Bagel & Donuts Basket

This place is a hidden gem. It was my first time here. Lovely little brick and mortar mom and pop shop. I got here before the rush and the breakfast sandwich ?? was ?? yummy! Highly recommend 10/10

I like their croissant sandwiches and their bagel dog. Donuts are great, the same as everywhere else. I had their Vietnamese coffee and it?s very strong and decent taste. I was sick so asked for light ice and they gave me 2/3s of coffee or less if I take off the ice. I think the coffee is $7 after taxes. Just be aware. The customer before asked for 3 light ice Thai teas and they were all filled to the top. I don?t know if there?s a difference but it looks sus.

Super cute and sweet ladies who handle some very busy days deftly. I'm so grateful this place is near my house. Each sandwich I've ordered was literally made perfectly every time and tasted so good. I love the Coney Chicken Island sandwich (yes, you read that right) and Vietnamese coffee (hot) is a welcome thing as I don't need to make a second stop somewhere else for good coffee. The bagels are excellent. ..not that super tough, too-chewy 'authentic' NY style that I'm not sure anyone really prefers anyway

Breakfast time around 7:30am. It was good, hot and fresh food, service was fast . BLT on croissant was yummy. Perfect amount of Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato and Mayonnaise on a flaky croissant. Also, got a Bagel Dog , it was big. The hot dog seemed like a beef dog. (Meaty) It was a first time there for me, but I will definitely go back. Got a chocolate raised donut, but did not care for it.

The food was really awesome, all made to order. You pick your sandwich from their many options, and then you can have it on one of their fresh made bagels.

The bagel sandwiches are nothing like the other bagel shops. This is my first experience and I will be back. The art of how she made this bagel sandwich along with the combination of layers that were sliced in such a way that each bite was perfection. I got the asiago bagel with turkey avocado. Super scrumptious and a must try.

Generally good place but look how much ice they used in Vietnamese iced coffee. This cup was full and I just took out 2/3 of the ice. Didn't even take a sip yet but yea feeling kinda gipped given this is like 6 dollars

Opens early so great for before work. I like the bagel sandwiches a lot and the espresso drinks are good. Usually get a bagel sandwich, coffee and 2 dozen donuts for the crew. This place is always fast even when busy so I know I?ll get to the job site on time if I come by here

I come here at least once a week with my husband they have the best pesto bagels I have ever tasted! Amazing donuts, and their coffee is one of my favorite drinks they serve! Their customer service is great as well all the staff are very friendly and have a positive attitude! If you?re in the area you should definitely stop by, you won?t regret it!

Their donuts are great (the cinnamon rolls are amazing!) Bagel sandwiches are also really good, generous amount of filling. Love their Vietnamese coffee and chai latte

Stopped here by chance and was pleasantly surprised at the menu and variety of options. Our order was made quickly and was tasty. We had the BLT and Reuben. Everything bagel was crunchy and light. Really quite a good bagel (and that?s from an east coaster). Will definitely seek this place out in the future.

Delicious, affordable and good service. Their glazed donuts are amazing, better than any other glazed donuts (and I say this coming from the East Coast with all of the Dunkin Donuts and Delis in every corner). Pick up food early on Fridays because they do run out. Bagels and other bakes goods are amazing as well.

Have been here twice. Good donuts and a wide selection of bagels and bagel sandwich options. I've personally only had an everything bagel and donuts, but they were great. The coffee is always too hot though. They have a lot of coffee and tea flavors available.

I visited this place today in the morning and it was really bad feeling their rude behaviors towards customers. I placed an order of "a crystal boba" and a bagel sandwich with ham and egg. Unfortunately we LOVE this place! I say unfortunate because it's so hard to stay away. Usually have a donut (Apple Fritter is a favorite), but today decided to try a bagel. Been going here for years! Excellent donuts and they make great breakfast sandwiches too. I also get Vietnamese coffee. It's a family business and Chin and his relatives work really hard to keep you happy. Highly recommend it

I will never buy anything from this establishment ever. I was in this establishment this morning in line there were several people in line so was waiting and noticed that the donut section wasn?t looking good. There was a customer at the counter waiting for someone to noticed her. She finally said excuse me and the man behind the counter turned around very rudely and looked at the customer. She asked him very nicely if he could warm her bagel and he snatched her bag and thru it in the microwave then grab

This place used to be good. The good workers moved over to the location on Santa Teresa. I don't know the girl's name but the younger loud one who wears the fake Gucci mask is rude 100% of the time. I have tried to come here a couple times since she has been here and it is never a good experience. She has a bad attitude to begin with. She overcharges and gets the orders wrong and then gets upset when you try to point out her mistake. She should honestly be fired in this place would be back up to five stars

nice staff, good food, clean place, decent price.. also nice tea selection. bagels come out very nice texture, sandwiches tasty and full with lots of veggies. glad i live close by.. also they sell their day old bagels at cheaper price already bagged in variety mixes if that interests you. edit: marinara, pesto, and everything bagels are my go to ~u~ esp marinaraa with some cream cheese mmmm the texture of the bagels really stands out for me.

I have had donut basket in Mountain View before and was pleasantly surprised to see it in San Jose. No idea that it was a chain. The donuts were fresh and the service was quick and cheerful. Great way to start my morning. I haven't had their shakes but I might go back to try them sometime. Doesn't look like a sit down place but has some outdoor seating.

Great donuts, but most of all, their sandwiches are simple and delicious. Service can be slow due to a long line, but they make up for it with good products; however, and most importantly, their customer service is top notch.

Wow, those are some incredible bagels. Best bagels I?ve had in a long time. The bacon and egg bagel is great for breakfast and the lox bagel (with slabs of salmon) is great for lunch. Plus, they sell boba tea! Spreads can be bought separately.

My experience at this establishment for the first time was poor, I stopped here at 8:am and there was only one person ahead of me and one person behind me and one of the workers that was preparing a order asked if I was going to buy something and I responded back yes i am and the other worker skipped me and started taking the order for the person behind me. Love this place!! They were closed for renovations for a long time. They have a space for outside dinning but if they are busy some time the tables and chairs haven't been put out. It can get busy during the 6 to 9 am commute time. But they have lots of sandwich choices for lunch and breakfast

Donuts were average and selection was limited. They abided by the 5 customers inside ordinance however the line outside was slow. Service staff were polite and friendly and that earned them the 3 stars.

I've been coming in the afternoon for the sandwiches which are good and the people have been courteous so this is my 1st morning run for coffee and a bagel. With so many friendly & affordable places to get coffee, donuts, and bagels in the morning ( that are actually cheaper and much better), there's no way I'm coming back here in the morning.

Everything I tried from Donut Basket is great. The food in flavorful and coffee is great. The Turkey and Avacado sandwich on a croissant is my go to when I'm here better then Subways and Togos.

After more than 10 years of going to the same donut shop leave it to one interaction to to make me decide to not return again. It's not that I haven't gotten the wrong food from places before it's the interactions afterwards it's the way you treat the customer as if I'm inconveniencing you to ask for the proper product that I paid for.

Go here every week and it's amazing. It's like Togo's but for bagels. This is an excellent place to eat breakfast. They have bagel sandwiches, donuts, pastries, bagel dogs, drinks galore, and accept apple/Android tap payment

Well mannered staff, but can you please get someone capable of understanding English. They messed up my order after telling the older women 5 times. They see her struggling and no one helps her out. Horrible management that day.

Great sandwiches & donuts, but they often run out of donuts several hours before closing. The last 3 times I went they were out of donuts by 10 am! Probably won't be my first stop again.

As a foodie from the East - Very disappointing. Uses safeway quality croissants (wrapped in a plastic low quality), eggs are microwave eggs, and gives you two-three slices of bacon for a bacon sandwich. Can't even taste the bacon. Donut Basket is a waste of San Jose retail space.

I went in there and had a croissant ham and cheese and egg and it was actually very very good the only problem is is they really have a poor selection of donuts very limited. Not a bad place in a pinch but wasn't fantastic

Always fresh and warm bagels! Get there early at opening and your bagel maybe warm fresh from cooking! Seek out the jalape?o and cheddar bagel. The best!

I went in on a Thursday afternoon when the place was absolutely empty.The young woman behind the counter was so impatient and rude that I gave up and left.It doesn't matter how good the food or coffee is if you cannot convince the person behind the counter to sell it to you.
