Don't let the looks deceive you. It might look like a regular donut shop but it is NOT. The donuts here are awesome. They are nice an fluffy, taste amazing, super messy, and big and I mean BIG. The maple / chocolate bars are at least 12 inches long. This is a must go to place.
Really tasty doughnuts and very nice staff.
Coffee is watery and the buttermilk biscuit doesn't taste like buttermilk at all - Actually it has no flavor. All the supplies sitting out on the tables. They don't smile at you and they don't say thank you to you. They just say, "Next !"
At a certain point in my life I had little money, but those chocolate bow ties?, Billy would kindly accept the money I had even though sometimes it wasn?t enough. I?ve been coming here for over a decade and out of all the donut shops I have never had a donut as good as theirs.
When I get up super early. I like to grab myself a bowtie. They're super delicious ??

They have the best donuts I have ever had. Not just donuts but everything is amazing. Their croissants are delicious as well. If you can choose Go for a twist and a croissant. You can't go wrong! I usually go in 2-3 times a week.
Idk how I?ve lived in Orland for 3 years and never noticed this place! I went in the other day and was short $2 and the owner was so kind and told me not to even worry about it and hoped I enjoyed them.
Their donuts are among the top five I've had anywhere. They have figured out how to make each type of donut taste delicious with the perfect balance of crunch and soft on the inside. I always come here each time I visit Orland.
Went there this morning, not from orland but travel here twice a week...the doughnuts were actually warm this morning. Soo delicious..ill keep coming back and leaving a tip whenever I can.

Best donuts for miles. We love the authentic flavor. Good prices, refreshing coffee and refreshment case. The place is family owned and they come out and talk to the kids.
BEST DONUTS EVER. They beat other donuts places, by far. Krispy Kreme is NOTHING compared to Billy and Emily?s. Please please please, if you are in Orland...go to this store!!! The chocolate bow ties are the best, and the breakfast sandwiches can start your day completely perfect. Most definitely 5/5 stars!!!
Only because it?s the only donut shop there is in town & my kids like every kid love donuts I go there, but the lady that usually works there is always very rude to the customer. If I could give it zero stars I most definitely would
Who doesn't love donuts?!?! This is a great shop, the only downside is that they close after they sell out for the day. So, get there early or you might not get any!

Great coffee and donuts different varieties but one of the owners is kind of grouchy doesn't give good service to customers kind of disappointed it's been a few times she yells at customers
