First, the good: The ube iced latte was fantastic. Smooth, flavorful, and refreshing. I?d definitely order that again. Now, the bad: Unfortunately, everything else we ordered fell far below expectations. We got five donuts and six minis, and they ranged from mediocre to completely inedible. This morning I picked up 2 dozen donuts to share with some colleagues. You would have thought these people got rich from bonuses. The roar and the buzz coming from our dept was like something I have never heard from the two years in worked there. It's a pretty sleepy office. People were thanking me like a national hero as they left for the day. Your donuts are my new super power to win over even the most cynical and critical crowds.

Lovely addition to Arsenal yards. I especially love the vegan options they have, including the strawberry frosted. Very quick service and the donuts are always fresh.

This is my first time at this Blackbird location and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the space is. The location in my neighborhood doesn't have any seating, so I found the seating here to be a nice way to enjoy my doughnut fresh. I also ordered one of the seasonally matcha lattes, which had a good amount of sweetness while still maintaining the matcha flavor.

I have noticed this donut shop after visiting arsenal yards and my wife told me that we should try it. This morning I was in the area and stopped for some donuts. I got a half dozen and a coffee for $25, so my expectations were high as far as donuts go. After trying their donuts I can honestly say just go to Dunkin. Their proofed fluffy donuts were very chewy and tasted like grease. I think this might have something to do with the weather but again Dunkin's donuts have never tasted like this. Their cake don

The lovely person working here (I wish I knew their name!) was so kind, considerate and generous. They took the time to show me their offerings and just really made my day, so thank you & these things do not go unnoticed!

I've gotten delivery from this place twice. They have amazing cinnamon rolls!!! Nick really went above and beyond when preparing my order. I was having a rough week and he made my week so much better, hope he is blessed with everything he wants and more.

I got a box for friends who graciously chopped them all up so we could try a bit of each. The passion fruit one is DIVINE! I don?t normally like doughnuts. I got them because my friend does. Very good donuts, but they rarely have the donut I want in stock (I am vegan, so it significantly limits my options). Seems like 3/4 times I go in to buy a donut, I end up walking out with nothing.

Coffee is okay not bad. The donut was dry though, maybe next time I'll get another donut selection.

The place is really cute and has a really great aesthetic. I ended up buying 6 donuts right after they opened. The donuts themselves were okay, but I think they were a little stodgy/stale. I haven?t tried other locations, but I was impressed with their flavor combinations, just not the freshness and airiness of the donuts the day of. In order to get a box, you also need to buy at least 6 donuts.

I've been to many of the other locations for Black Bird and was quite excited when I saw this pop up in Arsenal Yahd. The interior of this place is beautiful and well color matched. Seriously, the donut boxes match the tile. It's clean and tidy inside which creates for a welcoming spot to sit and relax for a bit. Everyone that works there has been so kind, it feels like I've made new friends.

Absolutely love the donuts, ambience, and staff. Nick is the sweetest and has outstanding customer service. So happy they opened this at AY as now I can walk downstairs and get a little sweet treats

The newest of the Blackbird family is a very pretty, cozy take on the BB look. The doughnuts are so fun and park behind the Garbanzo for quick easy spots. Let?s not forget Nick who is superb!!

Doughnut was weirdly tough and greasy- like maybe it was a day or two old? The cream and the topping were great but the doughnut itself was not good, especially for the price.

Great food and coffee but the staff are absolute treasures. Always a great attitude and honestly it?s hard to walk out of there not smiling and feeling positive. One of the highlights if Arsenal Yards!
