While I understand the challenges of finding good help, my experience this morning has made me reconsider ever visiting Jack's again. I was second in line and waited 5-8 minutes while a staff member rushed around filling orders, completely ignoring me as a line formed out the door. We have been going to Jack?s for years but the last two weeks we have gone the chocolate frosting on the chocolate sticks has been lighter and doesn?t taste as good and they have been stale. We come at 7:30 am so it seems like the donuts were leftover from the day before. We are really disappointed because this has been our weekly fun thing to do and now we have to find another donut place.

We have been going to this Jacks location for years. Now the selection is lighter, the taste is not as good, lighter on the topping. The staff is not as customer centric, no hellos, no anything. Sad, another franchise going down.

Always out of donuts and dirty lobby. This place is poorly managed. If you decide to enjoy your morning and not be there when they open the door you?re not going to get anything good. The staff has always been nice, and I love that they have a drive-thru, but that is the extent of my positive experience the last couple of years. I experienced a hiccup during my visit. I received the wrong order. The staff appealed to be struggling after another visitor picked up his ex-large doughnut order. This depleted in-store doughnut selection.

Sat for over 5 literal minutes in the drive thru and watched 4 staff scurry around inside but ignore the window. If you choose to have drive through service and have the light on, then staff it. If not, close it!

Only ordered 3 donuts so didn't even think to check and make sure I got the correct ones. Of course when i get home and open the bag, the girl gave me the wrong donut (to make matters worse the one she got wrong was the one my daughter requested for her bday tomorrow morning). A friendly local donut shop. We have started going here lately and often go later at night for a late night donut run. Donuts have always been great and very friendly staff. Thanks for having a great smile and attitude for later at night often near closing time. Really can't believe the bad reviews for this shop, not sure what they are expecting.....people it's donuts. This place was Amazing when they opened, last time we got donuts they were stale, and the past two times we have tried to go during their POSTED business hours they were closed (sold out) including us going today to give them another shot. Quality has gone down tremendously! I used to love their doughnuts but now I go to other places to get mine. Maybe some day the quality will go up but now they are in the Kroger section when it comes to quality. It is up to 21$ a dozen now!

Three words: Terrible quality control. See the pictures for my last two experiences getting Long Johns (vastly different size AND taste). This is a training/management issue - not a direct criticism of the people working there. They are always friendly (albeit understaffed). Too many other options in Fishers, so we won't be back. I suggest you do the same.

Just order doughnuts from this place and was very excited to try. Dissatisfied. The doughnuts didnt taste fresh for 9am, I didn't get the order i asked for and was sent no variety, chocolate, sprinkles and toffee? For the price that I paid almost $20 for a dozen I would have expected that there would have been a decent variety and they would have been fresher. Lesson learned

Just picked up donuts at 6AM, right after opening. They were obviously left over from the day before. Glazed donuts were ice cold, stale and hard. Paid $20 for something I could have gotten at the local gas station for 1/2 the price. This seems to be a re Turing problem based on the reviews. In the bright side, the employees there are always very nice and give great service.

The customer service was top tier! The donuts tasted stale, seems as if they were leftovers from last week. I came at 8:30am. We got a dozen mixed and 2 dozen donut holes. Everything was terrible. Props to the customer service though! The girl that helped me was very sweet!

If you do an online order and come into the store they will ignore you. They help the line as they walk in and ignore you every single time. At least 10 walk ins were helped before I was even acknowledged will not be coming back.

I was a bit sad that the apple fritters had sold out when we were there(1pm on a Wednesday). But, we ended up getting a half dozen donuts anyhow. It cost $9 total and they were good. The staff here was incredibly helpful and friendly as well.

The donuts taste great. The delivery is not so great. Each visit has resulted in donuts stacked on each or sideways ruining the toppings.

All you need to know is where Jacks is located. After that you will never need another donut shop.

My kids love Jacks donuts. It is my kid bday. I go in to get them donuts there are 3 high school kids working. the case is basically empty and they were more interested in there conversation then the guest. How are there no donuts out on a sat morning at 830am???? I got 6 donuts I was going to buy 2 dozen but again they had no donuts. very disappointed

I went in on Wednesday April 5 around 1:15 in the afternoon to grab a couple of donuts for my son. The first thing I noticed was there was not much to choose from, I didn't think to much of it I just figured they had a busy morning. I get 4 donuts and a dozen donuts holes for $7.65. I get them home and try them and they are old. If you want to sell day old donuts, that is fine by me, just not for full price. I placed an online order. The times listed are until 6pm and I was emailed to say they close at 3pm. I was a little upset with the posted times being incorrect but I will say, I got another email stating they sold out at roughly 1pm. The way the email started I read it as if I wasn't going to get the team's donuts. Crisis averted thankfully. But waiting 15 minutes to get our boxes was the worst part. Kids loved the ?? and that's all that matters.

I have been a regular customer of this location for a few years now. It's usually been good, although they do have consistency issues. Sometimes you receive large donuts, sometimes they are small. It always seems to vary. However, when I stopped by today, I noticed they increased the price of a dozen to almost $16. That's just too much for this type of product. Nearby Kroger is way cheaper. We ordered a dozen donuts and a bag of donut holes for our boys. We ordered through DoorDash so it?s their fault too. NO box of donuts. How do you not deliver the main item?! We used to love this place but the quality has declined significantly. We will not order from them again.

If you don't get there early, they will not have much in stock. Also, the last 2 times I've gone, I've been given a wrong donut even though they grabbed it from the right spot. For instance, it should be filled and isn't, or should be filled with jam and instead has pudding. By the time your kid bites into it and rejects it, we're already half way home. When you get them fresh, the donuts are tasty and if you get there early, they make a large variety.

Visiting Fishers from IL. Good friend told me we had to check out Jack?s & that it wouldn?t disappoint. We were recommended to get the Tiger?s tail (which we did.) I got a dark coffee & custard filled. Everything was fresh and delicious. Friends staff & beautiful area. Glad we checked it out.

We came in around 10:45am on a Sunday. I understand the donuts being picked over, but their customer service needs improvement. I did buy a cup for coffee, but then they did not have enough coffee to fill a quarter cup. I was told that was all they were brewing today, but then she went back to cleaning and did not offer a refund or to make an alternative. I ended up just throwing it away and leaving. We?ve been going here since they opened and appreciate that they offer a gluten free option. However, this location seems to have gone downhill in recent months. Several weeks ago we received a donut that was completely raw in the middle, and the long johns have gotten significantly smaller in size (more like a large breadstick) but cost the same. Came by on a Sunday a little after 7:00 am, there was a few other customers while I was there, but thankfully it wasn?t too busy (for covid reasons). I really like the location! I got a Bavarian Cream and a Cronut for me and both tasted very good. I was a little disappointed because I ate over half of the Bavarian Cream before I got to the filling, but once I got to the filling it was amazing.

They could improve the coffee bar...Didn?t have coconut milk for us dairy free people. They should consider offering coconut milk & almond milk for those of us who don?t want dairy. Didn?t have a cold brew coffee. They just put hot coffee on ice which melts the ice immediately. Wasn?t impressed with the coffee side of things but the donuts are great as always.

This location does not have a building sign which makes it hard to locate. The owners or management should consider in getting a sign so people can find the building easily.

Fantastic and you'll love there selection. Donuts and a hot cup of coffee is a great way to start the day. It is having the drive thru so you don't even have to get out of your car or wait in line.

They are little above average when it comes to donuts. Dont like the fact that they put the donuts at the end of the night that are left over under a very low heat to keep soft and then serve first thing in the morning. Or at least that's what I've been told by a person that works there. Tim's donuts in Mcordsville is probably the best donut place in the country in my opinion.

All 4 of the donuts i ordered were wrong. Asked for a chocolate iced cinnamon roll, got one with no cinnamon and fluff filling. Asked for two tiger buns and got two tiger rounds, asked for applesauce cake and got a vanilla cake. My family was so disappointed when we got home. We love Jacks but this location isn't great. We've ordered delivery from here a few times. This last time we didn't receive the right amount and the iced donuts were stacked on top of each other. I think I'll just go out of my way to go to the Carmel location from now on.

Jacks Donuts is all about community. They always have been. If you're coming here expecting Dunkin' Donuts, don't bother. That's not Jack's Donuts. They specialize in yeast donuts, something you don't usually find in the b I g national chain stores or your local supermarket. They do a yeast donut unlike any other and the taste will both delight you and stay with you! Get yourself an incredible cup of coffee while you're at it!

So many people rave about Jack's Donuts. They are just okay to me. The people are pretty friendly. They are usually out of multiple types after 9AM or so and the selection isnt massive. They do have great deals from time to time and I'm told their coffee is great.

We travel here every year to visit and always get cronuts as they are the best in town. Our first day we arrived at 7 am to find cronuts were sold out. The staff did not seem to care so after emailing them I recieved a very quick response and they held them for us next day. 5 star for the owners effort to make us happy. I ordered 5 dozen donut holes from GrubHub. I got a call immediately to say that they didn't have what I wanted. But they had 2 dozen white donut holes and could give me some white donuts instead... Today is my husband?s birthday so I thought I would start his morning with donuts before work. Hours on Google say they open at 5am, hours on the door say 6am (on a white piece of paper), large sign says curbside pick up 6a - 1p. All lights are off. I called and no one answered. So are you not actually open at 6am as posted on your building? I finally left ten after 6. Very disappointed.

Donuts we're good, but the only reason we went was because Santa was supposed to be there per their Facebook page. When we got there he wasn't there and they had no idea about the Facebook post even though it even cycled on their screen saver in the donut shop while we were there. They didn't seem concerned with the error at all and just asked us what donuts we wanted like nothing happened.

How hard can it be to make a good donut? Apparently very hard judging by the other shops in the area but Jack's nails it. The line wrapped around all four walls when I was there, granted its a small space and the staff is quick on their feet so I didn't wait long. I'd wait on line an yay if it means not having to eat the nasty stuff at other donut places.

They make the best white cream filled with chocolate icing. That being said, they run out before 9:30am. Their donuts are sooo fresh. Too much glaze hides the good flavor of the donut.

Love these donuts. Sometimes they sell out of the good stuff in the morning if you come late but that's the nature of the business. One thing I would suggest is a kids specialty donut. Got my daughter a cinnamon bun because it was sprinkled, bigger than her head. :) She still ate it.

Went in for donuts on a Tuesday morning and was waited on by an older guy early to mid 50's. He acted as if he never saw a black woman before. Went over to get tiger tails for breakfast for myself and my wife and at 6:30 am and only thing they had was day old ones. Very expensive for day old donuts. Will not return as you should be able to get fresh ones

I don't think the girl knew what she was doing. Didn't quite hear the total, but I've never needed to question it. Got home to find out my order was wrong & to top it off, she over charged us.
