Very airy and fluffy donuts! Some of the best donuts in Knoxville area. They usually do sell out, which also tells you how good they are. The blueberry cake was my favorite!

My husband and I go here every Saturday. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating. We love the bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, drip coffee, iced macchiato, and donut holes!

I come here at least 2 or 3 times per week because this is my happy place!! There is always a good vibe and the food and beverages are great as well. I also love the points reward system they have.

Doughnuts were great, but what makes this place special is the overall atmosphere and friendly staff. It?s a comfortably and beautifully decorated space that invites you to sit with friends and share stories over a delicious cup of perfectly brewed coffee. It was very clean, from the floors to the tabletops, and bathrooms. If you are looking for a cozy place to make your new favorite hangout spot, this is it. This dough-griddle sandwich may be the best breakfast sandwich I ever eaten. A non-holed doughnut, cut open, 2 pieces of spicy sausage, crispy bacon, scrambled egg, melted cheese, then drizzled with a melted maple icing drizzle. Then fresh grilled to a perfectly light & toasty crust...all made fresh to order! The perfect combination of sweet, savory and spicy! Seriously amazing!

Placed an order for two dozen donuts for my child?s class. The young lady that helped me was so patient, kind, and helpful! When I came to pick up, she was still just as wonderful and pleasant. The store is cleverly decorated. The donuts (when you can get them) taste amazing! It's everything else that I have an issue with. They NEVER make enough product to get all the way through the day (especially now that they're supplying 2 other locations). They arbitrarily and randomly jack up their prices and add unexplained fees - then argue with the customer over them. And the staff treats customers more like a problem than the person paying their salary.

Phenomenal staff! One of the best coffee spots in Knoxville. Their Volunteer coffee stayed warm all morning and was absolutely delicious. This location consistently runs out of donuts very early. I?ve been about ten times since they?ve opened and it?s 50/50 whether or not they have anything left. The coffee is great, so when you stop by here don't bother waiting to get your Starbucks later. Their coffee completely satisfied me, and I'm exceptionally picky when it comes to flavor. Great donuts, and a very friendly place! They have well made, fresh donuts every day, and they are high quality, rich, large, and delicious. My only complaint is that they have limited options later in the day. They do not make many batches each day, so they tend to run out of options later. The staff is very friendly, and always willing to talk if they are not to busy.

The doughnuts were delicious, the apple fritters were amazing and the coffee was great as well. Absolutely the best donuts (our favorites are the blueberry with maple glaze and oreo). We used Beaver's Dough-Joe to cater donuts to our wedding shower and to our actual wedding for a donut wall - it was hit. Amazing staff. Over the summer, my best friend passed away. I came in/ and went through the drive thru several times in complete tears. The owner was kind, compassionate, understanding, and respectful. It felt so personable. The donuts are DELICIOUS! I always ask them to pick a variety for me, and they do an amazing job. Walked in and was completely ignored for ten minutes even though I was the only person waiting to order. Three people in the back and they all looked at me and said nothing. They looked like they were pretty much out of doughnuts anyway even though it was only 9 am.

Probably the best in the area.. unless you include Duck Donuts, but they still win because of their giant cinnamon rolls and breakfast. The only reason i am not 5 staring this place is because the frustration i have had multiple times after driving 20-30 minutes only to find that they are closed... i am posting this on a Wednesday at 11:30am, hours posted are open until 4pm. Donuts are outstanding! Service is ?ehhhh? If you are going to be the owner and work behind the counter, be kind and genuine to your customers... or make a really good hire for someone else to be the face of your joint. People like good service & they can tell when you are being kind and genuinely care about serving them.

Establishment was clean and very friendly. The 'Volunteer' Blend coffee was smooth and freshly brewed. They had multiple self-serve add-ins for the coffee. So far the maple cake donut is my favorite. The drive-thru is quite convenient.

I live in Karns and have been to Beavers Dough Joe a couple times and have had a good experience but this past Tuesday definitely changed my opinion. Me and my fiance had showed up around 10:30-11 and upon entering we were informed that they were out of donuts. Needless to say, I was stunned to hear that a donut shop was out of donuts and was still open for business. Best doughnut in town. The owner is a real community guy, Karns loves this shop! I went back to the Dough Joe today for a mocha frappe, but the machine was down. I was offered an iced coffee instead and because it wasn't what I wanted, I was comped the ice coffee. That kind of customer service is unheard off in this day and age. They have my loyalty forever!
