I went there and all the times I went it was amazing, food has quality and you can see the work they put into the donuts, they not only look good but also taste amazing. Best Donut shop in OH, I love it. The service team is very nice and friendly, they attended me instantly. 100/10

First off, thank you so much Bismarck ?? They went out of their way to make sure they had my order just the way I wanted. (I ordered a couple days ahead? 30 donuts for my daughter?s birthday). They even threw in a few other things while I was there before I even realized it! They are truly the sweetest place in town! They made my day! Donuts were also delicious and just so pretty!

Visited this place for the first time today. Writing this sitting inside because it?s just too awesome. Donuts are fresh. Coffee is delightful. The food is awesome! (Biscuits and gravy are top notch) We moved to the area in the last year and the only regret I have is not trying this place sooner. My family and I found Bismarck Donuts while on a small Family trip and boy are we happy we did. Everyone is so pleasantly nice and very attentive to the customers. The food is so fresh and hot and so delicious. The donuts are amazing and award winning. I recommend the apple fritter it reminds me of a deep fried funnel cake it's beyond delicious. My only disappointment is that we return home tomorrow and won't be able to visit for awhile. Thank you Bismarck Donuts ?? ??!

While I was in Greenville I decided to stop by a local donut shop that was near to one of my destinations. Admittedly, I pulled in late as they were about to close. They didn't have what I wanted, but they were very accommodating. I ordered a few of their remaining donuts and took them home with me. The next day, I had the blueberry donut and iced donut for breakfast. They were both quite good and are among some of my favorite cake donuts I've had. We went and enjoyed our donuts and the fruit smoothies were delicious! Very thick and fruity. Also tried their biscuit and gravy - while nothing compares to homemade gravy I was able to enjoy this too. Definitely looking forward to the next visit there.

This Bismarck Donut location hands down has the best customer service in town! They are the most kindest of people, the food is always made fresh, orders are accurate, and they take pride in serving customers. I encourage people to support their business as opposed to Dunkin who moved in across the street. Support small family owned businesses over corporations!

The best donuts in Greenville are found here. I've not had anything I don't like I very much recomend this to all people. I especially love the Chai latte. And all donuts taste fresh and amazing. Truly a great price for what you recieve.

Our family got a breakfast sandwich, real fruit smoothies, a mocha, and a few donuts for the road. The employees were so friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place.

The food was amazing, but what was even more amazing than the food was the cheerful attitudes we were greeted by, and the time taken to explain what things were and make our order perfect. This place is a family favorite. We've done birthday donuts for classes, little one on one dates with our kids, and just getting donuts because we want to. We have never had anything bad! I also love all of the fun crafted donuts, they always brighten my kids' day (especially the rainbow and ninja turtles)! The smoothies are always delicious. Tried to get a donut, and coffe before my trip to Indiana for appt. Right when they first opened. Drive thru was closed. Tried again on my wY to work after lunch the next day, no go. So nowi don't go at all. Since they couldn't figure out whether they were open or not. Will not waste my time.

Was at the establishment a couple weeks ago.Asked about ordering cookies and pricing employee said she could do them gave me price of 1.89 per cookie.Called today to order was told 2.50 a cookie.I ask why when I was told 1.89 they said because ingredients went up.Iwas surprised because they haven?t been opened that long for price increase my opinion.Ordered from different bakery.
This place has really great food, but every single time they give me the wrong drink. They are a tad slower than most drive-thrus, but the food is worth it.
