Had a fantastic lunch at Burney?s Sweet Treats and More. The chicken salad sandwich and chili were delicious. Store looked so nice with all the Christmas decorations. Staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. I?m looking forward to coming back soon!
Burney's is known for their croissants but they offer so much more. Cakes, pies, cookies, muffins... the list goes on. My personal favorite are their doughnuts. They aren't as rich as Krispy Kreme and have a bit thicker texture. ??
A true gem a wonderful surprise and a great group of people running this location and the food was way better than we expected
Very delicious desserts. I haven't tried their sandwiches and other meals yet. But if it's anything like their sweets, I'm sure it's going to be worth trying. The employees are just as sweet as their treats.
This is such a cool place in downtown Clinton. They have so many options. My lunch and dessert were delicious.
Recently relocated to the area. My daughter & I stopped by this petite bakery. Awesome selection. We opted for a few glazed croissants and a Chocolate cake. Melissa was simply great which is why I'm giving this place Five-Stars. Her colleague, unfortunately treated us as though we were invisible by allowing I'm assuming someone she personally knew to skip my daughter & I. The interesting thing is, you can tell the establishment can use any/all business/support. In fact, my family and I are strong believers

Had the chicken salad sandwiche very good. . The bread and coffee very good . .Plus it is cool inside. So came back and had the Blueberry muffin. Yum yum yummy?????
Took friends from out of state to try it and they were very impressed. The food and service was amazing. We ate there then went shopping then back for desserts to go. My order got messed up but they fixed it right away with no problem. They were busier than usual and not a big deal and wouldn't have even mentioned it had it not been for my granddaughter's request of a specific croissant after she got out of her small procedure today. Y'all are amazing
I wish my experience with Burney's were as good as the other reviews. My cupcakes were dry!! I used my Mastercard debit card, the price on my receipt was totally different from what they charged my card. Was shocked that they charged my card more than the receipt I was given.
I don?t know what has happened to Burney?s in Clinton but their service has gotten awful and they are inconsistent with pricing. I don?t see me going back anytime soon.
The sweets here are amazing. The croissants are some of the best things I've ever eaten. Cookies and brownies are always top notch. Lunch is pretty good, too. I eat here with the guys from work about once a week. They're sandwiches are good, their sweet tea is some of my favorite, and a lot of people compliment their chicken salad.
Always happy with the product. The staff could be a bit more friendly. They were not rude or anything but I felt like I was almost in their way a bit. Just slightly.
It would be better if they really baked fresh most all their items are bought from distributors and sold, they say the key lime pies are made fresh but label on bottom tells otherwise.

We tried Burney's one day for lunch break. It was a very interesting experience. We got the blueberry cheesecake and newyork cheesecake. It was made like the old school cheesecake and I had been looking this for a long time. We loved it and it was sweet. Not to sweet but just the right and pair perfect with a cup of coffee.
this place is just unbelievable! as if their regular glazed croissants weren't addictive enough, next they filed them with awesome ingredients like chocolate, lemon, raspberry, and Bavarian creme.... now they've increased the addiction 100 times by creating salted caramel, turtle and maple freaking bacon! I'll be back for sure.

Food is good crossiants are amazing... i just wish they had coffee refills since they dnt fill the cup. The young girl working there is not very much polite.. but service over all specially the sweets are amazing...
The best chicken salad croissants in the town of Clinton. There sweet tea is refreshing and all the pasteries are great. My new favorite is the blueberry cheesecake. Everything taste better with a friend.
You can't go wrong with the sweets! It would be nice if this location were open on the weekend and would adhere to their posted hours. I have been by on 2 different occasions and they have put a note on door and closed early.
Sweetest sisters own this bakery and shared a chocolate croissant with me. I'm 9 months pregnant, and it was the highlight of my week. I live in Cary, NC, but am totally willing to drive to Clinton for more tasty treats. Highly recommend!
The new owner has set the new pace! This place is great for sweets and lunch! The ladies that do the work there are incredible. Very respectful people. Recommended!
Always fresh pastries! Nice staff! Just wish they stayed open until after most people get off of work. You're forced to make a lunch trip.

Got the best 'lil chocolate pies with meringue for Donnie and Nancy Barefoot 60th Anniversary! They were excited. I got the turtle crescent! Oh sorry no pictures. Yummy
The best place in Clinton to get dessert sandwiches would love to try chicken salad but I don't eat eggs but they have offered to make it but I have to do it in advance the only other thing is they are not open on the weekends so u better get your fix before then I am a picky eater so when I tell you to go u better get there
