Amazing business! I love Campus Cookies and have placed multiple orders from them in Blacksburg, VA. The service is always nice, from talking to someone on the phone to order to the delivery-person at the door. The Chocolate cookie with the Peanut Butter inside is definitely my favorite, with the chewy, soft, chocolaty outside and the creamy peanut butter inside. I called in a Order for a Heart shaped cookie cake for my Daughter for Valentines Day & it was my first time ordering because I saw all the good reviews but don?t let that fool you! Of course I had massive craving for cookies on super cold windy day. I ordered a bunch of assorted cookies which were really fresh and delicious. I also got a cinnamon roll, the icing was on point!. My delivery driver Cameron was very courteous. Gonna order more again in future!!!

I originally gave a 2 star rating for having overdone cookies and left the review. Within a half hour of posting the negative review the owner commented and Maria from their customer service called me to see what they could do to make the situation better. Their customer service is great and they were willing to replace the cookies that I did not eat and even deliver them. Though I was originally unpleased with the cookies, I appreciate and I am pleased with their willingness to make the situation better.

Learned about campus cookies through my neice at VT. I am on the west coast and don't get to see her or treat her very much. Campus cookies is easy, inexpensive, friendly and a great way for me to support her academic endeavors on those late study nights or finals week. Usually delicious cookies but on occasion I've received under baked? cookies and had to throw them in the oven a few minutes longer. This place is great when they get it right, which is about 70% of the time.

The things I would do for their lemon cooler cookies... Delivery is extremely slow, and my credit card gets stolen every time I order online here - I think someone hacked their system and has a permanent back door. However, this was when I ordered back in 2013 so this could be fixed now. In spite of that, I found myself ordering again and again. Those lemon coolers.
