Bruce's of Delray Beach

I love a good breakfast eggs for excellent small little salad. Very cute place. I didn?t know that it exist but now I do I?ll come back.

It's funny, this place had a 4.5 when I found it earlier today on our drive, but tonight it's 4.4. probably from the person that went at 245 pm today but had a similar experience as us. My review won't help. The servers were doing their best, I'll give them that. Thank you for trying. But it's like it was everyone's first day, and the employees had only worked in other fields before coming here. I'll keep it short, as you should when you're deciding if you should eat here (fast no). The waffles were burnt

I got a tiramisu, the first bite tasted weird, when I flipped it, there are mold everywhere. They try to cover it up by putting white stuff on it. Disgusting

Love this cafe! Stumbled upon it by chance, thought we?d give it a go and we weren?t disappointed. The selection of baked goods is incredible. We had breakfast brioche sandwich, pancakes, lemon tart and the most amazing sponge cake. The service is outstanding. Had the pleasure of meeting Bruce and had a sneak peak at the Intro of his book displayed on the counter. Very interesting. I so hope this is a successful venture for him and his team in Delray.

I was immediately drawn in my the smell of baked pastries and coffee, plus the decor looked cute. I ordered a stack of pancakes from the breakfast section that had a list of what came as sides on the menu but the server insisted that I could only order a stack. This was honestly very weird, but ok. My partner ordered French toast with a juice. The server brought us a pastry to try for free which was nice. When we received the food, my pancakes looked good but tasted sour when i ate some. I asked the server

The owners were very nice and welcoming. They brought over a little plate of dessert bites to enjoy while looking at the menu. The food was very flavorful and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place.

There was a breakfast special with a free pastry and coffee, which i wasn't offered despite being there before 11 am. Otherwise the staff was pretty friendly and food was decent.

I am a pastry person, Love me some great Pastries and Food. Bruce?s of Del Ray Beach definitely has some of the Best baked goods I have ever eaten. The Philly fluff is to die for as we'll as many other items on the menu! Cup cakes very good and the Cake selection is Great! The service was Great as well. Over all my experience at Bruce?s was awesome and I will be returning in the very near future for more goodies! Keep up the Great work Bruce?s! Jodi Bickmore

Welcoming and friendly. We went early in the morning (9am) so nice and quiet with space. Quite a large selection of pastries and cookies. As someone said, this is both a bakery cafe and a deli. So a lot of options. Definitely a nice location for coffee and sidewalk seating. Once they get well known, hopefully they will have enough outdoor seating. The seating is on the north side so you are protected from the sun!

I came into Bruce?s for the first time ever. Destiny and the guy with her, I?m sorry I can?t spell his name but he looked like he was from India or Trinidad (I hope that doesn?t come off wrong) anyways they were really great!! They helped me pick out a pastry for my family and I. I decided on the pistachio cake and I also got some of the heart cookies. They were so nice and attentive. I haven?t tried the goodies yet but I?m looking forward to it!

The pastrami and corned beef sandwich was outstanding!! Huge amounts of meat - more than enough to share between 2 people! Cole slaw was delicious and the staff was super attentive and helpful! Well maintained exterior and interior dining! This is a must try if you like NY style deli and bakery items!

Sorry to make a poor review, but I felt I had to warn other people. This is what we experienced on our first visit to Bruce's. We got there about 2:10 pm on a Monday afternoon. We saw 2 people at the counter getting pastries to go and no wait staff. All of the tables were dirty. There was an employee that we later found out had only started working there 2 hours prior. He was pleasant. He said he was by himself (later found out Bruce the owner had just left). We waited for 10 minutes for this couple to hem

They were much better in Boca Raton. It was extremely small. The food wasn't that good. Coffee was cold. The waitress gave no utensils. Was having a difficult time with the order. They didn't even have a sign that the eggs had an additional fee. I would pass this place up . The breakfast wasn't even cheap in price?

Wanda is very nice. We originally were going to another restaurant and Wanda invited us in. It was great! My husband had breakfast and I had lunch. The pastrami sandwich was delicious.

First of all, this is primarily a great deli! Yes they have beautiful pastries. My wife had breakfast. The eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes and pancakes were of great quality and taste. I had a corned beef sandwich on rye. Finally, we have a great deli in the east Boca/Delray area. We had a very informative and enjoyable conversation with our wonderful waitress Destiny. Run to this place for breakfast and lunch. AND... the price is right.

The worst pastrami - they don?t have rolls Asked for honey mustard got none ? Potato salad was two bite fulls/ no pickle ? Not worth $18 very disappointing . Should have known when there was 1 person there at lunchtime

The best corned beef and pastrami I have ever had and I'm from NJ/NY!!! Soup, potato salad, cakes all amazingly delicious. This foodie will be here often

I had the best experience for my sister?s birthday. We had great service. Excellent food and delicious pastries. I recommend it 100% Destiny was the server, Wanda and Sam the manager. Thanks to the chef Clyde.

I tried to go and get breakfast 2 out of 3 days 8:15 and 8:35 not open. The door says it opens at 8:00 AM.

This place is the new spot for sure. There selection is all really good and the sandwiches are on point I had a Philly fluff and was definitely something to try all the staff is kind and great especially Sammantha she was very nice and made it a great experience at bruce?s

I had pancakes and waffles, and they were the best , i ever had. Will definitely recommend this place.

Turkey was delicious asked for bacon well done(not) service just ok Cole slaw spoiled(replacement offered not too many diet drinks
