Baker's Dozen Donuts

The best donut place ever. I go here every chance I get! The owner is the best nicest and caring person, and is a HUGE reason we keep coming back! A MUST visit!

The donuts and foods are good, but watch them ring you up, they will charge extra and hope you don't notice. I got 2 breakfast items, 1 old fashioned, and 1 cinnamon roll and it somehow rang up to $22. Wish I could give 5 stars, but I don't like the taste of getting ripped off.

The worst donuts that I have ever purchased. I bought 3 dozen, and when I got to work, I noticed that they were saturated in oil and semi flattered, like something was lying on top of them. I ate a quarter of a glazed and wondered how many days that would shorten (pun intended) my life. The shop was nice and clean, but the cashier didn't seem very friendly at all. I probably won't be returning.

My absolute favorite donut shop! It?s in such a great location as well. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I?m definitely going to be coming to this donut shop more often. I like to get the donut holes and the pig in a blanket! For the coffee, you make your own at the coffee machine area, which is great because I can make my coffee just how I like it.

Wow those are some pricey doughnuts but man they?re worth every penny especially if you don?t indulge in them regularly! Airy and fresh they don?t taste super doughy and heavy like some other shops which I prefer. The Apple fritter had very fresh crisp apple pieces. They must truly have a baker there because they know what they?re doing! For one glazed twist and one apple fritter the total came out to $5.65, im used to paying $2.50 for two doughnuts. ??

The lady is SO rude!! She literally ask what you want TEN TIMES as if she doesn?t understand or hear but she does!! Customer service is trash!! She will give you an ugly look. And don?t send your kids in alone she will overcharge them! Service is super slow cause she ask over and over what you want instead of just getting it!!! I absolutely HATE this lady attitude!

Food is good, but ask for the receipt. My total was $20.39, but they charged me $21.20. I understand there is a percentage charge for using a card, but it should be included already on the receipt whenever I pay. They probably told you the total and added a tip. If they are doing it per transaction, y'all should be aware.

New to the area and needed a new local donut shop. Gave this place a try and was not disappointed! Very clean establishment and nice customer service. Very reasonably price! Donuts were fresh and the sausage roll was tasty as well.

Have had great experiences coming here in the mornings. The workers are extremely friendly and have a warm smile each time we see them. The donuts tasted amazing and are very reasonably priced. This will definitely be our go-to spot for donuts in Grand Prairie!

I took my 2 year old son and he was so excited about the character donuts that he kept saying mommy and it absolutely bothered the lady that she gave my son an ugly stare and said ?OMG!? I did tell her something and she said that he shouldn?t be acting like that in a public place. I honestly left the place in tears. It was unnecessary for her to make such a negative comment towards an innocent toddler. I highly recommend you go to a more welcoming donut shop because this places isn?t it. I had the worst cus

The lady at the register was rude and chuckled at me because I didn't have enough money on me to pay for my donuts. She said next time I go to have my money ready. RUDE!!! I was so shocked I just smiled and left, I can't stop thinking about it. She was so terrible

Best donuts I've had in a long time! I just happened to be driving by and saw the donut sign and decided to stop in. I tried a few things since I'd never been there before. My favorites were the kolaches (tasted like it had honey butter on it- DELICIOUS), and the blueberry cake donuts (the owner gave me one to try which was so nice!). The blueberry donut was amazing! So fresh and moist! I'll definitely come back if I'm ever on that side of town again.

The lady in the front is very rude and doesn?t have the best customer service. She also seemed to not like kids.

These really are the best donuts in the area. The combination of sweet icing to doughnut ratio is perfect, with that classic soft bread feel. Simplicity is the best recipe for any donut shop and the bite on these donuts certainly doesn't disappoint.

This is honestly my favorite place to get donuts in Grand Prairie because of the customer service here! They are so sweet and so giving. I 10/10 recommend when you're in the area!

The employees that work here are very kind and always greet you with a good morning, this place is literally right next to my house, and they have the best kolaches ever. I guess they improved their recipe, so their donuts are really amazing now to the point, I don?t have to drive all the way to Carrier for their donuts.

That lady in the front always has an attitude. I work near the area and her customer service is always the same. Usually the donuts and other items are decent. However this time my sausage roll was burned and mostly bread. The glazed donut was stale. Won?t be returning anymore it was just convenient I?ll go elsewhere. Even when ordering several items she won?t offer you a bag expecting you to juggle all the food.

Best donut shop in the area. The donuts are soft and fresh. The lady at the front is always nice to me and my son, however the gentleman isn?t too nice . He also told a man in front of me that they were out of breakfast burritos and they were in the donut case with the rest of the the breakfast sandwich?s . I?m not sure what that was about but overall I would recommend

By far the BEST donut shop in the area. They provide GREAT customer service and a variety of food options. A plus that stood out to me is that they are extremely clean. Upon walking in the sitting area and counters were clean and smelled fresh. When making a payment they take off their gloves and reapplied their gloves to gather food.

Great service, mood boosting atmosphere and great prices. I don?t usually get cinnamon rolls, but they looked too good to pass up.

Recommend this place. The gentlemen who assisted me was very fast and super nice. I ordered a dozen sausage rolls and glazed donuts, and they did not disappoint. Will return again!

The only donut shop I go to. I absolutely love how sweet they treat me. The donuts are the best, I tried another shop not too long ago and I was like ?I should have just went to Baker?s?. I saw a review on how the lady was rude but I just find that very, very hard to believe lol.

Great customer service but the donuts not too great. I have been here atleast 4 times to give it a shot but the donuts come half cold, they taste like they have been sitting in the freezer, some part of it is always hard. Good kolaches and that?s it.

They are super friendly and kind. I stop here every friday on my way to work. They have a great variety of flavors. This shop is the best kept donut shop, the cleanliness and their customer service is great. =)

Total came out to be $14 something for 3 small drinks, a croissant, a small sausage roll and a blueberry donut. I?m guessing they went up on the prices. My sausage roll tasted burnt and my croissant was dry and I sadly was not welcomed when I walked in. I would expect customer service to be A1 if I?m spending that much.

WTH is wrong wrong with lady at front??? She is so rude and unfriendly. Also donuts are not the best. I rather drive all the way at the other side of the neighborhood and get better service and better product!
