We ordered on DoorDash and the donuts were delivered safely and quickly. They were DELICIOUS!! I added a note that asked to include maple bars because they?re my bf favorite and they actually read the note!!! Thank you so much Baker Ben! Your donuts were scrumptiously delicious!

The lady that works here is super funny. She has a terrific personality. Their donuts remind me of Happy Donuts. Disappointing Donut Experience It was an early morning around 5 AM when I decided to pick up some fresh donuts within the Rocklin/ Roseville region. I'm happy to have found this shop when a craving hit mid afternoon, as any other donut place was closed. I went a little overboard and got 3 donuts each for my son and I, but the donuts were delicious. It's great to have this place always open.

I can taste right away when donuts are fresh and homemade. Unlike other places I've had where it's dry and artificial or made with old dirty oil. This place is real "bakery" style donuts the way they're supposed to be. ????

1/23/25 at around 5 am I went to pickup an order for a customer. The employee behind the counter greeted me when I walked in, she was very friendly. I was looking at their donuts, she gave me one for free. I think I got blueberry fritter, I was staring at it before she offered it to me, lol. I used to work at a local business that suggested Ben's donuts were good. I ordered the apple fritter. My daughter and I had some. It tasted like it was just dripping in oil. I was very disappointed and my daughter nauseated. I'm going to throw the rest in the trash :-( Looks good but felt in your mouth like it was a sponge full of oil.

My donut had a giant hair baked into it and when I told the employee, Linda, about it, she rudely told me to just eat around that part. Initially I thought it was a joke, but nope. Literally would not replace it (which I can't imagine a replacement would cost anything). I'm appalled and truly disgusted. Gross place and gross staff.

Horrible because the oil was all the way inside ,too and taste like a greasy mess.The people working were nice but the donuts were disgusting. The donuts made my stomach !!!!!!!!! Use your imagination and think about 10 teaspoons of grease in your stomach???!!!!!!

Almost historical donut shop... I was not intending to stop for donuts but the smell dragged me inside. The donuts are super fresh and tasty. Very friendly staff especially Karina told me how well established and old the donut shop is.

I was recommended this donut shop from a page I follow, I was disappointed. Arrived at 7am on a Tuesday. Staff was helpful but curt and seemed to be arguing it was awkward. I understand as a 24 hour business you may not always get fresh baked, but at that time? I got 8 regular donuts and one apple fritter it was almost 20$ I don't think I'll be back.

Donuts are decent, but service is horrendous as server is rude, contemptuous, high-strung, and loud. She rushes your order with impatience. Not worth it. There are plenty of other donut shops that are 100x better.

Terrible customer service! I took my co-worker here today to show him the donut burritos. I ordered an apple and a cherry. I was given a cherry burrito and an apple fritter. I was there Sunday night at 6:45pm with a good attitude. However the lady helping me was so rude and unpleasant, the whole experience was awful. And the donuts are expensive and stale. I will never be back again. There are better quality donuts with much better service.

The two ladies who were there to serve the customers were both rude and dismissive . One of them kept shouting , shouting for the order and shouting at everyone who entered. The butterfly donut is an absolute must try. Being rather innovative, they take a cinnamon roll and cover it with maple fronting. You have to get there early as they sell out quickly! Otherwise you will have to wait for fresh one's to be made. I consider myself donut connoisseur and this is hands down the best donut shop in Northern California, if not the nation.

I'm angry. 7/14/24 I went in to pick up a doordash order. One woman was mopping the floor. A middle aged Mexican woman was doing nothing. The woman mopping the floor asked the Mexican woman if she'd help me with Mt doordash order. The Mexican woman said "no, I don't do doordash orders". The woman mopping the floor had to stop mopping so that I could be helped. The Mexican woman should be FIRED!. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION EVER!!! That is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Open 24 hours!! Woot woot, great stop if you are craving a donut at an odd hour. I stopped by at 3 am and the donuts were fresh and they had a huge variety. You must wear a mask to enter the store, but worth the trip. The prices were even reasonable with a typical donut shop.

Good donuts, most of them seem pretty fresh. I had a cherry turnover that tasted fermented once, though, and the guy working the place late at night needs to not handle cash with the same gloves he uses to handle the food. Still, their donuts are generally really great, and they're open 24 hours so you can always get your fix. Not the cleanest or tidiest place, but better than many, and you can't beat being open all day every day.

Your local 24 hour donut shop! We came around 9pm and there were still a good variety of donuts. The donuts didn't seem stale even it being the end of the night. We got some donut holes and chocolate cake donuts. Both delicious. Note: Their danish pastries may be from Costco... So stick with the donuts at a donut shop. This is my favorite place to get donuts. Even if you roll up and your favorite isn't there, whatever is stocked is still going to be delicious. Filled donuts are actually filled - No skimping on amounts. The 24 hours isn't a joke, either, and it's great to finish a late shift and know this place exists.

Came here for my husbands bday because he wanted donuts. Upon arrival there was a homeless man hassling a couple in the parking lot. Once i got in nobody was there to greet it took awhile before anybody came out of the back. When she did help she seemed annoyed. Have always loved Baker Ben's! Open 24 hours and usually has a good selection of donuts available. I tend to get there at weird times when they don't always have the counter stocked but that is totally my fault. Donut holes and the glazed twists are my favorite!

24 hour option is great! Donut are not the greatest but definitely above average. Facilities are slightly dirty and old. That's the only reason for the 3 start rating. Other than that I will still be back to grab some donuts at weird hours of the night!

Baker?s Bens has always had good donuts. They are also always open so if you are having a late night craving for a donut you can still get one. The only downside that kept me from giving 5 stars was there was an additional 50 cents charge for using my credit card. That would have been fine but I wasn?t told about it when swiping my card.

This place is awesome. I'm not even a donut lover but theirs are so good. My wife's favorite dessert is donuts. After I bumped into this place by accident we keep going back. Great donuts, great variety, and considerate staff. If you are on the go it is a quick in and out stop to grab a dozen and go. One of the employees there (can't remember her name right now) has recognized me and remembered my order on a number of occasions. I highly recommend it.

For the first time in decades I decided to give Baker Ben's a try. Picked up a glazed cream filled bar, a maple bar, 3 dozen donut holes and a big dose of sadness all for $14.25. In my experience donut shops are cheery. This was the opposite. The gal turned on and off her anger based on who she was serving. Chatting a long time with one while rushing the next. Thankfully, my server only seemed sad and not angry.

Favorite place to grab a dozen! Donuts taste great, you can tell they change oil often. Many fond memories of late night hangouts and doughnut runs since they are open 24/7. Check them out!

Best donuts in Roseville, by far. We've even had days where we went to each of the donut shops to try to give each one a fair shot, and it just wasn't even close. Baker Ben's is the best. It isn't the "most updated" place, but the donuts themselves are just way better than everywhere else.

The variety of donuts at this donut store is really terrific; almost as good as Mary's on Foothills. The pastries and donts for over 40 years has been really good as a transition donut shop from Winchel's Donuts, the original donut store at this location.

The mexican-american lady who served us was rude, condescending, had an attitude, was rushing us. She greeted others nicely except me and my girl. We are adults here and she had no education whatsoever. I loved this place before when asian and white employees were at the counter, ans were always ever so friendly. I hope the owner will see this comment and do something about it to restore good customer service. Prices also went up a lot $15 for a dozen now.

Donuts were excellent. Really the only downside is prices. A dozen mixed donits are pricey. Overall great though. I recommend the old fashion chocolate glazed or caramel glazed. You can't go wrong though honestly.
