Very weird experience. Very few doughnuts left which is what I wanted. I get in there and a customer orders the rest of the donuts that were in the display and he ordered drinks and went to the restroom. I'm the only customer just standing there in front of the lady making the drinks and she just says 'hey' while I proceeds to wait for her to make the drinks...I ask about the donuts and she says he bought all of them already and there's no more to sell. I may be wrong but if it's a donut shop wouldn't you t
I wish to give a special shout out to Faith who was so pleasant and professional today. I really appreciate her going the extra mile today to give amazing customer service which is so lacking in the current climate. Please reward her for her hard work.
I like the decor and comfortable setting. I like more variety and flavor in my choices. Donuts Too simple.
The creme br?l?e donut was AMAZING. Everything we had was wonderful. The ladies inside were so sweet, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend
The service was excellent. She worked quickly even thought we ordered 4 drinks. The donuts are good and they are big.
The best donuts in the Greater Augusta Area! You have to try the Cr?me br?l?e Donut. It is caramelized with a hardened brown sugar coating on the outside and filled with a Cr?me br?l?e cream. This is my new favorite donut and a must try. Reminds me of some European pastries I have had during my travels overseas! This location offers 10% military discount. In addition, Belair Donuts has a reward system that earns one point for each visit that you spend $5 or more! Once you have earned 10 points you get a
This chocolate sprinkles sensation was made on the spot after selling out previously. My daughter was so happy. Get there early so you can try the glazed eclair custard filled with bacon crumbles. Wow. Great location with easy in/out access and great people that run the place and of great food.
Placed an order by messaging them on fb and them helping me step by step for my B Day.. holy smokes these are HUGE donuts..great customer service great donuts great CRONUTS all yum my fave was the cronuts and cheese puff the Oreo was good too if u want sugar
One of the best donuts in town. Server was very happy to make me a Creme Brulee donut from scratch. 6-star service. Prices are a tad high. I paid $10 for 3 donuts with tip. Despite that, I keep finding myself coming back for more. I recommend the Classic/Old Timer (I forget what it's called) and the Chocolate Longjohn w/ Bavarian Cream.
I'm so glad this is near my house, but it took me years to notice even though I was aware of its popularity. I mistook this place of optometrist whenever i drove by.
I always enjoy my apple fritters. This time I also tried a pistachio dounghnut... I wasn't a fan of it...Customer service was stellar!
Bear claws almost always have raw dough. Of the 6 times I?ve tried to order over the years at least 4 have been inedible. Last time I notified the employee they apologized and said there were testing out different methods of cooking them. Wouldn?t that be perfected before serving them?
Belair is just outside of Ft. Gordon's Gate 2. The location is new, clean, and looks very comfortable with couches, chairs, and stools. There's a good selection of donuts (my favorite is the glazed croissant).
Hand made treats and coffee, they make their own doughnuts and more in house or at their other store so they are no more than a few hours old. Amazing! So delicious. Made by hand. Not that cookie cutter, preservative filled garbage. Several fillings to choose from. All the coffee creations you can think of. You spend more but you get what you pay for, quality and service.
Very cute donut shop. But the people that said the bacon egg and cheese bagel is delicious lied! Smh I came specifically for that based off reviews. Egg is fake and it?s not strips of bacon just crumbled bacon. Waste of $5 ???????
So good. She made me a mocha drink. It was so good. The donuts are amazing. Go go go
The service here is wonderful, friendly, and super quick! These guys have the best breakfast sandwiches and apple fritter doughnuts! You have to try the vanilla frap with taro instead of coffee it?s the best vanilla milkshake you?ve ever had and it?s a GORGEOUS funky purple color!
Every since time I go there they are sold out of the red velvet donuts! No matter what time I go! Just make more smart guys! It?s so irritating lol it?s a simple fix
This place so cute and quaint and their creme brulee donut...good grief...so stinkin good and wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It's off the beaten path and you'd be tempted to drive past it to go find another chain, but DON'T. The staff is very friendly and the location is quiet. PERFECT for studying and or getting comfy with your favorite book, while enjoying a toasted marshmallow white chocolate latte.
I remember coming here for the first time a couple years ago, and there were flies absolutely everywhere. All over the donuts, and everything? the donuts weren?t that great to be honest either. I hope they got that under control because looking at some of these reviews it doesn?t seem like it. What makes it especially bad is the lack of good customer service I am seeing on other?s reviews. In the nicest way possible, do better.
Great donuts at a good price. Not too much variety today but it's hard to estimate what people might buy day to day.
I guess they don't need more customers, but if that's the case, why even stay open to 1pm if you run out of donuts by 10am? Should just close at like 9am so people don't waste their time trying to get donuts a few hours before close.
I usually don't get donuts unless they come from Krispy Kreme. But Belair Donuts is hands down better then KK. Any other place I tried the donuts were either too dry, too hard, or not a good selection. When I first bit into one of there donuts, my mouth instantly watered. They are so soft and moist, and they have so many to choose from. And the staff are just as wonderful, outstanding customer service skills, McDonalds could Definitely learn something from them ?? Definitely Grovetowns best kept secret. Bel
It had a very cute atmosphere. I got the Apple spice latte with whole milk foam which was DELICIOUS! It was perfect for a Georgia rainy day.
The food here is good, donuts are delicious. I?ve had great experiences until today. The woman working this morning was SO RUDE. She had short black hair, dressed in all black. It?s one thing if she makes one short comment in passing, but every response she had was just rude. She?s in the back making sandwiches, asks us what we?d like, we ask if they have their sausage roll things. Her response? ?We do, but you?re going to have to WAIT since it?s just me. Is anyone here ordering anything SIMPLE??. Every res
I always love the food here, but lately there's been a young woman working who never puts her hair all the way back and her hair is always touching everything. I'm afraid to let her make my coffee again because her hair was basically falling into my coffee. Wasn't just one time either, this is the second time I've come in and her hair is practically dipping into the donuts and coffee.
We like their donuts alright but the biggest complaint is that they do not make enough and run out. Some of us aren?t early birds up at the donut place at 5 am so when we come in at like 9, it?s disappointing that there is never much left. People eat donuts later that 5-7 a.m. so they should make enough to last until they close at 1 pm. How are they even open that late with no selection of anything. What are they selling until 1??
Great donuts but probably won?t be returning. Employees were extremely indifferent. Ordered a coffee and when I asked if they gave refills or had a refill price, it was the most awkward exchange ever. Eventually someone answered in a very rude tone that I would have to buy another coffee. It was a very odd discussion in front of other customers. Checked reviews after and it seems like this is a normal occurrence.
My girlfriend and I are new to the area, but stoked when we saw a local coffee shop not far from us, cuz ya know, support your local coffee. So we go yesterday to get coffee and a couple breakfast sandwiches. Still within earshot and not 30 seconds after ordering, one of the employees starts complaining to the other about the order not being donuts since they?re a donut shop?sorry I ordered the wrong thing? Oh well, I?ll just get my coffee elsewhere.
I have always loved Belair Donuts. We went almost every Sunday from the time even with the previous owners. We go to the one on Jimmie Dyess. The food is not the same. We purchased pastry there today for the last time. The quality is not the same. We ordered your old fashioned cake Donuts and they had a awful after taste as if the oil was not clean. We've noticed the difference for awhile, but we have always enjoyed going there and the pastry was excellent. I do hope this will change. We went and pu
Good food and coffee, but the service completely turned me off from this place. The young lady working rolled her eyes at everything either I or my husband said. If we asked a question, the response was ?Yes, sir? in an annoyed tone with an eye roll. I witnessed another customer ask a question and receive the same treatment. She then asked the customer ?Well are you going to order or not sir?? Just not a good tone to set.
I was very frustrated with the service here! There were three young ladies working at 10 am on Friday. I stood at the counter for 10 mins while two of them just looked me. Then they helped the people behind us. Then one lady realized we hadn?t been helped then starts yelling at us across the counter from the back asking us what we want. She got our order and repeated it back which was two lattes and then made the wrong drinks. You could tell she was upset so we were just going to take it and then she said q
Great donuts and excellent service. Very cozy. Military friendly! I originally gave them five stars, but I am changing my review. I was going to this place every Saturday and Sunday, but I stopped. My reasoning is simple. How can you be out of glazed donuts by 10 AM, and sometimes by 9:30. I understand not wanting to have waste, but when you run out of the staple of your business 3 and 4 hours before you close is ridiculous.
Good food and coffee. However, just like others are voicing the service was horrible. The woman working was very rude and simply did not want to help us. People left because she said 3 easy orders would take too long as she complained to us about working. Would not come back.
The young lady with glasses who works Sundays at this location was very rude. I usually love belair donuts and have never had bad service - but this employee gave attitude when I was simply ordering. I first asked politely for a latte. The attitude started when I asked if I could do oat milk with the latte, she seemed to glair at me a little - while she was making the latte I also added to my order, a chicken sandwich. She proceeded to snap ?wait till I finish this? (she was making the latte and j was j
OMG I've missed trying belair donuts for years! I've always been to late but today finally remembered before closing and OMG I'll never eat a donut from anywhere else again!!! Most donuts are so sickening sweet you can only eat one but these donuts are the perfect sweetness. The blueberry is a crisp taste with a perfect glaze. The old fashion sour cream are what dreams are made of. I will be ordering a dozen and eating the whole box myself next time!
I have frequented this business several times since discovering it a couple of months ago. They have unique and delicious menu items including a very large chicken salad croissant that is wonderful! Their donuts can?t be beat and the friendly service is a huge plus in my book.
The Staff is always courteous and friendly. The shop is small and often crowded, so you won't spend any considerable time here. This is not the coffee shop you could read, study or socialize. The donut selection is limited if you arrive late in the day. They have a fantastic selection of fresh baked goods if you arrive early in the day. They do have a great selection of coffee and tea drinks, but the quality is no where near the local competition.
The donuts were a wonderful balance of dough. They weren't too heavy or too light. They tasted wonderful. I just wish they didnt have them out in the open. They were just on plates on the counter, that was a little weird for me. They had options for food as well. My husband said that their sausage burrito was one of the best he's ever had.
The best donuts in the Augusta area, plus two locations to make it even more convenient! My only complaint is they close at 1pm but I know that's normal for donut places. The customer service is always amazing, but the best part is definitely the donuts themselves (the coffee and other food options are great, too). We've moved around a lot and not every city has a donut place this good.
I love these donuts better than any others given a choice! I also love that they don't fill them till you buy them, and you can pick the filling as long as there's empties lol. Every person that has helped me has been kind, gracious and patient. I've also never seen the place dirty or unkempt.
We arrived just after they closed, but they went out of their way to let us in and show us great service! Plus, the donuts were delicious. Their fritters are huge and they fill filled donuts on the spot. Definitely worth a stop!
Their breakfast sandwiches are so delicious! Bacon, egg, and cheese, on an everything bagel! We will definitely be going back! It might even become the new weekly breakfast hang out! Also, the coffee is on point. Salted caramel is delicious! And of course, the Donuts are super yummy and fluffy!
Belair donuts are absolutely the best! You must try the apple fritter, but you may need to share it with someone. It is huge! My husband loves the kolaches. The coffee is fantastic, too. You will so glad, if you go to Belair Donuts.
So let's get down to brass tacks. You are either in the side of delicious or on the side of bland. You can't mess up donuts. You can't. But there are people who do. And it's not this place. Donuts here are amazing! Fair price, good coffee, and wonderful customer service. And plus, they donut leftover donuts to the homeless. Can't get more wholesome than that. Support local businesses please. You're only doing the city a favor.
Great doughnuts at a great price. And the people are absolutely fantastic! You MUST try the Maple Bacon Eclair. It is awesome!
The service was extremely slow and there was no organization/line. I came in and there were two people in front of me at the register, they were helped right away so I thought I?d be next. 3 others walked in behind me and walked to the other side of the counter and then were helped right away. I also have always received a military discount as a veteran (11year veteran) but was told today the owner does not give veterans a discount only Active duty and Retirees ? retirees are a class of veterans so I was ju
We visit almost once a week! Hands down the best donuts in the area!
I love Belair donuts Grovetown because its so close to my home and i go there often. I went in this morning to get donuts for my office because it was National Donut Day. I wanted to order specialty donuts as well and inquired about the Maple bacon. A lady with red hair and glasses told me that she didnt have time to make them bc of National Donut Day and she had to go to other store to bring donuts to this store. I understand this is an important day, but some customers may not want "regular" donuts so
I come here almost every Thursday after my haircut. The smell of sweet pastries embraces you as you open the front door! My iced coffee and half dozen donut holes always satisfies my sweet tooth.
I enjoy the atmosphere that they have and there donuts are really good but a bit pricey. They are worth it though and the only reason why I didn't give them a five star is because there hours are very short. I usually find myself stopping by when ever go near the store and there close a good portion of the time.
Today was my first time trying this place out. The food here is EXCELLENT. I had the bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito, a long john, and a hot mocha latte. The burrito was like nothing I've ever had before, soooooo good. The latte was AMAZING. So much flavor! The only thing that went wrong was I asked for Bavarian cream in my donut and they gave me boston cream instead. But guess what? I still ate it and it was still amazing! ??
We've been coming here for over a year and we love it!! The staff are very kind and the decor is really relaxing. There are tables and comfy couches so I'm sure meeting friends for a social cup o Joe would be wonderful. We are donut snobs, and HANDS DOWN, these donuts are the best in town!! Better than the Dunkin Kreme. ??
They charged me $10 for half a dozen donuts.. I ordered 3 glazed ones and 3 filled ones.. that?s expensive for donuts and they weren?t even that great. They were pretty small, too. I had better donuts near the beach in Florida for $5.80 for half a dozen (no matter what kind of donuts I choose). The employees were very nice though.
Growing up there was a donut shop that made all their donuts fresh to have read first thing in the morning. This place really takes me back to that. Wonderful selection of donuts and some pastries. They do offer a military discount, also a perk. I highly recommend this place.
The donuts were meh. I was disappointed. They didn't seem fresh AT ALL. They seemed like 3 day old donuts. Won't be back.
I was torn between a 2 & 3 star. Here's why: I'm new to the area and have visited this place 4 times. 3 out of those 4 times they had no glazed donuts around 9:30-10. I get it, "they sell out fast". Find a solution. If someone wants a glazed donut, they shouldn't have to substitute for an apple filled or blueberry or whatever. The foundation of all donut shops is glazed donuts. That's like a chicken joint running out of chicken. It's bad for the operation and business. You are losing money and new clientele
Just visited for the first time. (Pregnancy cravings had me wanting a really good donut) The maple bacon long John was everything and more. I bought a few different things and haven't tried them all yet, but I am sold. I had the spicy sausage roll as well and I'm not usually a sausage person but I wanted to give them a try. It was good. If I had to add anything It would be more bread or some cheese filling to help break from the strong flavor of the sausage itself but that's just me with sausage in general.
I am a patron of Belair Donuts in Grovetown and have always had a great experience when there. However, this morning an employee by the name Mazzy was very disrespectful as she was impatient and closed a pending transaction without me completing the transaction. She also proceeded to tell me ?oh well? when I brought it to her attention. I asked for a receipt and she printed it and slapped it on the counter for me to pick up. This type of service is not appreciated in this area and definitely not at such a f
Awesome burritos, great frapes. Really enjoy the atmosphere at this location, too. Hard to rate since it's my wife's favorite little low-key spot to enjoy together
We have been looking for a donut shop that makes old-time style donuts for 4 years since we moved from Valdosta. We are so excited to have found Belair Donuts! They are absolutely delicious! I especially like the apple fritter!
I've been here a few times and my wife has made this her normal Saturday before work stop for coffee and donuts. The staff is extremely helpful and the owner was nice as well. My wife has earned free donuts a few times already so that shows you how often she goes. Great location as well
I was told about this place and went with a quickness! I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was delicious!! Reminded me of home (Alaska) & their coffee huts that I miss so much. Ill always go back. I also bought a candle and some magnets too, very happy with my purchase!!
Sooo....there I was, sitting at home after spending 3 years in Napoli - wanting a brew of some sort. Thanks to Google, I was shown the light, the very bright one leading me to Belair Donuts & Coffee. Yes, I'm being extra, but DANG!! I thought all the secrets were at Area 51! Not only was the Chai toe-curling, but the apple donut I had was worth double what I paid. It's 'mom/pop' places like this that should ONLY be for the loyal ones. You all are amazing! Keep up the great work (and yes, I will be a regular
I love love love the coffee. I was a military wife and I lived several places. My last place my close friends and I found the best small owned coffee shop. When I moved back here I tried to find a spot but just couldnt...till they opened a spot here in grovetown. Belair donuts is the cutest little place for meeting a.friend and enjoying coffee and a donut. It's not just the donuts. The owners and employees are so sweet and have great taste. Inside they sell local handmade items to support Thier community. E
These ladies know how to make coffee and pastries! Bacon maple donut? Yes thanks. Breakfast burrito? Don't mind if I do! So delicious...wash it down with coffee made as you wait served with a military discount if it applies to you and you got a heck of a great thing! Great food, awesome service with a smile. Support this business with your dollars! ??
We selected Belair Donuts & Coffee Shop when preparing for a Change of Command celebration. Not only was it conveniently located to Ft. Gordon but the early hours of operation were perfect for picking up food, drink and other items for a morning celebration. Marsha, owner, was very friendly and willing to do what she could to accommodate us with what we needed. Everything we ordered, from Apple Fritters and Cro-Do's to Cake Donuts and Bagels, were a hit with the soldiers! The staff, as well as Marsha's hu
We call the day before every three months to make a huge order and every time they are on time, very professional, friendly, and the donuts are always a huge crowd pleaser. The decor is lovely. Best bakery around!!!!!
This place is always a great! Donuts are fresh and super tasty! It definitely feels like you?re getting a dozen of made from scratch donuts. Service is also wonderful!
I usually love this place! Haven't been in a while but was quite disappointed. The crodo's were half the size since the last time I came and they tasted at least a day old. The employees were nice even if my latte was more a cappuccino.
Service is exceptional. I visited this location on 5/14/2016 and I was amazed by the service and professionalism. The associate that worked that day went above and beyond to take care of each customer with a great attitude. By far one of the best establishments in Augusta. My hat is off to the management team. Keep it up! Thanks, Tim
The smell of donuts and coffee immediately envelope all of your senses when you walk in. The lovely Belair staff welcome you in to their wonderful world of glazed goodness! The donuts, cronuts, kolaches, donut holes, fritter and cinnamon rolls are all stunningly delicious. This is a whopper of a local institution and I love them for it!
This is the first time visiting this place. My husband tells me amazing things about it. Bought a donut and 6 munchkin and my kid love her donut and the munchkin where amazing. There was no wait time and the place was clean when I walked in. I would recommend to anybody to go to this place and try it. I will be back.
Ordered a large order for my office and they filled it promptly. Prices are affordabe and the quality of the food and drinks is superb. my only complaint was my filled doughnuts were so full it felt like I was eating a whole jar of jelly with thin doughnut wrapping.
Stopped in this morning for a much needed pick me up. Got a large coffee, chai, and some donuts - all delicious. Owner was incredibly friendly and you can tell she's passionate about her business. Would recommend and will return.
Love the professional mom-and-pop feel of the place. Locally owned, the coffee is to die for! The donuts and pastries are homemade and they offer local handmade goodies from other entrepreneurs on site.
Absolutely phenomenal donuts! The specials are usually really good, and the regular donuts are great too! Staff is helpful and friendly. Locally crafted items for purchase make for a very cozy environment.
Really great atmosphere, free WiFI, right outside Gate 2. I get breakfast sandwiches and iced macchiatos here. Their pigs in a blanket are delicious if you're looking for something other than donuts to bring into work for sharing. Surprisingly, there's usually not a long wait either.
I don't mind paying an extra buck or 2 for a quality product, however, when you're charged $30 for a dozen donuts, you at least expect that there is a decent amount of filling in the jelly filled donuts. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
Good donuts but a little pricey. The quality can be hit or miss but on the whole the donuts and other baked goods are quite tasty and a favorite at my workplace. Definitely recommend the cream filled chocolate long johns!
The Apple fritter was incredible, and also gargantuan. The dirty chai latte is one of the best I?d ever had. Absolutely coming back to try more items, so delicious
Just came in with my husband and I wanted a fresh decaf coffee. We were coming for coffee and donuts. Unfortunately, this coffee shop didn't have decaf for some odd reason. How are you a coffee shop that doesn't have decaf? Was told they don't have decaf. Simply a waste of a trip. Wont be coming back, and this would have been our first time trying this place!
My favorite morning stop! Marsha, Rebecca and Sammy are always so nice and the donuts are always fresh and delicious! Coffee is the best! Always made just like I like! Great local place! Stop local!
Yummmmm. Always friendly and always give great suggestions. Donuts are fresh. Yumm
A wonderful and friendly team with the best donuts in town! Their coffee is really good, they are reasonably priced and their entire food selection is awesome.
Went to grab some donuts before they closed, great location only minutes to the gate . Their donuts are delicious, especially the blueberries are amazing !! They also have doggie donuts , crispy and freshly and my pup loves it !!
Great donuts, especially the Cro-Dos! Coffee is from Buona and is made well. Quick and friendly service. The breakfast burritos are a go to for me with multiple tortilla choices.
The best apple fritters in the world! Also, thank you Hannah for providing wonderful service!
