I got a dozen donuts for a park visit with some friends. The donuts were delicious (6 glazed and 6 chocolate frosted). They were also so large, a dozen couldn?t fit in a box! A friend loves bacon-maple, but they were out; however, the staff did say to give them a call beforehand and they can try to have one made in advance in the future. Super friendly and accommodating!! Big D?s Donuts & Bagels 6-27-25 I went in for some of Donuts on a Friday around 11. Lots to choose from in the counter. The girls that work there are very friendly as was the owner. This place was neat and clean with donuts in a case so you could see them easily. I ordered a half dozen and they barely fit into the box. Stopped in for the 1st time. The staff is super friendly. They have a large selection of bagels, homemade cream cheese, a variety of donuts, coffee, and more. We had a pork roll egg and cheese bagel and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. The bagels sandwiches are huge and will get your day started right. They are definitely worth the price. We can't wait to go back and try the apple fritters.

I ordered garlic bagels and a jelly donuts. The bagels were horrible. The garlic was just dabbed on not baked on the bagels. After slicing them all the garlic was on my hands. And they were cold like they had recently been taken out of freezer. I ended up throwing them in the garbage. The jelly donut was very good with lots of jelly. 4 bagels and 1 donut was $10

This is a great little donut shop. They have a ton of choices, and they were super nice. I only gave a low star count on atmosphere because it was a tiny shop and lots of people made me feel uncomfortable. I still have to order a sandwich from here, but the donuts are amazing! They have a Ressees one that was really good and the blueberry filling with glaze was another favorite. Definitely worth a visit!

We stopped in to try the donuts we?ve been hearing everyone rave about and they lived up to the hype! Very fresh and not overly sweet. We did wait about 30 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches but they were delicious and well worth the wait, just know that they can only make a few at a time going in, in case you?re in a rush. It is a small place so there?s only a couple of tables to sit at so it can feel a bit cramped but if you?re just taking your donuts to go this is not a problem! Definitely recommend gi

Fantastic, fresh donuts. We went a couple times during our most recent visit to the area - the Apple Fritter was crisp and fresh and the texture of their standard donut was fluffy and delicious. The blueberry donut had excellent blueberry flavor. Regardless of whether you like yeast or cake donuts, Big D?s is about as good as it gets for classic donuts.

I got there at 6am, they were the freshest donuts I have had in forever!! Not sure how I got to Philadelphian alot and never seen this place!! The people were very nice and answered my questions. Thid is def a new favorite place for us?? Next time I will try the bagels!! Kinda pricey but worth it!! About $20/dozen

I came in on Father?s just just ahead of a rush at about 10:15. The customer service was amazing, the breakfast sandwich was the best I?ve ever had. I ordered a dozen chocolate donuts with 4 cream filled and they filled and dipped them all right in front of me. They were very busy, but the woman running the register never stopped smiling. She was sweet to everyone she spoke to. From where I was standing the kitchen was spotless. I?ll definitely be going back.

This is hands down the best donut shop I?ve been to. I don?t even care for donuts USUALLY, but my 4 boys and husband do. We get donuts fairly often, and we have been here now 3 times in the past week. We have had several cake donuts, apple fritters, filled donuts (including a key lime that was incredible) and others like glazed, chocolate frosted glazed and peanut butter cup. All of them are good. I am hooked on the chocolate frosted glazed and will be back probably much more than my weight loss goals will

All the donuts we had were killer ? they didn?t have cream filled which was sad but the quality of everything we got was awesome. Apple fritters donut holes, chocolate on chocolate, blueberry all great.

I forgot to get her name, but the woman who owns this place is very sweet! She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. I appreciated her kindness (and the free donut she threw in to my order as I was checking out). I come specifically for the glazed croissants, which taste exactly like the zeppoles you can buy on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk in NJ. Absolutely delightful donuts . This has been our new go to for donuts honestly nothing else compares . Soft fluffy and just absolutely mouth watering . To me number 1 donut shop and it's only 1 mile from my home . You must try it if you haven't and if you have you probably just as addicted. You can taste the love and care put into it. It was my first time visiting this place very friendly people. I bought a Apple fritter and a large coffee to go, hands down the best apple fritter I have ever bought lightly crunchy soft on the inside and I'm not sure maybe very light on Cinnamon. it was amazing just mad I didn't know how good it was if so i would of order another one. but sadly I walk out n went on my way they have a coffee station where the Caramel, Vanilla and Hazel nut syrup are free to pump that was a shock to me they had that for cos

We went about 9:30 so maybe a little late did not have much of a selection. I think it was to expensive $9.19 for a coffee and 1 blueberry donut and 1 glazed croissant. My blueberry was no better than Dunkin? Donuts. The selection they had was just like Dunkin? Donuts. Was really hoping for good bakery donuts.

After looking at their ads we were excited to try this place. At 7 am. they had a very limited selection to choose from. After my first bite I was trying to describe what I had tasted. First time checking it out today and will definitely be back. You can tell their donuts are truly fresh and don't have so much icing or sweetness to them that it makes you sick like other donut shops in the area. I know donuts- retired cop? and general donut seeker. These donuts were good. So why the 3 stars, $$$. I got a cinnamon roll and a sprinkled donut- $7! Did I get charged for 3? $7 get me into a full breakfast at Dennys and Perkins. I enjoyed the donuts but I got 3 donuts for under $5 a couple miles up the road. Call this morning Easter Sunday hoping they were open so I could bring fresh donuts back to my kids and to my surprise they answered the phone. The donuts here are top-notch and DELICIOUS!! They always appear to have a great selection ready to go. Pro tip, the cinnamon rolls, and the apple fritters are the best in town, and they are huge!!

The donuts are fresh, fillings abundant, fritters crisp on the outside and perfect on the inside. My husband brings them home 1-2 times a month and they disappear the second he walks through the door!!!

Friendly, accommodating staff with perfectly cooked donuts at great prices. My grandmother doesn't like donuts with sugar on top, so they happily filled some from the back for us to order. She loved them! Things like that are what make me want to come back, thank you guys.

This is what a donut should taste like! The glazed is the perfect balance of chewy/leathery on the outside and puffy on the inside. The apple fritter has the perfect crisp on the exterior. Hard to find better donuts than this anywhere. Highly reccomend!!

Heard about this place and had to try it as I love my breakfast sandwiches. Didn't disappoint. Bagels are flown in from New York and they give you generous portions of meats and egg. Have had the pork roll, egg & cheese, and the bacon, egg, and cheese on bagels and they are delicious. Best breakfast sandwich in SW Florida in the 6+ years I've been here.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I ordered a couple dozen donuts for my company and decided to keep a fritter for myself thinking I was going to be having an ordinary fritter but As soon as I bit into it I passed away!!! No seriously died and went to heaven. Is it crack? That was the most incredible thing I?ve ever tasted. Perfectly glazed light and fluffy but not soggy and not too sweet! I ate the entire thing without breathing. I will be back weekly! So happy we have you guys now!

This is the best donut shop around. The bagels are amazing and the donuts are the best I?ve had in Florida. Everything is so fresh. Even more than that the service is great. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help. It gets super busy and what is so helpful is you can order ahead. I go at least once a week and will continue to do so.

Amazing donuts and bagels. I actually visit 2 to 3 times a week for the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel or Asiago cheese bagel..both are really filling, probably the largest in the area and definitely the best tasting. Everything is very fresh and tasty.

Stopped here this week and had an apple fritter, it was one of the best I?ve had. Fresh and flavorful. My wife and father in law is from PA and would get bagels from Jersey/PA/NY, they?ve missed them after moving down, these bagels filled that void and reminded them of home with how fresh and delicious they were. Definitely planning to stop in for more anytime I pass by.

The best donuts in my opinion Port Charlotte. Super soft and tasty. Apple fritters are large and fluffy but have that perfect light crisp outside with bits of real apple!! Homemade cream cheeses too. Very friendly and happy to help. Def my new go to driving from Punta Gorda!!!

I really tried to like this place because theyre just starting out the donuts have a greasy fried taste and they're always kind of hard the cream cheese on the flown in bagels is always watery I'm going to say three that's how many times I was there and done but I do wish them luck. Also the orange juice was rancid it had been sitting in that plastic decanter for who knows how long

Got 2 bagels to go and they were very undercooked and doughy. Got 2 long johns and asked if they were filled with white cream and was told ?yes?. They were not filled and hollow. Threw it all in the trash. Will not be back.
