Happy fat Tuesday! As one would expect Buettner's was swarmed with people getting as many Packzis as they could. I will have to come back to try anything else. The fritters looked amazing! I hear the pizza bagels are also to die for. Honestly I would have paid more for everything I bought. Their prices are fair for the homemade quality. My office loved all the treats!

This is a small family owned bakery and they never disappoint. All of their pastries are wonderful but my absolute favorite are the pizza bagels. I eat them cold they?re so good but of course can be wonderful to warm up in the oven. I highly recommend. If you?re ever over in this part of town, it could?ve been easy for you to pass this but it?s on the Main St., East 185th St. right on the border of Cleveland and Euclid. This is a must stop. I have been going here for 45 years always been great for pizza bagels donuts and strudel. Never went to a bakery I liked more. I just wish they would spend a few hundred bucks to paint ,new floors,and clean it up. It looks the same as 45 years ago. Staff is always pleasant.

I went to Buettner's to get some Christmas cookies. I was SHOCKED at how expensive they were, $35 for 1.5 lbs. of cookies that tasted good but were sloppily decorated and broken. The woman at the counter was rude and the minute I walked in and started looking at what they had she rudely asked "SO?" like I should be instantly ready to order. There was nobody else there so no need to rush me. I know prices are up everywhere but $35 for 1.5 lbs. of cookies is STEEP for barely enough cookies to fill a tray. I
My west side workers are having their first pizza bagels ever!!! They couldn?t even believe when I brought them in that they were still warm. Delicious every time!!!!
While they have an extensive selection of beautiful looking treats, they were all old and stale. I ordered about $20 worth of various things and they all tasted several days old and honestly, two items (a custard filled long john and a cream cheese filled doughnut) had spoiled. The lemoncake was moist and yummy but the brownie was dry and old and the snuggle was inedible. I do not recommend this place.
Stopped for the first time this past weekend. We are new to the neighborhood and wanted to try the local places. The baked goods are so good. Everything looked great and I can?t wait to stop back and try more little bites of heaven they make. The lady was super nice and patient. Highly recommend.
First of all, the 6 dozen donuts I bought were wonderful and highly complemented by those who shared. Second they helped me out of a bad situation by taking care of my last minute order with grace and kindness. They will get my future business.

The woman named patty is so friendly and sweet that's what customer service should be. Hard to find nice people anymore.????. !!!! For a non pizza place the deluxe slices are great. !! And everything else.. a class act women for sure !!????
Today was my first visit to Buettner's Bakery. The service was of a high standard. I ordered doughnuts and cookies and I tell you they were very delicious and the lady who waited on me said that I will be back and she is 100% correct.
I went for the first time this Saturday morning and the pastries were delicious. Everything is made from scratch. The place could us a little sprucing up but it is clean and the staff person was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back again.
I used to go to Buettners twice a week for bread a few pastries. The product is solid and sometimes surprisingly very good. The new lady at the counter is the rudest person I have ever seen in a place of business. She has been rude to me on numerous occasions. But I have seen her yell at other customers, make bad change, hand out obnoxious comments, all to other customers. It is as if she is trying to put Buettner's out of business. Maybe that is the plan. I will not go there when I see her through the wind
This place is outstanding! Everything that I've tried has been amazing, my favorite being their apple fritters! And the service is fantastic; everyone is super nice. You're gonna love them, trust me.
The owner of this establishment has the highest and best professionalism in the hair care industry. Salon owners like her are definitely hard to find now days! LaMia Evans is a rare gem in the hair industry! Keep making women, men and children look beautiful.
Came out of retirement to review this place. It's like every 70/80s era movie bakery. And legit scratch cookies. I had the jalapeno cheesy flatbread. Remarkable. Go to this place.

great pastries but the worker is rude omg !!I've been going here for 40 yrs it never was like this even when I worked at lucky's restaurant in the 80s and 90s it was never this bad idk what they want to do but I tried it twice now I've gotten bad service that's it such a shame I love that place too well I guess everything changes just sorry that I live close and have to drive out to vine street
