). The open sign was on and the doors were unlocked. Got there at 8:50. There were no donuts. He told us that the register was shut down and he just threw all of the donuts away. We went back to our car and look back into the store where we saw him grab a tray of donuts and put them away. The lady at the counter was very rude and kept rushing us even though no one else was there at the time we were ordering, they did not warm up the sausage rolls, and the donuts were mediocre at best, especially for the price. I have been to this location before and it was great, but I will not return after today when I can go to a number if other places nearby for cheaper and better quality.

I always get Taro milk tea in every boba tea shop that I go. This by far was the most disappointing one. My taro boba tea literally tasted like I was drinking only sugar. It was overly sweet and I have never tasted boba which are so hard and so sugary. Definitely won?t recommend this place to anyone.

They have all the variety but I can't get a Boston Cream there. Theirs has a white substance thats little more than pure sugar fluff. I know they have the filling I want... but they won't make a doughnut you can get at literally every other doughnut shop. Will keep shopping!
