We?ve only ever had wonderful experiences at Bearscat. From the decor to the donuts, everything is superb and well thought out. Our kids love getting birthday donuts from Bearscat because they?re the best joints in BisMan. ???? The one minor complaint I have is about the car freshener. It had a strong chemically smell to it which gave me and my family headaches. We threw it out just after a week. I would like to start off by saying the donuts are wonderful per usual. Savannah on the other hand, was a little different. As I walked in she had a very negative tone to greet me this morning. She seemed very annoyed of me being there as the customer. She was very pushy in rushing me to decide which flavors to choose. (I was the only customer in the store the whole time I was there.) I came in very happy and energetic & her energy really rubbed me the wrong way and i recommend it to be addressed by her man
The quality of the doughnuts is excellent. When I was in there this morning Friday, 18 December in 2020. No one was at the front, and someone was screaming at an employee in the back. Had to stand there for a while The screaming continued. Finally made myself known as a customer, and a girl came out crying hard. The man who been yelling was yelling some thing about time off. If this is how the staff are treated I?m not sure I?ll be back soon.
Visiting from Florida. Was not overly impressed with the atmosphere and the service. Donuts were ok. Coffee was watered down but drinkable. Wanted to love the place.
I?m glad that there is a donut option still available. Their donuts to me are dry and lacking in depth of flavor. I?ll blame myself for just so happening to come in towards closing and therefore not getting the freshest experience. I?ll try again during the winter early some morning.
I stopped by today. Waited about 5 mins. Didn't get helped so I left. Not mad or upset. I'm leaving a 3 because this location is a 3. Cleanliness? 3. Customer service? It's never bad but never great. 3. Quality of the donuts? They are okay. Good selection. But the ones from Walmart are softer. Not sure why. Maybe it's just my taste buds. But its definitely a 3 for quality. Never disappointed (besides today) but never satisfied either.
They have amazing donuts. Add to that some creativity and it make this place a must stop in Mandan.

Every time I go get a sugar or a glazed donut it leaves a greasy film on the top of my mouth. I haven't been there for a month or so so I thought I would try to again today and they were super greasy this was in Mandan
Kid working was rude to the people in line in front of me. I don't really eat donuts. I bought them for my co-workers, But I've been told they are the best on town.
Exceptional service this morning from the woman that waited on me. I got a fresh maple long john and the kids were happy with the sprinkle donuts.

One of the best donut shops around, minus the one in Bismarck. Staff was friendly and helpful when I went to this location. All was fun to get Bearscat donuts and great variety of different kinds / flavors.
Every time I come in here they don't have anything in the displays and when they do there's only 2 or three kinds and very few. Today I walked in there a half hour yet before close and all the lights were off no body came out from the back open sign still on door unlocked ?? last few months have definitely gone down hill. Your better off going to bismarck than to waste your time stoping here.
My only complaint is that I haven't seen a twix donut in a long time. Bearscat donuts are sooooo good and fresh! They really do melt in your mouth! My 2 favorites, glazed and TWIX! BRING BACK THE TWIX!!!
Always wonderful service when i drop by! They were out of Bismarcks, and the lady working was nice enough to make us a couple.
Selection was bad person seemed annoyed when I asked if this was all they had it was only noon Updated we did go back the following weekend and the worker that was there was amazing so I will change our experience to a 4 instead of a 1 glad we gave them another chance
i really like this place. im not really a donut person, but my teacher brought us doughnuts for class one day and it was really amazing. guess some teachers understand high schoolers need a treat sometimes.

Omg I had an animal cracker donut and it was AMAZING I?ll definitely be back. Oh and probably if not the best, one of the best donuts I?ve had in my lifetime
