BoSa Donuts Prescott Valley

Went because the lunch combo coupon, but I don't drink soda so I asked if they do substitutes. The girl on drive said no, which is fine, but when I got water instead of sode she gave me some free donut holes! They were super good!! Will be back for both the Donuts and the large bagel sandwich! I really appreciate that young woman for the donut holes, they really made my experience great :)

The donuts are very very good. They are light and soft. Dough has amazing taste. I get a Vietnamese coffee there as well. Incredible!! Always my go to when I visit Prescott Valley.

The Boba donuts and smoothies were amazing. The service was great and this kind lady called Peypey recommended the cinnamon crunch donut and holy cow that was amazing. I absolutely love this place will always come back five stars.

This is an excellent place for a quick bite or a quiet meeting. The food and drinks are good quality, the service has been excellent every time I've been there whether going to the drive thru or inside. The building is clean and comfortable. No complaints. I really dig the chocolate chip muffins, but someone keeps eating them all.

I went through the drive-thru a number of times and ordered donuts. One day I received the wrong donuts and when I talked to the manager about it she said they were right and I was wrong and told me I could never come back. Went back months and months later and the drive-thru girl told me her boss said she wasn't supposed to serve me. The owner is very rude and apparently holds grudges because I'm still banned for some reason. The customer is always supposed to be right.

Grease and Heavey Donuts Rude Staff Dirty Tables and Smells of very old oil. Very disappointed after purchasing 3 Doz for my son's birthday. It a chain donut shop that can not keep the good employees. The owners that are their sometimes are extremely rude and love to correct you when requesting a certain donut. I will not be back nor will any of the 25 adults at event.

Bosa donuts are some of the best donuts around and it's great that they have one that I know of so far in Prescott Arizona. As always they have a great selection great staff and a great place to go get some donuts.

Absolutely phenomenal bosa donut in Mesa AND wait for the buttt.... erm Still good here, BUT I am Quite bitter that the straws are not quite large enough to pull them bobas reliably & regularly into mouth. Get stuck. here. In the straw. I am trying to drink my Bubba drink. And I'm getting a stuck stuck stuck. I can't suck through this straw. And what am I to do? They don't have larger straws. Donuts tasted a bit greasy and blah the staff is so rude and manager just argues when you ask for corrections on order that staff made in correct. We won't be back after spending $$$ and to not have the order made close to correct . An what we received was ??

They have boba drinks of all kinds from smoothies, ice coffees, lemonades, flavored tea?s and all kinds of jelly?s and popping bobas . Serve?s breakfast and lunch sandwiches ALL DAY.

We got to take advantage of Grand Opening deals. The place was packed...line out the door. The neighborhood has been waiting for this fateful day for a long time :) BoSa did not disappoint. The fritters (and other selections) were over fried and dark brown. When you ate one the edges were like crystalized sugar. This is not what I have enjoyed at the other locations in Prescott. The guy that waited on me looked like he just came from the gym. T-shirt and shorts. Not a good customer service look.

Their doughnuts are always great. Today I had the ham, cheese and egg croissant, it also was delicious!

Feb 26, 2025 8:00am Asian girl taking orders at the front counter was visibly sick, red nose, wiping boogers across the face with bare hand and then wiping on her clothes. Took our order and then proceeded to go to the back. Came back with our food. Never did she stop to wash her hands in the sink by the counter. We got sick with some respiratory infection 24 hrs later. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to have someone this nasty being around food.

Every time I go in there the staff is kicking butt and taking names. It's a great place for a doughnut or breakfast sandwich. I recommend checking it out.

Nice location but rude young women running this location. Young blonde woman had a rude attitude with me and another customer . She did not know what a chocolate cake donut was and gave me a glazed chocolate donut . I nicely told her she gave me the wrong donut and after she acted like she had no clue what I was asking for she was able to figure out what a chocolate cake donut was. First tried BoSa Donuts in Prescott, my Wife and I were so happy they open a place in Prescott Valley, brought home a dozen and a Ham, Cheese, Jalapeno Cursant.....Love these donuts ?? ?? 1/31/25-Aaagh! Didn't have my favorite donut...Good thing I like them all.

I gotta tell you, the gals that work here have brought the words, "customer service" back into our vocabulary. They are always smiling and courteous. I haven't eaten the food, just the donuts. They are quite nummy. I'm still learning all the drinks, but I have not been disappointed

This is the best donuts i have in my life. The croissant sandwich with roast beef was amazing! Coffee is really Hot and tastes great black. The only problem is no one knows where the line starts. So a sign stating Order Here would be great. That?s the only reason i didn?t give 5 stars. The staff is Very nice and knowledgeable.

I love the donuts! The sandwiches are amazing!! The service is good, and the staff are courteous. I think uniforms would give it a more professional feel over the street clothes the staff are allowed to wear, but it looks like they all have a good time there, and it doesn't stop their personal professionalism. I will continue to go there.

The ham sandwich on a croissant is absolutely amazing. The sauce really ties it together. When I walked in it was busy but it was no problem for the staff. They took my order with a smile and assured me they will take care of it. Not 5 minutes later I had my sandwich and a taro smoothie in my hands. It truly is a great place to have lunch.

Went for a donut and a boba smoothie. No donuts. Paid for a strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry boba and repeated my smoothie order to three different crew members who still forgot to make my order. There were no cars in he drive thru or customers in diner area, how did you guys forget to make my smoothie? I waited around for ten minutes and they didn't even care.

Went through the drive thru as a birthday celebration with my entire family. Ordered some breakfast, a few drinks and some donuts. Had to repeat order at least 3 times for them to understand what I was wanting. Was put on hold a couple times at the speaker and then proceeded to pick up the order. they take forever to give you your order, they hide in the kitchen because they wanna close 1 hour before their actual closing time. one of the workers decided to serve her family of 5 before she even got to our 2 sandwiches even tho we were there first. they need a decent manager and some work ethic and this place would be great. the food and drinks are awesome but the service is terrible.

The service is really awful, from getting the order wrong 2-3 times, and taking 15 minutes+ to get the food out to straight up just forgetting to give us our entire order. Everyone is always angry and/or rushed and/or brand new there, the turnover rate is obviously insanely high because out of all the times I've gone here I've literally never seen the same person twice. We aren't going here any longer.

When Bosa first opened it was very nice. Now tables, floor, glass doors and windows are very dirty. Today, with few customers, the staff just stood around talking while we were wiping down a couple tables and chairs. Condiment area was messy too.

I go here often for a breakfast sammy and iced coffee. Always great

There is plenty of space for seating inside. There are tons of delicious kinds of fresh donuts to choose from. Delicious smoothies and teas that you can have Boba pearls added into. I even had my tarot smoothie made with less sugar, no problem to my taste. My husband always likes the roast beef sandwich on a croissant. He craves that thing all of the time because it's so delicious. I am so glad there is a Bosa in Prescott Valley

I love the donuts, the Glaze donut is so soft and kind melts in ur mouth when you take a bite. And the ice coffee?s are delicious, especially the vietnamese ice coffee! Also the smoothies and the ice teas are delicious. The lunch sandwiches are packed with veggies and meat the perfect balance. The staff are so friendly and helpful! Recommend this place!!

I love bosa donuts, they make special drinks as long as you tell them how you want your drinks. The owner so so pretty, i come back just to see her again. The sandwich with the special sauce is so goodddd

They?re definitely still working out the kinks because they?re so new, but the food was all pretty decent and the prices are great - much cheaper than Starbucks! Good coffee too. I recommend visiting, but don?t expect it to be the best it could be just yet for until they get the kinks worked out

Asked for fifteen donut hopes, I instead got 150 donut holes. Asked for Boba in my drink too, didn't get Boba. Donuts were packaged messily, one was even upside down, stacked on top of each other. Server was high or something, seemed off her rockers.

Blended drink with boba was quite tasty, took maybe 10 minutes to actually bring it out though when it was just 2 people in lobby.
