We?re from South Africa and have been to Tahoe a couple times. Carson Donut has the best donut we?ve ever experienced! By far the most delicious and always a great variety. Can?t wait to get our hands on them again this Thursday!!

Best Donuts Ever. I thought I gave up on the world until I veered off the road to try Carson Donuts. I came in at about 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday, so their donut selection was waning. Luckily I snagged the last strawberry filled and one chocolate sprinkle. One word... delicious. I'm a huge fan of the fluffy style donuts, not too dense and these were perfectly executed. Thank you Carson Donuts for filling my belly with a smile, I'm not sure where I will be able to find donuts that can live up to these new exp

After a fiasco at Peg's I came here for breakfast, was greeted with a smile here, placed my order for 2 donuts and milk and it was promptly delivered with a smile and a "have a good day." The donuts were very good, milk was chilled and even the customes were nice. There is not much seating here but most get donuts to go. There is a very prominent sign on the street (HWY 395) which is good as its located in a bit of an industrial complex. Menu is in the pictures. Thank you Carson Donut!!!

Fantastic blueberry donut! Always fresh, yummy, and have options crazy parking lot but just be careful and drive with the arrows not against them.

Donuts were fresh and delicious and the people were very kind. The prices are also very reasonable, in my opinion. I highly recommend getting the glazed old fashion/sour cream donut. Probably the best one I?ve ever had!

Oh man!!! This place is AWESOME!! It was our first visit as we are from out of the area on a short vacation. The Apple Fritter was HUGE! all of the other donuts we bought were great too. If you are local you need to visit as often as possible. If you are visiting like we were, then you need to take time to find this place and buy a dozen or two.
I love this family owned doughnut shop. I go there 2-3 times a month. Fairly priced have a wide variety of doughnuts to choose from including pastries. Their apple fritters are the best their massive and a good price.

They make their own Donuts everyday and have a lot of unique Styles and flavors. I really like this place and it's not very noticeable from the roadway. Not many places to sit and is more like a your donuts and go place. Good coffee

Looks very old and run down on the inside, I went on a Saturday morning and the donuts did not taste fresh and there was not much variety. Parking sucks.
Very clean, very friendly and very tasty donuts. The prices appeared to be good too. When we stopped, Carson street was all torn up with construction and redirected traffic, otherwise didn't affect the business.

My go-to for a dozen when I'm on the fly. Always super nice service and fresh donuts. I have never had a stale donut which tells me they bake fresh daily. ? them!
Not a fancy store or creative doughnuts. They however have good doughnuts and amazing service. Once when the CC machine was not working they wrote an IOU on a business card and asked me to pay next time. In 2019 that's a missed trust in our fellow man.
Perfect doughnuts! Kinda in a strange place to get to and with limited parking, worth the hassle by far. Price very good as well.
