Very weird experience. Very few doughnuts left which is what I wanted. I get in there and a customer orders the rest of the donuts that were in the display and he ordered drinks and went to the restroom. I'm the only customer just standing there in front of the lady making the drinks and she just says 'hey' while I proceeds to wait for her to make the drinks...I ask about the donuts and she says he bought all of them already and there's no more to sell. One of the best donuts in town. Server was very happy to make me a Creme Brulee donut from scratch. 6-star service. Prices are a tad high. I paid $10 for 3 donuts with tip. Despite that, I keep finding myself coming back for more. I recommend the Classic/Old Timer (I forget what it's called) and the Chocolate Longjohn w/ Bavarian Cream.

Bear claws almost always have raw dough. Of the 6 times I?ve tried to order over the years at least 4 have been inedible. Last time I notified the employee they apologized and said there were testing out different methods of cooking them. Wouldn?t that be perfected before serving them?

Belair is just outside of Ft. Gordon's Gate 2. The location is new, clean, and looks very comfortable with couches, chairs, and stools. There's a good selection of donuts (my favorite is the glazed croissant).

Hand made treats and coffee, they make their own doughnuts and more in house or at their other store so they are no more than a few hours old. Amazing! So delicious. Made by hand. Not that cookie cutter, preservative filled garbage. Several fillings to choose from. All the coffee creations you can think of. You spend more but you get what you pay for, quality and service.

This place so cute and quaint and their creme brulee donut...good grief...so stinkin good and wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It's off the beaten path and you'd be tempted to drive past it to go find another chain, but DON'T. The staff is very friendly and the location is quiet. PERFECT for studying and or getting comfy with your favorite book, while enjoying a toasted marshmallow white chocolate latte.

I remember coming here for the first time a couple years ago, and there were flies absolutely everywhere. All over the donuts, and everything? the donuts weren?t that great to be honest either. I hope they got that under control because looking at some of these reviews it doesn?t seem like it. What makes it especially bad is the lack of good customer service I am seeing on other?s reviews. I usually don't get donuts unless they come from Krispy Kreme. But Belair Donuts is hands down better then KK. Any other place I tried the donuts were either too dry, too hard, or not a good selection. When I first bit into one of there donuts, my mouth instantly watered. They are so soft and moist, and they have so many to choose from. And the staff are just as wonderful, outstanding customer service skills, McDonalds could Definitely learn something from them ?? I always love the food here, but lately there's been a young woman working who never puts her hair all the way back and her hair is always touching everything. I'm afraid to let her make my coffee again because her hair was basically falling into my coffee. Wasn't just one time either, this is the second time I've come in and her hair is practically dipping into the donuts and coffee.

We like their donuts alright but the biggest complaint is that they do not make enough and run out. Some of us aren?t early birds up at the donut place at 5 am so when we come in at like 9, it?s disappointing that there is never much left. People eat donuts later that 5-7 a.m. so they should make enough to last until they close at 1 pm. How are they even open that late with no selection of anything. What are they selling until 1??

Great donuts but probably won?t be returning. Employees were extremely indifferent. Ordered a coffee and when I asked if they gave refills or had a refill price, it was the most awkward exchange ever. Eventually someone answered in a very rude tone that I would have to buy another coffee. It was a very odd discussion in front of other customers. Checked reviews after and it seems like this is a normal occurrence.

My girlfriend and I are new to the area, but stoked when we saw a local coffee shop not far from us, cuz ya know, support your local coffee. Good food and coffee, but the service completely turned me off from this place. The young lady working rolled her eyes at everything either I or my husband said. If we asked a question, the response was ?Yes, sir? in an annoyed tone with an eye roll. I witnessed another customer ask a question and receive the same treatment. I was very frustrated with the service here! There were three young ladies working at 10 am on Friday. I stood at the counter for 10 mins while two of them just looked me. My reasoning is simple. How can you be out of glazed donuts by 10 AM, and sometimes by 9:30. OMG I've missed trying belair donuts for years! I've always been to late but today finally remembered before closing and OMG I'll never eat a donut from anywhere else again!!! Most donuts are so sickening sweet you can only eat one but these donuts are the perfect sweetness. The blueberry is a crisp taste with a perfect glaze. The old fashion sour cream are what dreams are made of. I will be ordering a dozen and eating the whole box myself next time!

I have frequented this business several times since discovering it a couple of months ago. They have unique and delicious menu items including a very large chicken salad croissant that is wonderful! Their donuts can?t be beat and the friendly service is a huge plus in my book.

The Staff is always courteous and friendly. The shop is small and often crowded, so you won't spend any considerable time here. This is not the coffee shop you could read, study or socialize. The donut selection is limited if you arrive late in the day. They have a fantastic selection of fresh baked goods if you arrive early in the day. They do have a great selection of coffee and tea drinks, but the quality is no where near the local competition.

The donuts were a wonderful balance of dough. They weren't too heavy or too light. They tasted wonderful. I just wish they didnt have them out in the open. They were just on plates on the counter, that was a little weird for me. They had options for food as well. My husband said that their sausage burrito was one of the best he's ever had.

The best donuts in the Augusta area, plus two locations to make it even more convenient! My only complaint is they close at 1pm but I know that's normal for donut places. The customer service is always amazing, but the best part is definitely the donuts themselves (the coffee and other food options are great, too). We've moved around a lot and not every city has a donut place this good.

I love these donuts better than any others given a choice! I also love that they don't fill them till you buy them, and you can pick the filling as long as there's empties lol. Every person that has helped me has been kind, gracious and patient. I've also never seen the place dirty or unkempt.

I love Belair donuts Grovetown because its so close to my home and i go there often. I went in this morning to get donuts for my office because it was National Donut Day. I wanted to order specialty donuts as well and inquired about the Maple bacon. A lady with red hair and glasses told me that she didnt have time to make them bc of National Donut Day and she had to go to other store to bring donuts to this store. I come here almost every Thursday after my haircut. The smell of sweet pastries embraces you as you open the front door! My iced coffee and half dozen donut holes always satisfies my sweet tooth.

I enjoy the atmosphere that they have and there donuts are really good but a bit pricey. They are worth it though and the only reason why I didn't give them a five star is because there hours are very short. I usually find myself stopping by when ever go near the store and there close a good portion of the time.

Today was my first time trying this place out. The food here is EXCELLENT. I had the bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito, a long john, and a hot mocha latte. They charged me $10 for half a dozen donuts.. I ordered 3 glazed ones and 3 filled ones.. that?s expensive for donuts and they weren?t even that great. They were pretty small, too. I had better donuts near the beach in Florida for $5.80 for half a dozen (no matter what kind of donuts I choose). The employees were very nice though.

Just visited for the first time. (Pregnancy cravings had me wanting a really good donut) The maple bacon long John was everything and more. I bought a few different things and haven't tried them all yet, but I am sold. I had the spicy sausage roll as well and I'm not usually a sausage person but I wanted to give them a try. It was good. If I had to add anything It would be more bread or some cheese filling to help break from the strong flavor of the sausage itself but that's just me with sausage in general.

When I moved back here I tried to find a spot but just couldnt...till they opened a spot here in grovetown. We selected Belair Donuts & Coffee Shop when preparing for a Change of Command celebration. Not only was it conveniently located to Ft. Gordon but the early hours of operation were perfect for picking up food, drink and other items for a morning celebration. The smell of donuts and coffee immediately envelope all of your senses when you walk in. The lovely Belair staff welcome you in to their wonderful world of glazed goodness! The donuts, cronuts, kolaches, donut holes, fritter and cinnamon rolls are all stunningly delicious. This is a whopper of a local institution and I love them for it!

This is the first time visiting this place. My husband tells me amazing things about it. Bought a donut and 6 munchkin and my kid love her donut and the munchkin where amazing. There was no wait time and the place was clean when I walked in. I would recommend to anybody to go to this place and try it. I will be back.

Ordered a large order for my office and they filled it promptly. Prices are affordabe and the quality of the food and drinks is superb. my only complaint was my filled doughnuts were so full it felt like I was eating a whole jar of jelly with thin doughnut wrapping.

Really great atmosphere, free WiFI, right outside Gate 2. I get breakfast sandwiches and iced macchiatos here. Their pigs in a blanket are delicious if you're looking for something other than donuts to bring into work for sharing. Surprisingly, there's usually not a long wait either.

Just came in with my husband and I wanted a fresh decaf coffee. We were coming for coffee and donuts. Unfortunately, this coffee shop didn't have decaf for some odd reason. How are you a coffee shop that doesn't have decaf? Was told they don't have decaf. Simply a waste of a trip. Wont be coming back, and this would have been our first time trying this place!
