Went on a matcha tour, cassetta was one of our stops. The drinks and ice cream are aesthetically pleasing, only the ice cream was good. I got an iced matcha latte with caramel and sea salt foam; the foam didn?t taste like anything, which is fine, but surprisingly the matcha was warm. I make my own matcha and have had plenty of store bought matcha, so I?m familiar you use warm/ lukewarm warm to whisk your matcha, but even with ice and added oat milk my matcha was warm. Had the donut and the iced matcha latte. Both were good and the latte has a really cute presentation! The ice cream looks really really cute but it isn?t very remarkable. The place looks nice too. The most notable thing about Cassetta sadly is the really bad service. The young woman behind the counter wasn?t friendly at all. No eye contact or smile even. Pretty sad. They sell merch. Cute place to visit! I really like the cassette wall for pictures. I tried the new taro soft serve and it's ok. The drink was good too. Just a little expensive. Street parking available and two metered spots. Overall, I think it's a nice place and good atmosphere.

The soft serve with wildflower powder was so good. The powder itself is tart and adds such a good contrast to the ice cream. I like that the ice cream is a little more firm than creamy. The cereal ice cream is a gimmick but I could not recommend this one more!

Cassetta is a fantastic tea, coffee and dessert shop in Beverly Hills! It easily is one of the best in this whole area of LA. I am usually very easy going with ice cream and do not write negative reviews, but the taste was nothing special, and it was too sweet for us! There was a little wait, but overall it was easy to get. The flowers on the soft serve were real, and unfortunately not edible. I figured they were also nontoxic so no harm no foul, but I wish it was made clear the flowers were only for decoration The shop feels cramped when busy, but it's easy enough to grab and go. It's a small hidden gem. Their ice cream is creamy and delicious. It's not overly sweet with the traditional vanilla flavor. Simple yet flavorful. The presentation is beautiful. I love the simple and clean decor. This is definitely my go to for that simple, traditional soft serve vanilla ice cream. It doesn't taste like milk, it taste like a good vanilla ice cream.

I saw someone post this place on instagram so I had to stop by. The shop was little but there was seating outside. There is also meter parking outside but it?s free after 7pm. We went with the marshmallow matcha which was so cute and good. The wait time was about 20 minutes in total but considering there are only 2 workers they were consistent. Will definitely come back for the ice cream!

The frozen yogurt is lactose free, delicious and photogenic. A bit pricey. Evening parking is easy and plentiful. My biggest objection is the scented candle and oils. It hits like a ton of bricks. The floral scent is distracting.

The place is very small and cute and there?s very nice ladies working there. However, the soft serve was way too tart and the flower pieces on it appeared to be non-edible (akin to potpourri tbh). The boba was very sweet (even at 50%) but it tasted fine, the boba inside it was much mushier than expected. Would not come back when there?s so many options near by

Awesome & friendly service, amazing dairy-free ice cream AND great coffee too! I?ve been by a couple of times now and am very impressed with the boba AS WELL. Loved the taro drink, so creamy and delicious. The employees were also very nice. The menu is a little pricey, and the biscoff drink was just okay, the flower on top was extremely bitter I accidentally drank it.

The milk tea is genuinely the most disgusting thing i?ve ever put in my mouth. They should be ashamed of giving that concoction to customers. I have no clue how they?re not shut down by the health inspectors, there had to have been some sort of foreign substance in there. Please do not go there ever.

This place is such a good vibe all around! I love the atmosphere which is very trendy. The establishment is so clean as well and I can tell the staff uses proper sanitary standards. The service is excellent and on it with their pace. It does get busy there and there is sometimes a line but I can tell they are hustling to provide the best service possible. I tried the Kit Kat soft serve. It?s honestly just very sugary. The soft serve doesn?t have any flavor besides sugary. I?m not vegan, but there are def good vegan ice cream options, but this is not one of them. Instagramable- yes, would I eat this $10 sugar bomb again? No.

Love this new spot in my hood! Coffee is spot on and the Banana Walnut muffin is the best I ever had! The owner is friendly and inviting and the cafe is so clean as everything is white on white. Luv walking my dog in the morning to hang outside sipping my hot and toasty cappuccino.
