If I could give zero stars I would! Purchase a dozen mixed donuts only to have almost half of them with mold! The lady claims them to be freshly made yet they were cold and firm. I know a fresh donut from ones that have been sitting. This is disappointing and gross!?? I threw away the whole box I was nervous to eat the other ones (chocolate covered) cause no telling if mold were on those as well! I do not recommend this place! And when to have them replaced we where told no that we could purchase more. Why
I use to like their donuts. They are small, and unappealing. I eat with my eyes and they are not pretty. The flavor is a little sour to me.
I am so glad I was able to try out the local donut shop. So fresh and no overly sweet. Make sure to stop by and try one of their sweets.
I?m so happy I found this place! Their kolaches are sooo good! The bread itself tastes delicious and just so you know, they?ve got normal donuts AND cake donuts! The variety they have is amazing and it?s all so good!

Love the donuts here. Not over sweetened but if I order 6 eclairs and several other donuts, stop shoving them in bags when you have boxes. I want to order more, but when you cram my donuts into paper bags and over half the frosting is smeared off it is not okay. Please do better because your donuts are worth it.
Sausage Biscuits atleast a day old! Called to ask and guy basically told me that's how it is and to not come back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed good local donuts for a customer visit, and was very pleased with the quality and selection at Bastrop Donuts. Plenty of selection at 6:15am, and grabbed 2dozen of variety donuts. Had to sample a couple of kolaches (cream cheese, sausage) with memories of my grandmother who made them for me as a child. Most importantly, customer loved them!
Soooo fresh and delicious every morning. My favorite is the maple eclairs! But you have to be quick to get your hands on those. Highly recommend Bastrop Donuts. The staff is extremely *sweet* as well. They will offer to accommodate your requests and make sure you?re taken care of. Tip them please! They are wonderful.
Went on a Saturday right at opening & only had a quarter of the selection made. They said i should drive to the other location for a more available selection? Overall the cake donuts were ok.
They had a nice selection of pastries & was impressed with the options still available around 11:30 on a Sunday. The Apple Fritter was so good!
Friendly folks here good food too but don't expect to get donuts at 5am when they open no glazed,no chocolate, no jelly no fritter if the place opens at 5am they should have everything ready to sell at time of opening they may want to change there hours or have baker come in earlier to prepare donuts to be sold at 5am when there sign says open
The guy behind the counter around 930am-10am was in too much of a hurry and somehow left my jumbo jalapeno kolachi out. So while everyone else at the house was enjoying their breakfast, I got to watch them enjoy it. Very disappointed
Luckily I was able to get the last 2 Apple fritters. They were great. Everything else was great as well. But the fritters are my favs, so?.I?ll be back.
