I?d like to say , this place is awesome ! The owners are great and very personable . I?ve had many conversations and laughs at the counter or window with the I?m assuming the owner and family . However , today a different set of people were working and I will say , the younger woman whom isn?t related to the family but working had a bad attitude at the window . Kind of a shell shocker for me . I still love the place and will give it 4 stars but maybe a simple training in customer service to her would be ben
Went there for a specific item that was pictured on maps profile but when I got there I was informed that they hadn't made them in years but yet that was the reason I went... Disappointed, very! We started going here cause the donut holes were amazing! Had a light fluffy krispy cr?me like flavor. And over the past few months or so they have been changed! :..( they are dense, more breaded taste, with light icing. PLEASE CHANGE THEM BACK! We have just stopped getting those. Recently, I've been amazed by the Richness and depth of the taste. It feels like they're using high-quality ingredients. The clean and sophisticated interior and the cheerful vibe from the two female servers brighten up my weekends that I begin with Saturday morning coffee and donuts.
Donuts were hastily tossed into the bag and the filling was leaking all over the bag. I'm all for customer relationships but holding up the drive thru window to talk for several minutes was rude to the 5 cars that accumulated in line while they talked. Two customers walked in and were our before the car at the window ever moved. Could've gotten the same quality donuts at QT without the wait. Lesson learned...

This is hands down the best donut shop in wise county! Always fresh. The lady's always have a smile. The shoppe is clean, with plenty of tables to eat in. They also have a drive through window for those of us who are always on the go.
I?m sorry but the two older ladies do not wear gloves when handling peoples food? that?s unsanitary. The tall gentleman is the only one that handles food with gloves. I don?t think I?ll come here anymore unless the tall gentleman is handling my food to be quite honest. The two old ladies are also rude.

I don?t know if it?s new management or what but this has been the worst experience we?ve had at this shop. Very unfriendly, the burritos tasted off, and the donuts were not the quality we usual get. Very disappointed.
