Top bagels, sandwiches are excellent. Good as anything you can get in Philly or NYC. Not the old owner, but the new owners have carried on his tradition and also added credit card payment. Great selection and friendly staff. Quick service. Nice place to eat in. Really only the locals know about it. Recommend.

Came here visiting the area. First impressions are nice little mom pop spot. They had many bagel options. I chose plain because if you can't do plain then can you do the others? Anyway I had a sausage egg and cheese. They used a flat sausage patty and real eggs. The sandwich was good.

Ordered chicken salad on an egg bagel. This is tuna. I called and they argued with me that this is finely shredded chicken. I can get something different on my next visit..... If this is chicken, then it's bad cause it tastes AND smells like TUNA. Can't even salvage the bagel.

Good bagels but jeez oh man? $9.50 for a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown!?!?!?! Come on? I?d at least expect it to be loaded with bacon? I think my bagel had 3 strips.

Bordentown bagels have bigger better bagels for a lower price. And this place only accepts cash only which is disappointing. These bagels are very chewy not soft and barely any cream cheese! Very disappointed.

I get a bakers dozen for my family once a week and they go fast at my house!!! The bagels are always good and fresh the people are always friendly and helpful they always ask if I need help taking them to my vehicle. We don't live close but it's worth the drive muffins are great too

Been going here for years, so I have experienced both ownerships of this place. In my opinion, it has been the same. I go in, order and get my food. It is a "small shop" that has young workers (both owners) which I appreciate, so I also understand a small error isn't the end of the world. Bagels are tasty and I will continue to patronize this local establishment.

I loved this his place until it changed ownership. Now the bagels are bad, the prices are beyond expensive (other local places are substantially less) and the portions are smaller. Strange, but true: my breakfast bacons egg & cheese sandwich (I tried twice to be nice) tasted like pure sugar. The first time I though my plain bagel was next to a french toast or something, but nope. It happened again and I mean sweet like cotton candy. Not what it want in a breakfast sandwich. The BEST bagels in all of NJ!! Don't waste anymore time go there and get a delicious bagel in your mouth! Lots of variety outstanding and changing coffees. Not lattes but coffee flavors are diverse and consistently good. Small place and cash only. If you're going on a weekend morning go early they get busy!

Gone are the days of consistent quality of food and service. Bagels and Beyond used to have a line out of the door and run out of bagels in certain days. They were quick with it too, that line was always moving. This place now is always empty, wonder why? Don't bother asking for your bacon (whatver else you want) well done, they make it how they want to and you are left to deal with it. The only reason I stop here any more because it?s conveniently on my way to work. I always call In my order, I?m also always on hold for a good 5-10 not matter what time of day it is. Just to come a half hour later to pick up my food and it?s not ready yet and wrong. Ever. Single. Time. This is the slowest bagel place I?ve ever been to ! Why does it take a half hour to make a breakfast sandwich ??

Great Bagels but the customer service was dreary and hideous. Both employees that I've dealt with were either not sure of their products or made you feel like a bother, and my fork was handed to me not by the handle, but by the eating end...really? ...full hand and all! I really wanted to eat my macaroni and potato salad on the spot but waited until I got home with a clean utensil. ...both salads were great and worth the wait.

When this place was Bagels and Beyond it was good. The coffee was bad and they didn?t take cash but the service was good and the bagels were good. Now it?s Bagel House and it?s awful. I have been going here for years!! This is one of the best places anywhere around for breakfast food!! They also have a wide variety of freshly made flavored cream cheese's for purchase, as well as lunch too! They sell honey wheat bagels which I have never found anywhere else, and are splendid if you are looking for a very tasty, lower carb bagel! Excellent! Highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

Unmatched customer service! A couple weeks ago I called and set up a breakfast order for a work party. Steve was amazing. He gave me his number so that I could confirm the order the day before. He responded quickly and always ensured we were happy. This morning I picked up the order and when I got to work, I realized the muffins I ordered were missing. The staff was beyond rude. The did not carry lox and said it ?would be to expensive for you if we did.? They did not have most of their advertised bagels, ran out of bacon, and were completely disorganized with distributing orders. We ended up ordering just bagels with cream cheese and the spread was so thin you could see the bagel through the spread. Don?t waste your money here.

Love this place! Been going here since I moved to Yardville in 1998, I moved to NY in 2003 and still come back to the bagel place for there amazing bagels! Love that they put the bagels that "stink or sticky" in a separate bag! It's the little things that make some customers happy.

They finally allowed credit cards, I thought this place was going to improve with new management. Didn't realize you could go from mediocre to really bad. Bagels are still good, but they don't make up for the terrible service now. Most of my orders are wrong, and wait times are ridiculous. Today was my last straw that after I waited 20 minutes they still got my order wrong. Will not be coming back, unless I want to start my day in a bad mood, I know where to go.

The bagels here are good, but the service is horrendous. I waited 30 minutes for a egg sandwich, meanwhile the three people behind me got their sandwiches from the grill before me. They must have forgotten to put my order in. Just a horrible experience. Then when I told them I didn?t want it anymore, they were like it just came out. I love their bagels, and their donuts and muffins are to die for! Also their flavored cream cheeses are great so is their breakfast butter. I recommend everyone try a lightly toasted French toast bagel with breakfast butter and if you're still not sold on the place then you honestly might not like yourself. It's with a heavy heart that I write this review. Bagels and Beyond used to be by far the best bagel spot around. Since the change to Bagel House or whatever they have become their business has taken an enormous hit. Not only did prices go up and portion sizes go down but the service dramatically decreased. 3 times in a row now I called to order ahead and simply waitied on hold for 15 minutes to be forgotten on hold. The past two times that we called & placed an order, our breakfast sandwiches were completely wrong. There were 5. Instead of offering to fix the sandwiches, they offered 20% off our next order. Our next order was wrong too...we decided to try their sandwiches. The ?buffalo chicken? wasn?t even hot and the grilled chicken was shredded & tasteless. Yesterday was the first time that I went to this bagel place. I ordered the special, ham, egg and cheese. I no some places put salt, pepper, etc., so I said no pepper 3 times. Worst experience of my life. Worst service, even worse bagel! To start a 32 minute wait to get my sandwich. They should call themselves bagels and beyond 30 minute wait! My husband & I have been going here for years! Absolutely hands down the best Bagels in town! I try to order ahead if we have a big order & give them the time they need bc they are always busy... Fantastic bagels, nice staff, and a hopping place. They have a terrific range of bagels (the egg everything bagel was delicious), and their veggie cream cheese had recognizable pieces of vegetables in it. Very reasonably priced, too.

I just want to give a huge SHOUT OUT Bagels & Beyond in Yardville!! I drove all the way from Mount Laurel today to find an open bagel shop and stumbled upon this hidden gem. When it comes to the way I like my bagel prepared they had no objection to burning my bagel the way I like it. (Garlic bagel charred/blackened pretty much burnt beyond recognition with a slather of butter). They made it perfectly. Just want to say thank you for being opened during these uncertain times for us all.

Must be new management, stopped for a bagel with jalapeno cream cheese, tomato and cucumbers. Told me they were out of cukes, then they said they had no tomatoes. So I said just give a bagel with cream cheese, guess what? No jalapeno cream cheese!!! Used to be a good place....

Today at 1040 am I entered your Hamilton location and was appauld with observing 3 people without a mask. One couple and another individual. They should never been allowed to place an order and stand around waiting while the rest of us had a mask on. I visit this store at least twice a month and spend between $25 an $30 each visit. Horrible compared to the locations at LBI!! Barley puts any meat or cheese on your breakfast sandwich. Asked to remake it and it was still wrong. Asked to talk to a manager and was told he was busy and they would remake it for a third time. Waste of money! Never coming to bagels and begin again unless it?s the surf city location.

I Can tell it?s definitely under new management. Very limited on everything and the quality of the bagels went down hill. Wish they wouldn?t over do it with the cream cheese as well. Over all I?m tired of over priced garbage food everywhere in this local Hamilton/Yardville area.

Bagels were delicious!and was pleased to find that they did have gluten free available..I called ahead and they had that breakfast ready when I got there...they had regular bagels available and the vegetable cream cheese was very good..try it!

Waited on hold for 15 mins while counterstaff took other walk-in and phone orders. Drove from Bordentown to Yardville and back before they picked up the phone from on open line. Heard her tell the other counterstaff ?this guy?s been waiting for 15 mins on that line? and another customer in the background said he?d been waiting for 7 mins before just walking in. Unacceptable for 0930 on a Friday. Not like it?s Sunday brunch?

Hands down the best bagels anywhere. Try the sausage egg and cheese wrap great too. Unusual varieties like jalapeno and cheddar, garlic tomato or multi grain.

The new owner, Steve and the staff are friendly, fast and great service. They make you feel welcomed and the way they got along and joked with each other made me laugh. You can tell they all get along well.

So, before they changed owners, this place was aces. Now, the service is rude, the food is more expensive and not as good. We haven't been back in ages. We tried many times after the change hoping it was just growing pains. It's not. It sucks too, because I used to love it.

They mess up my order EVERY TIME no matter how simple. The quality of food has gone down significantly since they changed from bagels and beyond to bagel house.
