Such a chill atmosphere! The decor was cool, plenty of seating and the tables were spaced well too. Erin was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She recommended a hot latte AND a Dalgona cafe latte. Both drinks were so well made (read: delicious) that we ended up getting another one ??. Definitely recommend the place and the drinks.

I got the original mochi donut and the pink panther. The pink panther glaze tastes like Bubblegum. I'm not a fan personally but the original version was good. Used the drive-thru. Got a dalgona latte and some mochinuts. Coffee was delicious - the dalgona a perfect balance of sweetness. The mochinuts were perfect as well. I had a strawberry, matcha, and dalmatian (cookies and cream or Oreo) mochinut. All three were perfect, and I really appreciated how accurate the flavors were - especially the strawberry.

Just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my coffee shop. Loved the Himalayan theming here (at least, that was my interpretation) and friendly service. Delicious coffee, Boba tea, and pastries. Not busy at the time, felt like a hidden gem.

The best thing about this restaurant is the atmosphere! The murals and design was very creative. Thought it would be a great place for a business meeting, but that was not the case. The people working there were so loud talking to each other when taking drive thru orders etc. that we could hardly carry on a conversation because they were so loud. The were open early and that's always a plus. I was here for about three hours starting from just after 6:00 and using Caffe Promenade as my first "office" of the day. A great coffee and a delicious donut as I powered away at the keyboard. The place is comfortable, a little eclectic and quite busy with people coming and going to get their coffee in the morning. The drive through was busy the entire time I was here!

Friendly fast service. The food is always fresh. I had a passion fruit mango green tea with strawberry popping boba. It was superb. Also we had the cinnamon, dalmatian, black sesame mochi donut! They were delicious.

We are from Arkansas and discovered this gem on google. Let me tell you, we ended up coming back several times. To be specific we went 3x within 24 hrs. Everything was absolutely incredible!! When we come to the Dallas area again, we will be back. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Get yourself that strawberry cream croffle. You won?t regret it!

You have to try the chai here; it's got just the right amount of spicy kick contracting the sweet warmth. I really like all the food, too! Cafe Promenade has a special place in my heart. It was the first local coffee spot I found that was closest to my residence that I tried after moving to Allen. The owners are cool and down to earth. The mochi donuts are always delicious from here. This place would be a good place for studying or doing remote work. The interior design is a lil quirky but it's clean and peaceful and I kinda like that vibe if I'm honest.

Awesome atmosphere and great customer service. The Bulgogi is good but the menu is fairly limited on any non-sweets. Their coffee beans are more on the darker side and more bitter. Great place to study or work, but the music is on the louder side.

Wonderful mochi donuts! So light and fluffy, just like I love them. They have fantastic flavors. The green tea and lemon are two of my favorites. Strawberry is another winner.

Loved the Thai Iced Tea w Tapioca. Perfectly sweetened for my family (not as sweet as your usual) Had green tea with tropical flavor options for my younger son. I love that the mochi donuts are not greasy or overly sweet. Matcha is my favorite, not very sweet at all, think of a cruller. If you're looking for a sweeter option, the chocolate covered or vanilla were my boys' faves.

I recently started coming here for breakfast and it is really good. I?ve tried the mochi donuts, the turkey sandwich and their breakfast croissant sandwich. I haven?t been disappointed so far. They have fair prices and I like that the food is fresh.

Croffle sounds good a croissant from a waffle iron... nope. Room temperature stale and sad. Also, had an espresso served in a paper cup for a 'here or to-go' order that was 'here' People are nice there, maybe it was an off day.

This place was Escap? when I visited the first time many years ago, they have since rebranded and it was nothing short of perfecting the previous business. This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it! I love finding places tucked away like this. The Barista/Baker/Chef did an amazing job explaining everything to me and was very patient my with my indecisiveness. Everything looked good! However, after tasting the breakfast sandwich, I definitely should have just stuck with the coffee and donuts. You can never go wrong with those! I usually come here for their mochi donuts and croffle. Today I decided to do drive thru and also get a breakfast sandwich. And to my surprise, the croissant was so tiny! Just look at the photo and compare the size of the egg with the croissant. I also think they can do a better job with the take-out/drive thru packaging. I heard about this place from a family member and I was very excited to try it out. I went to the drive-thru, unsure of what I wanted to get. The lady there was super nice and helped me as I decided what I wanted. I got mochi donuts, croffle, and iced coffee. Good breve latte and really nice atmosphere. Happen to be in the area and decided to come by for my breve latte. Upon coming inside I'm taken aback by the atmosphere it's very neat from any coffee cafe I've been to. I ordered my drink and a chocolate donut. Both we're pretty good. This place is an a area that's not far from 75 and Bethany but enough away not to be over crowded. Would recommend when in the area.

$27 for 4 donuts and 2 dirty chais. The coffee was not pulled fresh from the espresso machine. Drinks were made with everything from the shelf (including coffee). The donuts were subpar. And overall just not the best quality 4 out of 10.

Overpriced. Not worth it. $6 for a ?croffle? that was still cold when it was served to us. My daughter did like the croissant Lola he. Side note: we were swatting fruit flies inside the entire time, which felt really icky.

The staff are super nice and patient with orders. They work fast and almost every time I go everything is correct and delicious. Only complaint is the cafe mocha I ordered last week tasted like just milk and coffee. Otherwise this is a great local coffee spot.

I live one min walk from this store and has never been until now. Tried their Thai milk tea for starter, price is definitely high at 5.5 a small cup. I cannot believe how much they watered it down by adding excessive ice, and on top of the ice, the taste is the worst i have had anywhere. This place needs to learn how to make milk tea. I am glad i never came to this place in the past few years and will never come again.

When I popped in shortly before close with one of my little guys, I ordered a green tea latte while he had a banana smoothie with mango popping pearls. Each of them was quite a treat while we dove into our books for a few minutes and soaked on the ambiance, making sure not to overstay our welcome.

I really do like this place.... the people are great. The coffee is good, I like mochi donuts. The croffels never seem to be fresh for some reason. But mainly, I really miss how this place used to be. Their donuts were great. There was variation and options.why only mochi donuts and cold unfresh croffels? Wish mochi donuts were just an added option and not a replacement. I went from going here at least a couple times a month to once every few months.

My fiance and I got four mochi donuts and two flavored lattes (toffee nut and coconut). I liked all of the flavors of the mochi donuts and they were chewy and tasty! We asked for one chocolate and then told her to pick the other three, we were not disappointed! The lattes were also good, I thoroughly enjoyed my coconut flavored one! It is amazing! I love the Mochi Donuts there, but there's one thing wrong, well in my opinion. Well actually here's the thing, I was hoping to have Boba with tapioca pearls, but that opens on 12:00,as a schoolgirl, I don't have that time, because that's when I am on my reading class. Favorite cafe ever! Best donuts ever! Their icings are so yummy and I don?t think I would think to say that about another donut shop. But the strawberry and chocolate ones are my FAV! This place is okay. It kind of just reminds me of another Starbucks. There aren?t many pastry options and the ones they do have aren?t fresh. The atmosphere is really nice though, it?s a cute place to sit and do work.

Solid neighborhood coffee shop that has been around for a while. After a few visits, you will see some familiar faces and book clubs come in. Internet will require you to ask for a password, but is reasonably fast. Sometimes it is only staffed with a single person, so be patient if you hit a busy time. Coffee is good (milk teas are too), but getting a conversation or work done here is pleasant.

Absolutely LOVE this place! My favorite drink is the hot chocolate with Caramel syrup. I hate to give an independent coffee shop a bad review but the espresso I ordered is so visibly burnt and smells so burnt (and tastes so burnt) there's no way they couldn't tell before they gave it to me.

FAVORITE place to chill. The atmosphere is completely relaxed with comfortable couches, chairs and relaxed music, yet they also have a large table with outlets and chairs for quiet business meetings and work. Food is super tasty with smoothies, donuts and other breakfast fare. And the interior design of the place is VERY detailed and unique. My favorite place to go and catch up with good friends, read a book, get some work done or just relax.

Cafe Promenade used to be called Escap?. It's worth noting that the name was the only thing that changed. The same owner. The same great ambiance, same great drinks and food, and the same wonderful and caring owner. I only bring it up to say that I've been a regular at this coffee shop for years, and have loved it extensively. The interior decoration was designed and installed by the owner, and it's nothing short of amazing. I've never been in a coffee shop with a more relaxing and comfortable ambiance. B
