Horrible !! In my continued quest to review most, if not all of the various eateries in Sierra Vista.. the Baker's Dozen Donuts & Coffee really threw me for a loop ! I rarely eat donuts because, well.. they're just not good for you. But like most, they are an occasional, irresistible treat ! When I do treat myself, I prefer an Apple Fritter.. just love a good Apple Fritter. Okay. I have mixed feelings about this place. So far, we have had good experiences between 9am-12, and mediocre experiences first thing in the morning. Our first visit (6am, when they open) was extremely disappointing, if you like old fashioned donuts do not get them here. They felt and tasted like oil. Our second visit (6am) was a lot better, we got their lemon filled, raspberry filled, and Boston creme. Personally, I really don't like the chocolate icing. But, my husband and I really love the other two.

Decided to try this place because it wasn't a Dunkin and I'm glad we did! The donuts are soft and, even in the middle of the day, were really fresh. I'm new to Sierra Vista and this isn't as big a place as where I moved from but I'm glad this tiny city has places like this. Staff was super nice and helpful and I recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing donut!

Don't go here if you want jelly filled or chocolate sprinkle donuts. This was our first and last visit. We went in for a half dozen chocolate sprinkle donuts but was told they only make them in cake donut type. We tried ordering other donuts but the person helping us didn't speak English and gave us half wrong donuts that we didn't pick. We told the lady at the counter and she just shrugged her shoulders. I was worried by some other reviews about the donuts being expensive, but $18.99 per bakers dozen of FRESH donuts is 100% worth it and beyond reasonable. I?m not sure what Dunkin charges, but I wouldn?t even want to pay half of that for their donuts that arrive frozen. My favorite here was the maple glazed with pecans!

We are passing through town and stopped at this donut shop. It is a cute little old-fashioned place, much like an old diner. We were helped right away. It was almost noon so honestly we expected the donuts to be a bit older, maybe leftover from breakfast. Bakers Dozen is a wonderful place where they go out of their way to provide great service and perfect donuts. The old fashioned are my favorite and they have that perfect mix of crunchy outsides. Their croissants are also first rate. Highly recommended if you need food for a breakfast meeting.

I'm surprised this place is still open. The cases are always empty, no donuts available and the quality has gone downhill. It's sad really as I try to support small businesses, but if you're not going to listen to your customers, then it's on you.

They support community functions like our elections. They supplied donuts to voting locations for the workers. They support the community, the community should support them.

Stopped here for first time this morning with my wife, will definitely be coming back. Everything was great, if I have to recommend one thing, the apple fritter was the best I have ever had. Eat it right away while it is still warm!

I'm in town for a relocation recon trip, and had seen this donut shop several times in passing. Figured I'd try something home-grown here as I head home. Well, hate to say, but the cinnamon roll I got was not good. At all! I couldn't finish it (which is really bad, cuz I'm a cheapie, and when I pay almost $4 for a small donut, I'm gonna get my money's worth no matter what!) The Doughnuts are heavenly, the store is clean. The owner never smiles, talks as little as possible whichnisn't.very welcoming to me. The pastries themselves make up for all of that, so it's not the world.

My husband found this bakery, and it has great offerings. Love the buttermilk donuts and also tried the blueberry cake donut that was tender and full of flavor. Their apple fritter was very good but they have a donut filled with apple then rolled in a crumble coating that is incredible! A must stop for you donut lovers.

I had time to spare before a doctor's appointment. I stopped here and had a coffee and 2 donuts. The coffee was the perfect pairing to a perfectly made donut. The chocolate glazed donut was pillowy soft with just the right sweetness. Bavarian filled chocolate donut was delicious as well. It was so good, I got a baker's dozen to go. The raspberry filled donut put me in heaven later that night. My husband loved them as well. They were still soft the next day! I'm ambivalent about old donuts, no fears here!

Best donuts I?ve ever had. I was here a couple years ago and I?m not joking when I say I haven?t had any donuts as good as these since. I prefer cake donuts, and theirs are the perfect crunchy outside with a light, fluffy inside. Not too sweet, either. I do like the custard filled yeast donuts, too, and of course theirs is divine. They are always so kind, too! I?ll keep coming back :)

Some of the best donuts in the area. The filled donuts ?? have lost their brilliance with the lack of filling. And they just started charging an additional 1$ For these types. The donuts are made daily, and when they run out, they do not make more until the next day. Get in early that?s best for the variety. But definitely try a regular glazed, they are delicious. Family owned and run. Not much competition in the area for these guys, but good donuts nonetheless.

Best donuts in Southern Arizona! Light fluffy & delicious. Everything is reasonably prices and the owners and staff are friendly although a little shy or quiet. My only complaint is no ketchup packets for "to go" breakfast sandwiches. (The now carry ketchup packets for to-go sandwiches) These folks really want happy customers!!

When you want something freshly made or decide that your coworkers could use a moral boost. These are the best donuts in town. Second to none. Baked fresh! They also have other breakfast foods and some beverages such as chocolate milk, coffee etc. Friendly service and the quality is better than you'd expect. Unsure about getting donuts - try the donut holes, they're less donut but the same great taste!

Well made and lite on the stomach. Visiting Sierra Vista this place churns out quality made doughnuts daily. A small family owned business that have a large selection of doughnuts and baked goods. The doughnuts themselves, at least for myself, did not make me sluggish or weigh me down on my stomach. I think that is because of good dough and oil used. Thank you for boosting my classes morale!

Low quality ingredients in nasty donuts. They have a weird grease feeling and taste. Somehow the chocolate has very little flavor not even enough to hide the nasty grease taste. Yuk! Won't go back.

Fresh donuts, I tried the Boston cr?me and a giant glazed roll. Very good doe with a delicious crisp glaze that blew my mind with every bite. Don?t bother with Dunkin? this local shop is clean, has great service and yummy fresh donuts. Sorry no pictures I ate them before I could take one!

Forget about the franchises like Dunkin and Krispy. These donuts are the real deal. Their ingredients don't leave a bad-taste in your mouth or bad feeling in your stomach after eating. They are always fresh, even at 12:00 pm. Also the owner is a very nice lady.

Since I have moved here, i am becoming a regular here and the service is quick, nice. Donuts are freshly made from open until about 9ish in the morning. The donuts are just GREAT. The have no Krispy Kreme selection but they have your basic donut shop selection made just right, in my opinion. Will continue to be a regular here.

Donuts are mouth wateringly soft, most delicious donuts you can get for at least 300 miles. Will not disappoint!!

The donuts are fresh, but make sure you go early. I think they only make the donuts in the morning, so if you go late in the afternoon you can only pick from what hasn't been sold by then. This is the only reason for knocking off a star, as some places ensure they have a good selection throughout the day. They also have those taro drinks if you're into that.

We tried a little of everything! It?s a perfectly done donut. They?re light and fluffy and not greasy. I didn?t think they were overly sweet either. I finally tried it this morning and am so happy to have found this place! I did not try the coffee so I can?t rate that; however, the donuts are perfect!

The donuts are fresh and delicious. We stop by here weekly on our way home from church, since restaurants under current circumstances are too crowded. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. They also sell cloth masks in sizes that appear home sown. Bagels and various beverages are also available.

I get coffe, croissant, and donut holes on many mornings here up just off Buffalo Soldier Teail and Fry Blvd. The munchies are good and the service is excellent. The crowd of morning regulars sitting inside tells the story! There's nothing quite like a fresh cup of coffee and some fresh donuts to make a day start on the right foot!

These donuts are too good. I am so glad I live out of town or I would be there everyday. Even the glazed donuts I don't like were delicious. Everyone else in the fam, loved them as well.

Prices kind of high in my opinion. Had a croissant breakfast sandwhich and it was just okay. Lemonade was powdered country time. Donuts were decent. The ladies were kind and polite. Just not sure the prices are worth it though.

Donuts were dry and the strawberry banana smoothie was made with powder instead of actual fruit so that sucked, but I had the blended thai tea drink and it was pretty tasty. I wouldn't come here again personally.

This is a local gem!!! Delicious, freshly made donuts & friendly staff. My family loves going here to select a bakers dozen from their variety of flavors to fill a box.

They have a great variety of donuts. They even have mini apple fritters that can be added and counted as regular donut in a half or full dozen bakers dozen.

Its the only true donut shop in town, which would usually make for a prime opportunity for a business to be piss poor. Bakers dozen doesn't do that, they put out a good product in a timely manner. Donut selection is solid, coffee is average.

Stopped by in the early afternoon. No customers but us. Coffee weak. Donuts were very dry. Nice flavor. Woman waiting on us was very rude. Talked on her cell phone the whole time we were there.

I noticed a different taste to the donuts compared to Fry?s bakery, Walmart, Gas Station. Try different places and you will tell the different, I?ll stay with Fry?s donuts

We were here to visit our grandson at Ft Huachua. He didn't hesitate to tell us about this doughnut shop, and we took him there every day we were there. All their doughnuts were wonderful and reasonably priced (they even have a banker's dozen price). This is a must visit

While the donuts are very good, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and literally watched them pull chilled ingredients and microwave the sandwich right behind the counter. If I wanted a microwaved sandwich, I would have just gone to Walmart and gotten a pack of jimmy dean sandwiches for the same price.

Delicious & $$$ expensive. Though they stay open until most of the donuts are sold, with gas prices these days, I'd like to know if it'll be open when I drive there. And I have trouble trying to understand their accents.

Super doughnuts and great hours. Unlike most doughnut shops you don't have to be an early bird to get some doughnuts and coffee. So good it's got regulars that hang out there, always a great sign.

We ordered six apple fritters and really enjoyed them but if you got more than six it cost an extra $2 on top of the regular price.

The donuts and pastries are pretty good, but the egg sandwiches can be really watery and still cold inside. Best place in Sierra Vista for donuts, especially the jelly filled.

I like Baker's Dozen. Conveniently located near Fort Huachuca. All the donuts taste alike especially those that do not come with a filling. Good people at Baker's Dozen.

Very friendly but difficult w my dog on a leash who couldn't come.e two steps in to order to go. But a nice woman in line held her while I got the order then we sat outside and the pup had her two plain w milk before we left.

Heard they have great donuts. Wanted to get some on a situation but they were closed. Hours say 6 to 5 in Saturday but they were closed. No note or reason why.
