UPDATE: We've been back several times. The first time I went I forgot my wallet there and the owner called me and made sure I got it back. We have tried many drinks and food items now. My husband loves the shaky beef and the dumplings are really flavorful. The corn dogs are very cheesy and fun to eat. The Mochi Donuts are light and sweet and so pretty! Horchata Boba tea?!!! What?! Oh my goodness. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place earned it. Look, I tried out this place yesterday and got a mango Boba tea. It was so good that I came back again today to try out another flavor. The place is super clean and adorable, and the staff was super friendly. The Boba is really good and the prices are fair. My first time going there. The tea was good. I think that the staff needs to wear hair nets. I got the beef pho. It was not good at all and there was hair in my food.

I tried a taro milk tea with black boba and a hazelnut milk tea with black boba. Both are good! A little pricey compared to my favorite shop in Tucson but perfect for the area. There was a decent wait to order and receive my drinks (10+ minutes). I would expect a wait for opening day business while staff learn the ropes. Suggestion: once the busyness of a new business dies down, I would suggest looking into online ordering and a reward program!

Amazing place! My family was so excited to go to this place and try everything out. Particularly the mochi donuts. After living in Japan for seven years I can tell you that this place is 100 percent authentic. Tasted exactly the same as Mr. Donut in Japan. Thank for my making a special one just for my 8 year old child who also was in Japan with me for years and misses the food. Thanks again I will see y?all soon.

The food and boba were decent, but unfortunately I won?t be returning. During my visit, the owner was yelling at the staff so loudly that it overpowered the music, which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. On a positive note, the younger female employee who helped me was very polite and provided good service.

This place is amazing!! The drinks are phenomenal, the food is fresh and very yummy and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I had the rose lychee milk tea and it's hands down the best I've had. The fried wantons are fresh prepared, have shrimp in them and pair wonderfully with the sweet chili sauce. I love the atmosphere here. I went in to get a drink, but when I started to order the staff member was acting unprofessional, started taking my order, then asked someone else to take it in the middle of me ordering. Another staff member was switching between studying at a table in the main seating area to running behind the counter and chatting with their coworkers. I ordered the beef stir fry and it had penne pasta? which is unusual for a stir fry. I wouldn?t order this dish again, it aesthetically didn?t look right and there were tons of onions and like 3 slices of bell peppers. They also didn?t have the mochi donuts, which apparently are only available on saturdays?.? The vanilla chai tea was decent. Would highly suggest they change the recipe for this dish, more variety of vegetables and no pasta.

I had came in Saturday April 12 around 7pm. I had multiple negative experience, all involving the same employee. She has been consistently rude, dismissive and very unprofessional It?s not just a one-time incident?there have been several altercations where she?s gone out of her way to be disrespectful. Shockingly good boba drink, their special titled Beau Tea Signature is delicious, similar to the classic boba drink from Tiger Sugar if you're familiar with that. Taro milk tea was also good. The cost was a bit excessive, and the only reason this is not a 5 star review. Those wontons were $10 and were tiny. The steamed buns were good, but also small and costed $13. Update 2024: OMG still so delicious and they have Ube milk tea which is my favorite! Boba is still amazing and fresh. Such a cute little place! So many different varieties, I cant wait to try all the milk teas! 2023: I havent tried the food here yet but the boba here is some of the best I have ever had!! Super fresh as well. Bought a taro with boba and a jasmine milk tea. They were good but the 85 cents extra for boba was dumb. It came out to 15 dollars for two large, which is more than what I pay for at other tea boba stores for 2 drinks. Teas was as good as any other store I've been too . But my favorite boba and Taro is a the Maddy hatters.

So I had their new pho this past week and it blew my mind on how the broth tasted so rich and good. I highly recommend anyone to try their pho.??

Today was our first time at Beau Tea and The Bites , it was amazing! This place is a hidden gem, drinks were on point. We shared a regular Korean corn dog, the batter was crunchy and had a sweetness to it. The first half is cheese and the second half is the hot dog. Sweet potato fries were very good, as were the vegan mushroom dumplings. Mochi donuts were amazing, so flavorful, but yet not overly sweet. Let me start by saying the owner is amazing. You can tell she really puts her heart and soul into this place and its customers and it was definitely well worth the wait. The boba is delicious and there are many topping and flavor options. I?m a boba snob so take that for what it?s worth. My husband is extremely picky, especially around sierra vista since we?re both from big cities with lots of food options, and he loved the food here. give it a try, you won?t be disappointed.

First time trying this place and the other reviews were correct about there being a long wait for food. The drinks came out reasonably fast and were good but definitely specify the sweetness level you want because they didn?t ask me. Sometimes the matcha is chalky, and I think this might be because I adjust the sugar levels because it is widely sweet and the matchas they use are powders and not authentic matcha. I've been coming everyday for the most part since the soft opening. In obsessed with the Okinawa milk tea is amazing. The tea is strong and a nice blend of sweet and creaminess. I stayed for a few hours and tried their rising phoenix milk tea with boba, there Hokkaido milk tea. Amazing and fresh. I ended up getting their fried egg rolls with a mix of shrimp and pork it was delicious. And ended up getting the pork belly bao buns as well and they were the best I've had. All of the employees are knowledgeable

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked the young man for a recommendation between the garlic noodles with shrimp and the shaky shaky beef. He excitedly told me to try the beef. Omg! I never thought I would witness HIPAA violations at the grand opening of a restaurant but that's what happened today. My girl picked up the paper menu and below it was a woman's medical record.
