Stopped in for coffee across the parking lot at Deep Barrel and came in here to try the donuts. The regular glazed is just ok but the jelly filled glazed was superb.
Special ordered a large donut (instead of a cake) for my son's 3rd birthday, per his request. He asked for a large donut with yellow icing and sprinkles. This is what we got. I was so disappointed, and being that we picked up the donut on the morning of his party, there was no time to get a replacement donut elsewhere. Been living in town for over 25 years and I was unamused with my last visit. The place has a horrible smell but the donuts have been good in the past so we decided to get a few. I was charged $8.50 for 4 donuts. I had another visit where a tip was added to my receipt after I already exited the store without my permission when I put cash in the tip jar. I'm never coming back to this store. I advise you always ask for a receipt to check your totals here. I feel I was taken advantage of here, never ever coming

Hii so I recently had an order I needed to pick up for Uber Eats and the guy there today was so friendly and such a nice person overall. Had the food already boxed and even gave me a free donut! Call me biased or not, but I really never knew of this place but I would love to keep coming back here when I?m not delivering because the donuts look amazing. Although the tables and seating area looked dirty, I would still highly recommend this place because of the amazing service!
They are a decent little donut shop in Norco. It is family run and they are nice and friendly for the most part. Just don't catch Grandma on a bad day lol. I do wish they would attempt some more trendy donuts and I wouldn't need to go elsewhere for a good donut.
As a DoorDash driver, I want to provide better service to my customers. I am very grateful to the male store owner. So I give two stars.This is for him.He is very friendly. Every time I go to pick up a customer's order, he will give the driver an extra donut (even I don't eat donuts though ). LOL. But every time the older lady is around, it's terrible, she's so rude and won't even say "hello" to you. I guess age is no reason for you to be rude. She will ask you to do something in a commanding tone. One time
The donuts are alright. But the problem is: they overcharge you every time you come in. $8 for half a dozen but I am charged $12. When I asked them, they say it's "cuz I give you extra". Then they end up giving you donuts you don't like or didn't ask for. Yet you're still paying for them, they are not free. Yet they'll keep telling you: "it's free... It's free!" It's not free though.
Excellent variety of doughnuts. We come here 3 times a week and the items we choose are almost always different. The ham and cheese crossaint is very good and about $4.50 There are other sandwiches that if you are willing to wait a few min and pay a few more bucks they are delicious and well made. My son loves the doughnut holes or the plain glazed doughnut.
The donuts are wonderful and 5 star quality, but the rating comes because I always get overcharged. There is a male and female that work there, and the lady always adds extra to the order and charges extra. Normally if I have 8-10 donuts I'm passive about it to make a dozen and their lives easier. I love going to this place in the morning especially you can go there anytime of the day they have a lot of food there that they cook as well the people don't know about. I typically we get their omelettes in the morning. If you get one they might not look this pretty as a lot of places but don't let that fool you The taste is absolutely wonderful. The owner also told me he's having a hard time keeping his business going. So let's try to support this place as much as possible we don't need another small bus
I?ve gone here several times with my kiddos. We always order donuts and coffee. Every visit they?ve given us extra donuts for free (for the kids) which is nice. We enjoy eating on the bench they have outside. Love this little spot!

We absolutely love d this place. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. One was sausage and the other was bacon. The donuts were fantastic. We will be ordering again through door dash the sandwiches were nice and hot.
You know what we have been there about 5 times new to area. The donuts are good and some of the breakfasts sandwiches are good. BUT THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE. Coming to Blue Ribbon Donuts has become a Sunday tradition. I have moved away from norco but I still come here for their delicious donuts. Ever since I had my first bite I really could care less for any other donuts. That includes Krispy Cream. Always fresh, always amazing. And their inhouse orange juice is perfection. They are a friendly bunch and I would recommend blue ribbon to everyone with the sweet tooth and a craving for quality breakfast pastries.
A let down. Definitely not a cozy coffee/pastries shop. Coming from a long road trip into Norco for an hour to visit family. Need coffee. With Norco's limited selection of caf?s, I was really hoping Blue Ribbon would be a nice spot to get out of the car and stretch my legs, answer some emails, and have a nice special cup of coffee. Ordered through GrubHub at 6:09 pm; found out by calling Blue Ribbon Donut at 7:45 pm that they closed at 7:15 pm. Never received a phone call from the business or Grubhub until 7:50 pm. Very poor business ethics on both companies.
Donuts are super good here! They are always a great deal too. Blue Ribbon also has a large selection of drinks and snacks, if you don't want donuts.

They always have fresh coffee and doughnuts! A must before work or during lunch. Sandwiches, boba drinks, tortas and all the usual cold drinks in a donut shop. I stop there for my daily "champurrado"and cream cheese danish.
