Very disappointed. I ordered my gender reveal cake and honestly was shocked to see the results I received. Over three weeks before my birthday, I paid $130 for a cake with red roses, white roses with pink edges, and leaves. Both colors I received were not what I chose, along with missing leaves. I ordered a 6-inch Coconut cake with butter cream icing and milk rolls for Easter dinner. The cake was exceptionally delicious, moist and full of flavor. The rolls were awesome as well. We had an opportunity to visit CEG bakery yesterday! We have missed seeing their wonderful smile and having an opportunity to partake in such delightful desserts! It is pretty funny when family and friends come to your house and look for CEG baked goods and when your aunt neighbors across town wait for you to show up with CEG!

Ordered a 9 inch strawberry shortcake but unfortunately the cake was a let down. It was stale and dry and disappointing. Also the box the cake was given in was too small for the cake which messed up the side of the cake. Won?t be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately I did not care for the icing. It tastes like whip cream and butter. It needs to be a little bit sweeter and less butter based. I don't understand these reviews because I had a very different experience. I don't normally write negative reviews, because I'm in food and beverage, but I gotta. Service at the counter was lovely, but the coffee cupcake was... Dry. Cheap. Bitter (and not in a "coffee" way). Perhaps it was a little stale, as opposed to dry, but the flavor components are still pretty unforgivable.

Worst cake I?ve ever had. Tasteless. Ordered a 9? yellow vanilla cake with chocolate frosting for a birthday and the cake was dry and white and the icing had absolutely no flavor and tasted like merengue.
