Love the local vibes here unique decor on the inside. Wide variety of cocktails and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Half a dozen donuts is about $20 but these donuts are huge. Literally they are the size of a toddlers head. love the fun and cheeky flavors. They?re decorated immaculately would highly recommend one of the best in Cleveland.
Amazing vibes, good donuts and fantastic coffee. The donuts are SUPER sweet!! So be warned, lol I usually can only eat 1/2 at a time! And the people who work there are very nice. They had Taylor Fest this weekend and I took my daughter, her bestie, and her bestie's mom and we enjoyed our time together, the food, and the atmosphere. ??????
Brewnuts is what Cleveland is all about. Eclectic, accepting of all, and cool as hell. The donuts are soft, yeasty, and delicious. There are always multiple vegan options, and they're not an after thought. I can't recommend them enough
I was traveling from Chicago and a huge fan. The owner was a delight to chat with and share her experience on how Brewnuts started. I love the details to flavor and solid ingredients!
Super friendly owners who make delicious donuts and always have multiple great vegan options. They also do vegan paczkis for Fat Tuesday ??
This review is mainly for the donuts. After reading all of the great reviews, I drove 30 minutes to try them, and I'm super disappointed to say that they were mediocre at best. I purchased the vegan chocolate sprinkle, the lemon cream, and the vegan bomb pop. My entire family agreed the donuts were on the dry side and not flavorful. I did order them for takeout, but they were eaten the same day. For $3-$4 a pop, these donuts were not worth it for us. We've had way better, especially better vegan donuts. Ser
The best donuts in town! Love that they do different theme donuts throughout the month. The Girl Scout and Malley?s collabs have been my favorite. My go to donut is the Strawberry Sprinkle, it?s so simple but they do it better than anyone else. They treat their customers well and makes everyone feel welcomed at Brewnuts. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and good beverages.
Cold. Damn cold. Seven degrees with wind. The bike frame stiff, unforgiving. Pedaled to Brewnuts, bright and warm against Cleveland's gray. Neon signs. Beer taps gleaming. Young backpackers at the bar. Crazy. They speak of swimming Lake Erie. Thirty-five degrees. Warmer than the air. I sip coffee, watch them. No fear. Just motion. Just doing. The donut is super sweet. Rich. Hemingway would approve. Simple. Direct. No unnecessary words. Outside, Cleveland waits. Cold and hard as truth.
The atmosphere alone is worth a visit! The donuts were delicious and the drink selection was cozy and unique. A great place to chill and hang with your friends or family!
Had some amazing donuts at Brewnuts in Ohio! The Peanut Butter and Jelly donut was an amazing explosion of flavors. The Strawberry Shortcake donut was fresh and delightful, while the Crumble donut added a satisfying crunch. The Vegan Hostess Cupcake donut was impressive, and the Animal Cracker Fry Cake donut brought back nostalgic memories. Overall, a must-visit for creative and delicious donuts.
OH MY GOD. These are the biggest donuts I have ever seen, and they're amazing?? So many unique and memorable flavors, and I have to assume they switch them out frequently. Also, their shirts are pretty funny. Loved the atmosphere and the soundtrack, I'm just so glad I stopped here!
Went once and the donuts were very yummy. We have tried to go two more times since, and both times they were sold out of donuts. Why not post on Facebook when you are sold out so that people don't waste their time driving to your store?
I came here once on Saint Patrick's Day 2 years ago it was actually really nice because they had some Lucky charms themed donuts and despite running out of Lucky charms she gave me an IOU cuz the owner was running to get some more from the store and yes I did get a Lucky charms donut the service is impeccable and The vibes are really cute. What was really nice was it started snowing on St Patrick's Day right when I was inside getting a donut. It felt super magical. However that being said I'm gluten free an
Inedible donuts. Beautiful to look at though. The bacon on one tasted rancid I?m sorry to say that. The st Patrick?s day one was also not fresh tasting. I have never not finished a donut before I don?t think until having these . This was in march and we went late morning on a weekend.
The donuts are massive! They have so many good flavors and they rotate what they put out, so there's almost always something new to try. I haven't had anything else from here but the staff is always pleasant and the morning atmosphere is pretty chill vibes.
If you want to go to a place to melt away your stress from work, school or just life, and become super happy instantly, then Brewnuts is the place to be at! You can feel that rush of happiness as soon as you enter this magical kingdom of donuts, beer and coffee. I went in specifically when I found out that they featured their savory donut with the garlic parm sauce and crispy bacon sprinkled on top. On most days, Mr. Meowmy and I have to watch our sugar a little bit, so when we saw this, we were ecstatic. I
Having gone vegan several years ago I had not had a donut in a while. The vegan doughnuts really hit the spot. They were wonderful so I had to go twice on my trip. I really enjoyed the welcoming environment as well
This delicious donut shop has the most amazing atmosphere. I found the vegan donuts very flavorful and tender to the bite. It is totally worth the money and drive. *LGBTQ friendly *chill relaxing atmosphere/ quiet retro tables
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! The donuts are huge and so so good. There were several of us and we all got different drinks...they were all delicious! Espresso martinis, apple cider slushie, Fireball slushie, craft beers, etc. The atmosphere is perfect it was so cute. The service was amazing. We would definitely go back!
Always enjoy their donuts but today we drove almost 30 mins to get Star Wars donuts just to get there and see they were sold out. I tried calling two times before we left to confirm what time they were open until and even checked their socials but didn't see anything about sold out donuts.
These donuts are among my favourite in the USA. They rank up with Top Pot in Seattle or VooDoo donuts in Portland. They are all number 1 because they are great but different I had the strawberry dipped. It was light and fluffy and the glaze was flavourful and delicious. The service was polite and efficient. The lemonade was great too.
Oh my! Doughnuts similar to UK ones! They were amazing! The best doughnuts I have had in all trips to the US. I just wish I was around for the coconut doughnuts. I would be there daily! The money spent was so worth it! Friendly staff and great espresso too!
Donuts are good. Beer is good. The rainbow that threw up on the side id the buildings not. Especially the ??new?? pride flag. And I?m LGB. I just prefer my donuts and beer without a side of rainbow throw up and so do most others. I guarantee you are losing business by catering to the few
I can't say enough about how pleasant the staff was. I loved the decor and appreciate their inclusiveness. They have pride in their products and in Cleveland, and it shows. The donuts were good, different than what I'm used to. Definitely heavier and a bit drier than what I'm used to. However, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut was to DIE FOR!!! Loved it!!
Heard amazing things about the donuts here. Finally gave them a try & they did not live up to the hype. They all taste the same. Apple fritter was light, but no outside crisp & hardly any apples. You can taste the oil; I think it needs to be changed. Fry cake was overcooked on the outside, but raw in the middle. Friendly staff & cute inside.
PSA: literally never ever get filled donuts at brewnuts. The way I literally gagged while driving home. Their cream filled donuts are stuffed with straight crisco, no flavoring. I've never felt more sad for vegans in my life ?? The actual bread quality of the donut is decent, but the icing on top of them is a little too sweet. It needs a little salt to contrast the straight sugar flavor. Server was super nice though! The way I would cry tears of joy if Do-rite or Firecakes decided to invade Cleveland. I w
Speechless. Normally I pride myself on providing in-depth lengthy reviews but I don?t even know where to begin with Brewnuts... I?ve been following their social media pages for quite some time now and was finally able to make my first (but certainly not my last!) visit today. Brewnuts did NOT disappoint, to say the least. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The donuts? My goodness. Crispy, fluffy, richly sweet... but that?s what you want in a donut right?? I tend to be a more savory, less-swee
We love this shop! As a lactose, intolerant person, I super appreciate their variety of specialty vegan donuts. They also have a white selection of beers, which makes us a great spot day or night to hang out.
Brewnuts in Cleveland, Ohio was a great last night stop for Donuts for us! We came in to order half a dozen to take home for dessert and enjoyed them. They are a pretty good size donut, made fresh with different ones to pick from. We had the Chocolate Donut, Maple Bacon Donut, Coffee & Caramel, and Strawberry. They were all good. The place is pretty cool itself! They serve Drinks and Coffee also. The staff was super nice. They have seating inside or at their small bar area too. We recommend coming to Br
While the atmosphere and service was nothing short of amazing... super adorable interior and hella cute place.... Out of 3 different taps w unedited menus at 11am and the most greasy donut i have ever seen and imma polski who LOVES her p?cskis. I got the donut to go (hazelnut fluff filled w apple cider frosting) and enjoyed two beers w my partner (dude rhinegeist ros? you just gotta) A few hrs later i went to eat the donut and got hit with the heaviest grease smell out of the bag. The wax paper was just s
A Cleveland staple in every way possible. This is a great place for an after-meal dessert, beverage or coffee. The donuts are unique and flavorful. The environment is clean, bright, and relaxing. The service was very friendly and personable. A must-try for everyone.
I LOVE donuts and Brewnuts knows how to make a truly great product. Many of the new, trendy donut places simply take one product and throw on different toppings. The problem is most of those donuts are not well made. Brewnuts is creative and talented in their baking. Get there early!
Brewnuts offers unique and tasty donuts! I?m always pleased with my experience here. Today, we got a fruity pebbles donut and a strawberry cr?me donut. Super good!
Delicious donuts, probably some of the best I've had ever! Super nice staff and cute interior. Can't wait to visit again.
Best donut I've ever had. Great drink selection and really adorable decor. Check out the bathrooms. Sounds weird but def worth it!
The donuts are SOOOO good. Amazing balance between the chewiness and softness. The iced coffee slush is great too.
Brewnuts was on our list of MUST DO?s. It was easy to find and my first impression was wow these lines are long! BUT, I?m not a local and my husband and I just had to go here. So we waited in line and it was totally worth it! The staff works hard to keep that line moving and take care of you. The donuts are huge and amazing. The Jameson coffee is strong and they even have a water station. Def a trendy atmosphere with lots of seating. They have several taps to choose from as well as canned beers. There?s def
A fun space with a cool vibe! The staff was super sweet and kind, and the whole place felt like modern and hip place to be. I got a donut and a shamrock shake, and both were super good! The donut was huge and super tasty. They have some vegan options, too. I did not get beer, but they seemed to have a pretty solid list!! Definitely a good stop. There is some public parking right across the street.
Good atmosphere, we love the decorations and it feels very tropical inside. The doughnuts definitely have a unique taste because of the beer batter. You won't get doughnuts like that at another place. They make them fresh all day and even though they're huge you don't feel gross after you eat them. Excellent beer selection and they give good recommendations. Also a fun place to watch Formula 1 or football! Prices are very fair for enormous doughnuts with a lot of toppings.
Cool place. Kids loved the doughnuts. Hard cider was a bit sweet for me. But overall a nice pit stop spot. Cheers
Hands down, these are the best donuts I have ever had. You can tell they are made from scratch and there are so many flavors. The place has such a cool vibe. Also, I felt no judgement for having a beer at 8:30 in the morning ?? If you are in Cleveland, this is a must stop.
Omg if you?re in the area you have to stop here and try their donuts! The best donuts and special combinations I?ve had on a donut for a while. Nice big sized donuts well worth the price. $3 per donut, 16 per half dozen and 32 for full dozen. Enjoy!
Doughnuts were tasty and well made. They aren't small either. Cool spot to have a treat.
Fantastic donuts! Let's just start with the size! You definitely get your monies worth. The dough has the most unique taste it's delicious! Going to make a stop here every time I come to Cleveland.
It's such a good vibe inside. The maple bacon donut is my goto. But the ever changing menu is also fantastic. The people working the counter are always friendly and patient.
Amazing donuts. My husband and I are donut lovers and make a point to visit a local donut shop whenever we are in a new city. Brewnuts is easily in the top three that we have ever tried!! The donuts are HUGE, pictures really don?t do them justice. Flavors are unique and rotating, we tried the lucky charms donut and lemon raspberry. Service was kind and quick, and although we didn?t stay to eat our donuts the atmosphere is super cool and unique (they were hosting an F1 watch party when we went and the whole
Fast, friendly service. Delicious donuts and chai. Cute cozy atmosphere. A wide variety of seating options to accommodate everybody (benches without backs, seats with backs, chairs with arms, and barstools). Looking forward to coming back
Y?all I go here maybe once every two weeks cuz of the obsession I have with this place. With the donuts being vegan, the flavors always changing, and the atmosphere I couldn?t rave more about this place. I hate donuts. Dunkin, giant eagle, any other place you name it. But brewnuts made me fall in love. The texture is fluffy and there isn?t too much icing! You get the full flavor. The donut flavors are in constant change and it never leaves a dull ordering! The styles are so cute on them too! They restock a
Oh man, I wish I could sit here all day munching on donuts and sipping beer. There were so many delicious options for both, I think a multi-day trip is the way to go next time. I got their hot honey buttered cornbread donut and Nutella coffee stroopwafel bullseye donuts. Both were fantastic! The Nutella donut was STUFFED with cream, I wish all donuts were like this. They were both super fresh and fluffy, and super filling. Will definitely be back!
These donuts are delicious.and huge. We tried a special fried donut with cream cheese icing, a strawberry one and a lemon ginger. The lemon one was our favorite. Your eyes can easily end up being bigger than your stomach. We were going to get a 1/2 dozen but ended up getting three and could barely finish one. Whenever we're in Cleveland we will always make a trip to Brewnuts!
Fun donuts that are so light and fluffy. Loved the coconut donut. Can?t wait to go back and try more flavors.
Not only the best doughnuts in Cleveland, possibly the best doughnuts I have ever had! The thick, yeasty, cake part is paired perfectly with a glaze or filling that doesn't make it sickeningly over sweet. The vibe is great too. And if you like beer....BINGO! Edit 2024: still A+++!!! (although, parking can be UNBEARABLE)
Unfortunately didn?t get our cashier?s name, but they were great and super helpful. They helped us pick out our donuts and even got us some drinks to go. The pride punch was delicious! And strong! What a good way to enjoy this beautiful Sunday.
Great original shop in a flourishing and upcoming area of Cleveland. These are not your average donuts! Fresh and creative options weekly if not daily (at times). 1 donut is all you need due to the richness and density. Great drink options. Highly recommended.
Crazy hours, often my favorite donut, the maple bacon, is MIA but I completely forgive them because the quality and uniqueness of their offerings is unmatched. I consider myself a donut connoisseur and these are the best I've ever had.
Amazing donuts every time we go! They now have boozy donuts, such as the cranberry champagne & spiked eggnog!
Super hip and trendy donut spot. Great selection of donuts that change everyday! Great selection of coffee and beer. The vibe is very relaxed and fun. You can choose the music that plays in the jukebox and donuts are reasonably priced. Also everything is delicious.
Worth waiting in line for the amazing donuts. Always tasty vegan options among the dozen flavors. Friendly service and fun decor!
Just Ok donuts. Maybe a different flavor or a filled one would have been better. Cool place though and like rotating flavors concept. Hard to really tell what the decor theme was since it appeared tropical and then random pieces of art were on wall that didn?t fit in with it.
What a great idea! Creative and just plain well crafted donuts, craft beer and kitschy decor? Yes, please.
This shop makes some of the most unique donuts you'll find anywhere. They're always coming up with new creations to keep you coming back (follow them on Instagtam). The toppings and fillings are always spectacular and are really what steal the show. The donuts are very thick and fluffy, but I think they can taste a bit too doughy, taking away from their excellence. Also, be prepared to wait in lines out the door on the weekends. Overall, it's a solid shop that I'd say is worth the wait every now and then.
Super cute. Best vegan donuts outside of Takoma Park, MD.
One of the most unique donut shops I have been to. The donuts are great and the coffee superb.
Bright, fun, and Instagramable donut shop with a creative menu that changes monthly. They serve primarily yeasted donuts with exciting flavor combos so if you're #teamraised rather than #teamcake this is the place for you. Bring a friend for sharing if you want to try multiple flavors as these beauties are mega sized. Coffee is solid too.
The donuts are amazing the beer is local and so good! We had a great conversation with the guys working . I would highly recommend this place. Such a unique and fun experience.
Had a great time here. Will be sure to come back real soon.the donuts are Absolutly amazing, one of a kind, and the beer collection is spectacular. A real unique place. A must visit
A must visit if you are ever in Cleveland. Coffee, beer, and doughnuts. What is not to like???? Extensive draft list of Ohio's finest beers. The banana bread doughnut was delicious. Fun, funky atmosphere.
Love the vegan donut options and having dones and brews when you need a pick me up is lovely.
So I respect the atmosphere. Super welcoming, very clearly open to everyone. So many dietary options too. Love it. To top it off, it's big on F1. There are banners everywhere, watch parties. Heck yeah! But dude, the donuts weren't good at all. So oily, such a weird aftertaste. I really wish they were better, cause it has everything else. Maybe I just ordered wrong?
YUM! Great donuts and decent craft beer selection. Look out for special offerings, I hear they have mac & cheese stuffed donuts and pulled pork donut sandwiches occasionally (sometimes they sell out!) I loved the maple bacon and the chocolate truffle donuts.
Honestly, beer and doughnuts is all I have to say about this place and you should want to go. Every thing they make looks like it's to die for and the price may seem steep but the doughnuts are the size of your face and the experience is well worth it. Not to mention this place is a huge Instagram trap so you'll probably take 100 photos while you're there. I purchased a variety of doughnuts and they change all the time but a couple that were excellent were the cinnamon toast crunch and the strawberry. Just
Came in and they were practically out of every donut I wanted to try leaving me with just a basic strawberry sprinkle donut and my friend tried a banana flavored one. I personally did not enjoy the donuts. The flavor was not enjoyable. Maybe another flavor would have been better but they didn?t have any left when they reopened in the afternoon hours. Cute place but the donuts weren?t for me.
I love this place. The donuts are big and delicious. Definitely worth the price because these aren't dry, rinky-dink donuts like Dunkin's. These are legit. Great place to stop by with friends and have a donut and a drink.
Good but they raised the prices yet again. $4 for a mildly flavored donut is a little steep. Looking for another donut place, but when the frycake cravings hit, I guess they will get my money.
Best donuts I've ever had! Get their early before they run out of your favorite specialty donuts. There's a parking lot across the street that is usually full, but there's street parking available.
They have free books inside you can read while eating. Best vegan donut to date!
Unfortunately, I only got to try the coffee because the donuts sold out when we were third from the counter. Make more, people! I did buy a coffee since I'd waited that whole time, and it's a much better deal than *bucks to be sure. Tasty, too.
I went with my daughter to see the drag show and had a fabulous time! Standing room only and great Christmas drinks and donuts.
Fun interior with good music, fair amount of seating, friendly staff Ordered the Cuyahoga Valley, Death Valley, and Glacier Park from the national parks special menu; the first two were good (they were sold out of Seguaro which was my first choice and the Yogi Bear, my second choice. I wouldn't order the Glacier again; it was overly sweet and the fake taste of mint; very toothpaste-y) the decorations on the donuts were cute (the ice on the Glacier and bone on Death Valley was edible, the tree on Cuyahoga V
Although all of the donuts we had were delicious*, the peanut butter filled one was next level: perfect combination of salty sweet with a little bit of crunch. *Maybe a bit too sweet for someone who doesn't eat much sugar, but they are donuts after all...
AWESOME donuts that have some weight to them but are absolutely delicious ? better than an chain donut around. I love that there is beer on tap at any time of day (almost all local!!) and there?s coffee drinks for others as well. I got the hot cocoa and it was so delicious and so rich, it was hard to finish it! My only complaint would align with others, in that I think some more seating would do them some good. Can?t wait to come back!!!
Enormous, delicious donuts and a funky, eclectic interior. Definitely get the strawberry sprinkle donut abd a couple others to try!
Donut batter was good. Good selection of beers. Drip coffee was good flavor.
Interesting place with a great concept! There was a froz? machine, nitro coffe, great donuts, tapped or canned beer, and additions to add to your coffee like Jameson, Baileys, and fireball. The only down side is it is a pricey ($32 for a dozen) but I feel like if you're looking for a bargain and not the experience perhaps this isnt the place for you. I would come back
Good presentation and nice location, not so much good donuts, at least not for my taste. Donuts are very big and $3 a pop. Flavor was disappointing.. felt like I was eating a greasy piece of bread with a thin glaze over it.. took 2 bites and was done.
Dissatisfied and disappointed to spend $3 a piece on greasy oily donuts. It?s a good 25 minutes from home to drive back down and ask for a refund. Maybe double check your donuts before boxing them. I got through half because I hate wasting food, my kids couldn?t even do more than a bite.
Brewnuts is such a creative and fun spot. The donut selection is always exciting, and the vibe of having a craft beer while hanging out makes it a unique experience. It?s a great place to chill, catch up with friends, and try something different. That said, during my last visit, the guy working was semi rude, which took away from the overall vibe a bit. Still, the quality of the donuts and the cool concept keep me coming back.
Donut shop in Cleveland that started out as a novel idea but got too big for their britches. We drove there 3 times from Youngstown over the past few years. I even posted it was on my bucket list! The donuts are big but they are expensive and not anything special. The ?theme? menus are fun and it?s fun to drink beer with your donut, but that?s about it. Mrs. Brewnuts sits in a booth ignoring the clientele and looking at her laptop and Mr. Brewnuts waits on the customers. The worst thing ever is that they op
