BoSa Donuts (Higley & Baseline)

BoSa Donuts (Higley & Baseline)

Reviews Summary

Bosa Donuts receives mostly positive reviews for its delicious, fresh donuts and wide variety, with many praising the large apple fritters and breakfast sandwiches. Customer service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, though some locations have inconsistent or rude staff. A few complaints mention incorrect orders, long wait times, and poor service overshadowing the food quality. While most reviewers prefer Bosa over chains like Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme, some find the donuts average or overhyped. The biggest drawbacks are occasional staffing issues and service inconsistencies, but the majority of customers highly recommend it for the quality and selection.

Basic fresh donuts. If you like fresh, buttery, melt-in-your mouth donuts, you'll love BoSa Donuts. I prefer a slightly tougher dough... I want to chew a little. The buttermilk bars were my favorite as they were firmer with a bit of a crisp on the upper ridges and corners. The basic raised donuts were a tad yeasty and soft for my preference. But everything was really fresh and I'm sure lots of people absolutely loooove these.

This is our favorite donut shop. I come here on tradition every Saturday to grab donuts for my granddaughters (and me & the wife of course ??). The girls love it when their Papa comes to their house on Saturday mornings to deliver the donuts. My favorites are the Apple fritters, old fashioned glazed and donut holes. The ham and jalape?o cheese croissants are amazing as well. Love this place.

Wow this place is so good. The drinks and donuts are next level. Not like the grocery or krispy. Serious these are the best donuts I?ve ever had. No lie! Employee always friendly I?ve noticed.

My grandkid loves a bosa donut after getting his hair trimmed right next door. The bear claws stuffed with apple are fantastic and the variety of items is large. In addition, you can obtain a breakfast sandwich any time they are open. They serve up lunch sandwiches as well. My experience is that the staff has always been friendly and personable. Even when showing the new person the tills and showing how to ring up items, service has been excellent. A go to place for a quick pastry snack or a quick breakfa

Went in to see if they make custom "giant" donuts. They lady seemed annoyed I was asking. A simple yes or no to my question would have been fine. She reluctantly said they can do a glazed one. I placed an order. The whole time she was very short with me and appeared inconvenienced. Following day I picked up order, didn't have inscription like I requested and I had written down for her. I didn't bother asking them to do it, they were busy and their customer service is terrible. I added a half dozen and again

This place was packed this morning, the workers were moving so quickly to get orders filled. The line was moving fast and I got to the front quickly. The selection of donuts were creative yet simple. The location was cozy and placed in a high traffic area. The donuts were fresh and tasted amazing! Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. The drink options were pretty broad. Overall this place is a 5 star

his is a tough review for me to write simply because I don't really have a sweet tooth. I prefer high quality delicate pastries, often Italian which are not so overbearing with refined sugar. As far as North American donuts go I feel Bosa is a borderline 4 star but I have to be true to the entire spectrum including the small handmade locations. Bottom line is if you like donuts in general you will love Bosa although cashing out at $2+ for one apple fritter was steep and in my opinion you are better off goin

I feel like they make the best donuts in town and the prices are great too!!! They also make breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, teas, and coffees. You can't go wrong when you make a stop at Bosa in the morning. You will also be hero to your co-workers if you bring in some Bosa donuts to go around. I know I am!

Whenever i go to a Bosa Donuts, I always get the mango smoothie with boba, but both times ive ordered that here, the smoothie was pretty terrible, with huge ice chunks. They were also out of most of their donut varieties, but that doesn't really seem like their fault.

Really glad they were open Christmas Day! They had maple bacon donuts! I loved the Pina colada smoothie with boba! They also have shaved ice.

I don?t like to give bad reviews if possible, but I just couldn?t resist this time!!! Note: only reason I gave 2 stars is because what I ate tasted good? I attached two photos of: Donut holes and Donut bites. This place clearly changed the English language and how it?s used?you ask me why? It?s because this place sells donut bites as regular donut holes (or glazed donuts with holes in the middle) I asked the lady : aren?t those bites though? And where is the ?hole? ? she said that?s what we call a donut

Good selection of donuts, not sold out of any of them even in afternoon, good customer service

I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 turkey with cheese one with the toppings on the side, and one rost beef and cheese. Once I got back to the hospital I am working at and open the turkey sandwich there was no meat just bread. I called them to let them know they messed up on my order and they started arguing with me. Then said we will give you a free sandwiche if you want to come back and get it. I only have so long for lunch like most people and I was unable to drive back.

I wouldvhave given a 5 but they were out of some donuts that I went there for. Found service unfriendly..

My wife and I were craving donuts, so we chose to go to the closest donut shop to us while visiting friends in AZ. This shop was the closest. I personally prefer cake donuts, so I got a double chocolate donut and blueberry cake donut. My wife got a raspberry filled and apple filled donut. Unfortunately, I found the donuts to be a bit lackluster overall. The cake donuts were fine, and comparable to cake donuts you can get at Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts, but I was expecting better than those donut chains.

Bosa be killing it. Got the donut game sewed up. Delicious and great variety.

Their fresh donuts are great! Taro Boba tea was a bit warm but still good.

Excellent product selection, even late morning. Staff is attentive, helpful. Fancy donuts are decent, although a bit lacking in flavor; price is currently $2.76 B4 tax. Very clean environment, products are easy to view in their large glass-front cases.

I walk in, it's just me, no other customers... I say to the lady, "a dozen assorted please, just NO Maple"... She says "whuu?" I repeat my self 2 more times, she nodded but looked confused, so I say it differently "ANYTHING BUT MAPLE, please" she replies "ok maple" I assume that ment she understood... Nope see photo, extra maple that no one likes in our family lol... Oh well trash can treats I guess.

Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Tired of spending $40 to $50 a week to have a kid with a trash attitude get my order wrong and roll his eyes at me and my girlfriend. The rest of the staff is pretty good and knows how terrible this kid working the front is but for whatever reason he's still here. Poor management. The manager doesn't seem to see where a problem getting home and having been given a dozen doughnuts short and being told with a garbage attitude 3 and 4 dozen are basically the s

Used to go here all the time but there's a little boy who works here that has shorted my order everytime, the last three times I've been in there. I was given 3 dozen donuts instead of the 4 dozen i paid for and when I went back in after getting home he said, "its basically the same thing". When I let him know he has shorted me he is extremely rude about it and asks me what I want. He's always rolling his eyes and laughing when I'm frustrated that I got out to my car or back home and had to come back to get

Awesome Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry with A Smile. My Hazelnut Ice Coffee was Bombizzle. My Bacon, Egg and Cheese was Delicious. The Establishment was Clean. Congested Parking Space. Accessible Parking Available. VERY REASONABLE PRICES ON THE MENU.

Fast friendly service I had a tuna croissant with everything on it very tasty and fresh with a fountain drink Donuts are the best pick you're flavors Donuts holes are nice too

I?ve been coming here for the iced taro milk tea which is wonderful. However I do have to note that the staff in the afternoons tend to make much better drinks than the staff early in the morning. I usually come in during afternoons but decided to come in early this morning to get a drink before work. The taste was kind of odd. Kinda sucks cus this place is easy and convenient since it?s really close to where I live to grab a morning drink.

Let me just say the donuts are soooooooo good. They also have a wide variety of different donuts sandwiches and drinks. It's all very delicious. Staff was very welcoming

Freshest I've had in years, lovelycounter staff

When the order is correct it's good but I've ordered here a lot and I don't plan on continuing to give my business. So one time I ordered breakfast croissant sandwiches, they were out of croissants so gave me white bread. Ordered off Uber eats, so you don't know they're out until it arrives at your house. As annoying as that is, it wasn't the deal breaker. More recently decided to try a $3.49 muffin & instead of refunding me the $3.49 because you guys were out, you gave me a strawberry filled donut that I

They are hiring for a cashier! But the young lady who waited on us was so patient and friendly! These are the largest apple fritters I've seen, and they have WAY MORE apples in them than anywhere else too ??

I am pushing 80 and these are the best donuts I have ever had. Great customer service. I would take these over Dunkin or Krispy Kreme every time. I wish they had more locations with their consistent quality.

Extremely helpful and nice staff! Always have Apple Fritters in stock too! Gonna visit this one more! So awesome!! :) BTW, I lucked out on this place having found it after striking out at another Bosa (north of hwy 60) looking for Apple Fritters and RB sandwiches for my wife one morning. Gonna skip that location and come directly here from now on!

The best tasting donuts in Arizona

I've gone in several times and the service and quality are always excellent! Some of their donuts are unbeatable. Their wide selection seems to change often and the flavors are incredible! I'd highly recommend them for anyone with a sweet tooth. Prices are great and location is decent!

Bosa donuts are hands down my most favorite place for donuts! They're always so fresh and soft, the staff is always so friendly, and they always have my favorites stocked. I've only encountered them being sold out of a certain flavor one time. And, the donuts are nice and big!

We are visiting Arizona and stopped in for breakfast. The croissant with bacon egg and cheese was delicious. The donuts are also delicious too.

Not rude but no customer service. My drink tasted like water that came out of a water hose. ??

The utterly unpleasant teenage girl behind the counter (impatient, even though the store had no other consumers, and rude) didn?t know the difference between plain and glazed donuts, so she proceeded to ?correct? me instead of saying that they don?t serve plain ones. I guess being unpleasant is a cheap way of being cool. Safeway across the street have plain donuts and better coffee too! If you wanna be treated like it?s a favor they?re serving you then this place it It.

I ordered a boba and a dozen donuts, I paid for a boba and a dozen donuts, the girl behind the counter seemed SUPER annoyed that I ordered boba, and then I waited for 15 minutes for them to make the drink, and when they finally brought it out, it was a regular drink. I don?t mind if there?s no boba or you don?t want to make one, but I paid for something, was given attitude for ordering it, and then got something a good $2 cheaper than the thing I paid for. Super disappointing.

Their donuts aren't very good. Their chocolate, maple, and custard all taste weird. Their breakfast sandwiches don't even taste as good as QuickTrip's. We bought a dozen donuts, a breakfast sandwich, 4 Boba drinks, and it was like $50. None of us were very happy with how everything tasted.

Generic tasteless dough masked by overly sweetened glazes and toppings.

Do not eat here! They mess up your order and when you call they are rude. I ordered a turkey croissant sandwich and they did not put any tomato or Mayo on the sandwich like it?s supposed to have. Also over charged me as I have gone there in the past and it was never 16$ for a sandwich, bag of chips, drink and 2 donuts.

If you've never had Bosa Donuts, you're missing out on the most delicious, moist, incredible donuts! I have never had just an ok donut here! I have even eaten one the next day and it still was better than the others. Their iced coffee is good too! Not overly sweet or coffee tasting! Perfection!

A great place for an extra large Apple Fritter and hot black coffee. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. I tip them to laugh at my jokes.

I cannot explain how great the doughnuts are here you just have to try them if you haven't. Always fresh, so much better than any of their competitors and they have good coffee as well. I haven't tried any of their smoothies or sandwiches but I would think they are good.

Update: Donut quality improved!! Hopefully it will stay this way!! Used to be my favorite, but whoever is in charge of filling the Donuts now is very skimpy. Barely any vanilla creme, just a dollop for the whole donut and you have to take 3 bites to even find it. Super disappointing. Hope they go back to the way they used to do it.

Gotta love bosa donuts. Went in the afternoon. Still had a great selection to choose from.

So many choices!! Donuts, sandwiches, lots of tea & coffee choices, other drinks. My husband loves Thai Tea, and to be able to get that and donuts for our daughter, made his day! This place was very busy, so your know the locals love it!

This BoSa Donuts store always has a great selection and is the best store of this AZ chain I have come across. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They have good drink and sandwich items too.

I am a frequent customer of Bosa, buying 2 dozens donuts every month for work. Typically it's a pleasant service, but just last month, one cashier scammed me. They charged me over $30 for 2 dozens, instead of the correct amount of $20. When I asked, the cashier recognized the mistake and said she would refund me the difference. I saw the number pop-up in my account, so I thought she did the right thing and I left. Later on when I got back home, I realized that instead of giving me back the extra charge, she

Got a bacon maple donut from here this morning and the doughnut was still raw in the middle of it. Tried calling the store but the number was an invalid number. Still don?t understand how in the age of technology that a doughnut can be undercooked. Should?ve just went to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin

Is there a better donut shop then Bosa! I don't think so. They are always super helpful and give amazing suggestions especially when you're going in for a work meeting and let's face it i don't know what most peoples favorites are. I always love going here for my daughters teachers, doctors and my family of course.

My daughter and I hv been going to Bosa Donuts since last Friday, we love it. I'm glad she found you ladies. Customer service was awesome. Thank you for helping us and you ? see more of us. Great sorry no photos cuz i bought a new phone.

Ok on the good side doughnuts are great, BUT waiting in line not six feet apart, three young kids kept going in the cooler dropping the drinks on the floor and putting them back. The staff should of said something to their dad. Place was crowded. We waited at least 15 minutes to get served. Had to wait husband wanted doughnut.

This is a good Bosa Donuts! Some that I have gone to have been pits, but this one was great. I got 5 dozen doughnut holes and a dozen doughnuts. No they weren't all for me lol. I got them to give to give the staff on the infusion center at MD Anderson cancer center. Their infusion center nurses are the nicest people. They bend over backward for their patients. I ordered a chocolate peanut for myself and it was all kinds of good.fresh, chocolaty, crunchy and soft. Amazing! This will be my favorite doughnut

When I got here there was a line at 7:30 in the morning and when it was our turn they gave us attitude and we asked for separate bags and she rolled her eyes and the cashier gave us attitude cause we wanted a receipt and she said ok with an attitude so I recommended this place for donuts and drinks and food but the service is not so good. Go see for yourself.

Wonderful assortment, good price and great tasting donuts. Very friendly employees and helpful too. Just found a coupon in the Valpac monthly mailer, I can't wait to use it. Thank you BoSa!

The service was terrible!!! My son got sick outside the store ( he's 6 ) and the lady was actually irritated with him!! Didn't even offer us the restroom!! If the donuts weren't good, I'd never go back!!!!

We have given this place a number of tries because it is close to our house and school and we just aren?t impressed. The donuts are meh. The toppings in the muffins aren?t mixed well enough to spread through the entire muffin and the selection is just ok. To top it off the staff is just downright rude. Again, we have given this place a lot of tries and it?s never gotten better.

Love their Donuts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming. If you haven't visited or are just considering BoSa Donuts...stop thinking and just go. You won't be disappointed!!

The food is good. The service isn't. The girl who served me had dead eyes and gave off the feeling that she just wanted me gone. And on top of that she would'nt even listen to my order. She kept walking off to rush my order through the system before even hearing everything that i wanted to pay for. I just gave up and settled on an incomplete order. Oh and a friend walked in to chat and both employees stopped to chat with their friend before even starting on other people's orders. One dad with his two daught

They have delicious donuts and great drinks but not with the boba balls in it. They do taste odd to me but they are pretty friendly and fast. They're perfect for a quick grab and go with some coffee and breakfast. I'm sure I will return soon. Just no boba balls for me haha.

Only one sitting table. Not allowed to upgrade their free small coffee coupon to a large and pay difference. One small coffee (without coupon) is more expensive than a donut, Hard to believe that the ingredients are more expensive. No refills on coffee.

What would we do without Bosa Donuts!!?? Always a great selection, go early to get your favorite ones.. I've had luck finding blueberry at this location so I'm happy! Friendly staff

I just recently discovered bosa donuts, I had always heard of them and known they existed but never really went inside or checked them out. I should have long ago!! They have excellent donuts and delicious coffee, at a very very reasonable price! You pay less here for a coffee and 2 doughnuts than you do for 1 drink at Starbucks. The coffee is delicious and rich, I'm a big coffee fan and I definitely approve. They're always friendly and quick with their service, the location on Val Vista and elliot is wonde

Probably the one of the best, if not the best donut shop I have been to in the valley, and I consider myself a donut connossuer. The prices are very reasonable, great selection, and the donut holes are super cheap and pretty good too. Definitely my first place I go for a donut.

A high-end donut shop in my opinion. A much larger selection than most traditional donut shops. Lots of varieties of muffins, cake donuts and smoothies. They also have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches. The only missing...kolaches that are common in Texas.

Employee wasn't very helpful not to friendly. It was June 8th around 8:30am I bought a dozen for my daughters job and one for my granddaughter. The donuts are awesome !!!!! I always go there.

There were 2 cashiers on duty. They weren't very polite. The Ipad I had to use to tap my card didn't work well. They charged me twice. I sent an email, & was asked which location I frequented. I answered the Higley & Baseline location. I also mentioned the amount was $4.84. Twice. For a matcha green tea on November 8th. Check your reports & cameras against my Google photo. You haven't taken care of it, so I'll be reaching out to the BBB. That's what I get for trying to frequent a small business.

The best donuts and breakfast or lunch sandwiches. They have the biggest croissants I've ever seen.

The cashier lady had the biggest attitude and was very rude. I?ve never been so mad getting donuts in my life! Try a different location!

Rude? Yup. $1 for an awesome donut? Yup. Who cares if I didn't get my name written on the bag or smiled at flirtatiously while stopping in? I'm now eating the best damn donut in the Valley. Stoked: good, classic flavors; fresh daily. Bummed: not in Flagstaff... yet. ?? Tip: get here early- the selection gets sparse in the p.m. As they only bake once a day.

We've been to the Chandler location but this was our first time at this one. The apple fritters looked good but were old and dry.?? They weren't the soft, buttery ones like we got at the other location. Very disappointing.

A full figured woman white with dyed red hair and black rimmed glasses was working with what appeared to be her teenage daughter. They were preparing food for a young couple and their child. No body else was there. I waited about 5 minutes as they ignored me, never greeted me or said i will be with you in a minute. Finally so I could get there attention and get them to talk to me I opened and closed the door a few times. Finally I got their attention and she scolded me by telling me to get away from the do

Love their donuts always fresh and soft and yet so yummy ??

Went in and waited for like ten minutes and left with nothing?? There were about five people in front of me and the line never moved. It appeared that there was only one employee. Poor girl. The people in front of me left too. It was taking too long.

So hard to pick a favorite doughnut from here, but top 3 would be: original glazed, the crumble, and the apple fritter. But also their buttermilk... And the crumble one with apple filling too. You see the problem. They're all good. So are their breakfast sandwiches.

Love these donuts. The lady working behind the counter saw that I had two young boys and that my hands were full. When I asked for two coffees she put them in a coffee carrier without me even asking. Very thoughtful.

Bosa donuts food was very good and the staff was very friendly. However, if you're a couple remember woman that sometimes the staff will hit on your man in front of you. But still good service

The staff was so nice. My daughter found a coupon in the mailer and wanted to go and buy doughnuts with her own money. The staff member was so kind and really helpful. Great location.

Delicious Sweets & Friendly Staff

This place is awesome! If you go get the tarot smoothie- minus the bobali (spelling?) .it's described as nutty and wow! Nutty * excellent description- but it's so much more - just delicious !

Come in every Sunday for donuts for myself...I mean the kids! Donuts are to die for. Krispy Kreme what? So glad they built one by my house. Staff is friendly and always smiling if when they have a line out the door.

Extremely rude people and the donuts were raw in the middle. Called the number and was hung up on three times without even being talked to . How gross and unprofessional. Never going again.

Super fast service! The two people working there this morning 09/08 were so nice and cleared the line very quickly. My coffee was made just right.

Absolutely addictive, the donut holes just melt in your mouth. Not to mention how cheap the prices are. This staff is always super sweet and helpful. Only downside is no drive thru.

Best donuts in town!!! I love the croissant sandwiches

Visiting my daughter in Arizona and she told me about this place. The donuts are light and fluffy. So good. Went back for one last donut before we went back home to Florida.

Ordered coffee and donuts. Paid for it with my card. After it was paid for the girl realized" oh we don't have any coffee". She didn't offer to make any she just gave me cash back.

I will never return to this location. Looks like a piece of plastic was cut and fell in my kids drink. I took a sip and it cut my tounge. YOUR VERY LUCKY MY CHILD DIDNT SWALLOW THIS SHARP PIECE OF PLASTIC. I hope this was a mistake you lost a frequent customer.
