i go here all the time and recently it?s always been a hit or miss if they completely destroy the pizza or not, how do you give someone this and think it?s ok?

Maybe it's nostalgia because I grew up on Biagio's, but imo no other donut compares. The sweet flavor. The soft texture. Exquisite ?? Any other donut tastes dry to me in comparison.

Attentive, kind staff. Good donuts. Cash only. I always stop in when I'm in the area. I still remember donuts and pizza with grandma and grandpa in the 80's & 90's. Glad they're still around! The only downside is they don't take credit card. But I get that, too.

These are some of the very best donuts I have eaten in the last 59 years, 43 states and 11 countries. I?ve only found 1 place (Starlight Donuts of Barstow, CA ) that has donuts that can compare to these. If you are in the area, grab ?em!!

My family of 6 and I ordered 2 large pizzas and a dozen donuts. The total was $45 cash and we couldn't be happier. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a large mushroom and sausage pizza with extra cheese, honestly I now understand why they're ranked 29th in the nation for pizza and donuts! Outstanding flavors. Great pies! The place was clean and the staff are friendly! We loved it so much, we went back for the same order a few days later.

i got some glazed donuts and theres no holes anymore, so the whole bottom was unglazed. why couldnt you just keep making donuts like before with holes? Very disappointing, not as good as they used to be.

Overall, the only reason why this is 4 stars is due to them not accepting Debit or Credit cards. The do have an ATM 2.00 surcharge bringing the bakers dozen of donuts to 18.00 total charge! Isn?t a bad deal, just a bummer! Donuts were delicious, had many different font options!

I am very sad to write this review. Biagios has the best doughnuts hands down. I ordered three dozen doughnuts for a School function. Many of my co-workers are Biagios fans. I called a day and a half ahead of time in the morning and arranged for pickup around 5pm. The employee taking my order was wonderful. My husband arrived at 4:55 and was told the order was not ready. Three employees proceeded to throw doughnuts into boxes and threw them on the counter. My husband asked if the order was correct and

It sucks when you expect a business to be consistent. I just found out they sold pizza. The first one I got was delicious and cheesy. I returned for a second time to a burnt pizza. Always have loved biagios but tonight I just picked up a dozen donuts and as i was eating one i found bugs inside , called and they said they have a known bug issue ?can?t seem to get rid of them?. Don?t go there.

Best pizza for the price! The cheese is one of the tastiest cheeses I've ever experienced on a pizza! Not to mention they are open 24 hours so you're able to pick up some pizzas at 3am if you're craving one! Then theres the doughnuts. Baked fresh, numerous options, all flavors and great prices! What can a say about this place that everyone hasn?t said already? Truly an amazing place. I?ve been going here since I was a kid and I just turned 30. This was the spot every Friday when I was a kid. We would get Blockbuster movies then go here for pizza and donuts as the weekly tradition. Such an awesome bakery but they have coffee, donuts, and pizza. Nothing else. I went in there to see if I could get some fresh bread rolls but they don't make them. Still though, this place is the best for donuts and pizza. I'm from South Jersey where there are lots of hole in the wall stores and there's hardly any here in Northeast Ohio so I was glad I found this place. Makes me feel right at home.

NOW Their donuts are out of this world incredible. There?s normally only one person behind the counter and she is fast as she can be even with a nice hefty line. I?m very disappointed, ever since the owner posed away they have went down hill. They stopped making cinnamon roll donuts for at least a year do to lack of bakers. Today I went in to get a dozen and also got three cinnamon rolls on the side, just to find out it was 27$!!!!!!! That is utterly ridiculous!! I almost walked out! This place used to be much much better. Should have knew it wasn?t gonna be the same when we walked in.Had gotten about half a dozen glazed which now have no holes. And raspberry filled. Both the doughnuts and the entire store stunk of stink bugs.. ended up throwing them away when we got home. Hope no one else runs into this issue.

Found ourselves on the East side one morning and wanted donuts! Have heard rave reviews about this place so we made our way there. Glazed were the absolute best I've ever had and the chocolate covered strawberry was delicious - nothing I've ever seen before! They use their glazed donuts as a bun for burgers and I'd be willing to try that!!

Came back to visit friends. First time since 2019 I was at Biagio's. I grew up on them! I was surprised when I pulled in the parking lot only to find 2 cars. When I walked in the cases were full. I ordered a dozen, no more bakers dozen :( !The donuts were NOT the same!! First the had NO HOLES. They were dry. Sadly another fine example of the next generation taking over the business and destroying everything their parents built!

After over 10 years of eating this once delicious food, I stopped in while in town and ordered a large Pizza and some donuts at about 4:15PM on a Friday. After getting back home to eat a half hour later I was mildly disappointe to find that the Pizza that I so remember and looked forward to was no where near the same or as good as I remember, but was still ok and adequate compared to most places I go to recently. Also 2 of the Donuts were hardened, and not fresh and fluffy. I dont ever remember going there

Raised glazed donuts with no hole and no filling? Raised glazed with no hole and unmelted chocolate smeared on top that looked like they threw the chocolate at the donut from 5 feet away. Cake donuts so dry that they HAD to be days old. If you truly think these donuts are good, you have to get out more...

Not sure why the hype! Husband surprised me this morning and snuck out to buy donuts which included my favorite cruller donut. We heard so many good things about this place. The assorted donuts tasted day old at 6:45am! Giant Eagle is better in my opinion.

We found this place because it was listed in an article as having some of the best donuts. We went on a Sunday one hour after they opened. There were only 4 donut options. I got the cruller with the custard. It was horrid. It was clearly days old and cold from being stored. It simply crumbled and couldn't even contain the custard from the moment I touched it. Great donuts! unfortunately, they have not yet learned the demand for the product to consumer ratio. If you're not there super early in the morning your getting the very last few they have which is not even worth the trip to their place unless you live close by.

Came here for years before I moved away and it was AMAZING. Now every time I'm in town the selection is very small or the ice cream machine is "broken". Maybe the pizza is better than the donuts. I went shortly after they opened on November 7, 2022. We bought a dozen for a variety of donuts to try. They all tasted pretty similar with the exception of there filling. Maybe they use the same dough, I'm not sure.
