We love Bill's. They just have the best tasting donuts. The staff are friendly and understanding when you have a crazy order.

2 stars for the fact that there are never any donuts. They don't close until 5pm but always seem to be out by or before lunch. Staff is nice and the sweets are good.
ordered a yellow cake with chocolate frosting for my mother's 85th birthday...also bought a dozen glazed doughnuts....I've never tasted a cake so moist and soft as that one and the doughnuts were so fresh and soft....I live in Macon and visit my mother near Vidalia so I'll visit a little more often now lol.
We always love bills from their incredibly friendly staff to there even more incredible sweets. ?? and if you're an art enthusiast, I encourage you to look up at the ceiling inside ??

Been going to Bill's since the 70's, when it was a mobile unit in a parking lot. The donuts atd always fresh and tasty, friendly and curtiest staff and the customers are nice too. My favorite and only donut shop l go too...
Wow and that's an understatement! Melt in your mouth eclairs STUFFED FULL with Bavarian cream. I've never had such a complete donut experience in my entire life until Bill's Donut Shop. Right up there with KK only better. I found it hilarious that it really was surrounded by cop cars. ??????????

I miss the old Bills. Not what they used to be. There have been no donuts many days and even days where they are just closed. Not sure what's going on, but having product and being open is a requirement for all businesses. Get well soon Bill's!
Soooo good! Got half a dozen donuts, but I wish I had a dozen. Scarfed them down so fast that I was barely out of the parking lot before I'd finished my two. Loved the glazed donuts. also got raspberry filled and cinnamon twists. Everything was great.
I was in Vidalia for the Hall of Fame induction ceremony and went to Bill's with my bestie. This was my first time, but it will not be my last! The doughnut, cinnamon twist, apple fritter, and cinnamon roll that I bought were DELICIOUS! Everything was so fresh! I will definitely visit Bill's on my next trip to Vidalia! Next time, I will be bringing more back to Atlanta!
Stay far away from this bakery for a Small Town bakery you think they'd appreciate every customer but the owner Michael has an attitude and a jerk demeanor if you're too old and grouchy to do your job retire and let someone else do it he seem to have been upset because I placed an order for cannolis and came in the next day and picked them up that agitated him and he remembered who I were not telling me I placed another order for cannolis me not knowing that he was agitated from the first go-around so rathe
I first had Bill's Doughnuts when I was seven yrs old. 47 yrs later, and I'm still coming there every chance I get. It's my favourite doughnut place of all time. I recently met an older lady who works there she's one of the nicest people I've come in contact with in Vidalia. Her smile and personality are contagious. If the doughnuts don't put you in a great mood, she will. ( She was wearing a Vidalia Indians Softball t-shirt)
YUMMY! DELICIOUS! Never disappointed when we come here. Love seeing all the holiday desserts on social media. Customer Service is always good even though sometimes you feel rushed. The drive thru window is convenient.
My parents just moved to town in December 2022 and we had donuts from here several times a week when I came down to visit. Ahhh-mazing! Cannot wait to visit again this spring and have another sugar fever dream of donuts!
I walk in with my shades expecting a building of bright light and overwhelming prices. This place was none of the above, they had beautiful art great lighting and great prices and even great-tasting donuts coffee rolls and pistachio muffins! I couldn't ask for a better donut and bake shop experience environment and taste of food. Very friendly workers and glad this place is around.
A year ago, I was new to Vidalia. Until then, I?d never had donuts like these. Though Dunkin? came to town, we have no need to go there. Love Bill?s !!!!
The donuts are ok coffee is ok. The brownies were to die for. The prices are ridiculously HIGH! 2 dozen donut holes cup of coffee and a brownie almost $24. And for donuts that are not fresh, at least a day old!
The owner, Michael, is such a pleasure! And the donuts are top notch, Bill's Donuts shop is worth checking out!

I have been enjoying Bill's Donuts for years now. They have always been one of my favorite tastes in donuts. I used to always frequent Baker's Pride in Savannah, but since they have now changed the taste of their donuts I will only enjoy Bill's Donuts when visiting Vidalia Ga from now on....I like Bill's Donuts even better than Krispy Creme & that says alot!!!

Had to load up on jelly and cream filled doughnuts while in town. Yummy as always. I missed having my pistachio muffin but the lady filled me in on why they haven't had them. ??
Donuts were so delicious that I had to "relieve " myself in the bathroom after eating 4. And I'm not talking about a number 2. Donuts made me stroke it. I'm sure my " glaze was all over the wall!! Thanks Bill.

Always delicious. Never old tasting, even at the end of the day. Friendly staff. Going inside is quicker than the drive thru if they are busy. 5 stars if the drive thru was faster.
I live in Tampa but my parents reside in Reidsville. This is the only place I want donuts from. I choose them over Krispy Kreme which are the bomb. Give me their twists, regular or cinnamon
Excellent, taste great, smells good, and everyone's nice. Peach yogurt was wonderful and the apple fritter was big enough to feed a family of 4.

I would give this business a half of star. Worse customer service. Paid $18.00 for 16 cupcakes that were turned upside down because they were placed in a donut box instead of a cupcake holders. Never have any products to purchase. I'll NEVER patronize this business again!!
So many yummy goodies! And they are open on Sundays!!! Needed a cake in a pinch for my son's birthday and they had a delicious one already made!

The donuts and the yogurt are way overpriced. Went in to buy some yogurt, and when the girl told me the yogurt had to be weighed, and then the cost, I told her ?No way!? and walked out! Donuts are too heavy, and overpriced as well.
Not as good since the recent change of ownership. The greasy apple fritter looks like an amateur attempt at a cross between a Pop Tart and a French toast sandwich slathered with apple pie filling. I took only one bite of it, then discarded it. Where's the real Bill when you need him?
