I?m always looking for a really good maple bar and I?ve found it at Ball Donuts! The owners/staff always greet me and they are quick! Winchells maple bars fail in comparison! The texture and the maple flavor icing is the best!!!

Visiting from San Diego, CA and let me tell you BALL DONUTS is the BEST! The owners are very friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. I love how they are close to all the major Anaheim attractions as well! Got a dozen of various donuts that were left at about 10AM on a Saturday and their spin on iced coffee is very yummy. They have the most welcoming environment!!! My kids and I try to go there every morning before school to get a coffee and croissant. I love how they remember my kids and I, it makes us feel more inviting and worth the time. They are amazing human beings!

My family and I were visiting from San Francisco and on the drive back home we stopped by this donut establishment. Upon entering the donut shop I was greeted by a young woman. We chatted about the weather and was very kind and just above and beyond with customer service . I appreciate your hospitality and it goes a long way. Thank you for making my kids road trip back home a little easier . The donuts are delicious and fresh and such a variety to choose from.

Omgosh, these are definitely the best donuts we have EVER had. Don't even know where to start. They have a wide selection of donuts, from old fashioned buttermilk to fancy bear claws, and even hot ham and cheese croissants. From the first bite, you can tell they use quality ingredients, and their coffee, is also great tasting too. The Maple bars are excellent! Tender, soft, & moist. They always have the best donuts and selections. The family that owns this shop are so friendly and cordial... very social and cool people. We always come here to get our donut/bagel/and coffee fix before we head to work.

When I think of Ball Donuts,the word family comes to mind. When you walk in the door, you're IMMEDIATELY greeted with a BIG GOOD MORNING! by either Sophia or Ricky or sometimes both. The service is excellent and they get to know you on a personal level also by asking your name. Everyday I go in, they already know my order before I even mention it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ball Donuts! If I could give then 10 stars,I would!

Go to spot for that hot coffee and ham and cheese croissants for the morning crew. Keto or sugarless option donut suggested but no real demand for that and everyone that comes in leaves with exactly what they want. Fast crew in the AM, they'll get you in and out quick.

Came in just before closing and got a dozen donuts. Because we were so late, the selection was limited, but what we did get were delicious!! Now I?ll know to get there early!!! Super friendly and helpful!!

My go to place for donuts and coffee. I appreciate the fact the employees are always so cheerful and polite. Alot of faces/regulars come thru and I?m amazed how they know each individual by name.

They rang me up for 2 donuts at $2 the girl took my card and gave it back right away..... she did not hand me my ticket so I asked for it....when I looked at how much she charged me she charged me $1 extra without telling me. Thats shady AF!! I'll never again give them my business... PLUS THE DONUTS aren't fresh!!!
