BAD Bakers Roseville

Ordered the 20 Staxx and 1/2 dozen. They let me pick out which donuts I wanted as opposed to just throwing in whatever they wanted. Got s'mores, Thai, Carmel, Berry, and a couple others. Overall we were happy with the order just wish the Staxx (senorita bread) was warm at 9 a.m. on a Monday. The picture is the donuts cut up so I got to try them all ??

The one place I?ll always make time for when in Sacramento. Their Spanish Rolls are absolutely delicious, my weakness. ??

My son loves to come here with me on Sunday. We seem to go here or traditional breakfast. The staff is always friendly, the se?orita bread or Staxx ifs the best ever. I?ve had the empanadas as well and would recommend. My son likes the bread and the shorty cake.

May have just been a bad batch, but we tried some donuts and they were so horrible we has to exchange them for two decent alternatives. The first ones were dry and tasted so horrible we didn't want to eat them. They woman was nice and let us swap them. But even the new ones were kind of stale like they'd sat for a good while. Not very good. Fix it please guys.

I came for the doughnuts but left IN LOVE with the staxx. The fresh staxx were served warm with a buttery sugar coating that is to DIE FOR. I almost didn't try them because they didn't seem interesting to me but oh my god am I glad I tried them! I ate five out of the twenty!! I chose the six doughnut and 20 staxx combo which was $24. First time visiting. Great service. Answered all my questions and made suggestions. They offer vegan and gluten-free options. Ube flavors and gluten-free are only offered on Fridays and Saturdays. Great to know there are alternative options. I went with fullon sugary donuts ?? ?? Will visit again.

When reading these reviews and seeing the line out the door when I arrived I had high hopes that I found a new amazing place to go for delicious doughnuts and bread. I have say it was only OK ? I really liked the chocolate they use but wasn?t impressed with any thing else. I selected the old fashion with sprinkles, maple and glazed. The maple is amazing! We love the fresh cake flavor, not greasy taste of the donut. Perfect amount and flavor icing. We'll be back for sure :) So good we forgot to take before pics...oops

Came to this location and was running a little late right before close. It was 2 minutes after close but LJ helped out and I still got my order. With a name like BAD Bakers, I knew we had to try this place, but I had no idea what to expect. Let?s just say I was so happy we went!! My first busy and hands down, SUPER BOMB! Especially the Cronuts, for me is a must. I wanted to surprise my lady with some Star Bread which she loves by the way. Whenever I?m in the area I always try to stop by for a donut or some se?orita bread. I?ve taken a few friend by the store and now they love this place as much as I do. The donuts are fresh, fun, they have creative twists and everything is delicious.

Definitely one of the most unique sweet experiences I've ever had.. On the surface they look like a simpledonut shop, but the are far from being a simple donut shop. They also had Mexican baked goods.. Hello panaderia.. Tried their conchas.. sweet bread, as well as a Snickers raised donut.. Simple perfection. My donut even came with a syringe to inject it with one of three filings..I chose barvarian creme.. Yum..

I've been here multiple times and love the different donuts and treats they always have out. Unfortunately the last time I went the employee seemed very uninterested in helping me and one of my donuts came with the cr?me shot and she didn't give it to me. as I was walking out I realized and went back to get it and she seemed annoyed that I asked for it.

A box of Staxx ( Senorita Breads) will disappear in a matter of minutes. These little doughnut breads are addicting. The new cashier Sheree is the best, really helpful and friendly. Check them out, get some Stacks, I promise you'll be back for another box again.

It was a bit too sweet for me I bought an entire box for my family and yes the Spanish bread is the favorite. When I read the reviews I didn?t know what Spanish bread was( it?s just sweet bread with like melted sugar inside) but it was the best thing there. Tasty mix of eclectic donut creations. The injection cremes were yummy. Get there early for the fresh product. Price was a bit $$$ for donuts but the experience is one to have.

The plan was to go get some dinner from Tandori Nights which is a few doors down from Bad bakers. My friend has been to Bad Bakers before, she has been there numerous times and said I should try it so we did. My friend raved about the bread rolls specifically, they have a sweet glaze on them. I was so excited to try this place. Walking in and seeing the cases filled with donuts that were decorated so beautifully I thought I'd discovered my newest addiction. They even have "vials" of flavors to inject your favorite filling. They said they had caramel, berry, and vanilla. I tried each one. This place probably has more appeal to a younger crowd who don't blink at paying more for trendy, really sugary treats. I was hoping for a simple glazed cronut with the cream injector, but everything was loaded with tons of confections on top. We decided to split a Bananarama, and it was messy but tasty (wish the injector had been full).

The service here is always Excellent?? it's been awhile since I have been going to Bad Bakers, since my Mom's death in 2018 to be exact. This is how I discovered the place being that it was close by Starbucks and Sutter Medical Hospital where my Mom was confined before Hospice Care. I brought them to the Nurses and Doctors to show them my appreciation for their caring and supportive role in our decision-making.

Sadly this is not how you treat fresh buns out of the oven. Unfortunately discovered this attitude only at home. All squished into ugly kind of leftovers, not yummy food.

Staxx they call it but it's Senorita bread all the same to me. Their version is soft and sweet. I got the ~$5 box and it's perfect with Latte (Starbucks is just next door.)

Good selection, but donuts aren?t the freshest. Makes you wonder if donut mix is made off-site. No sense of urgency from the staff on multiple visits. Cool aesthetic and the syringes of frosting are a unique idea.

These are advertised in such a luxurious way that I really had my hopes up! However, my husband & I bought 5 different donuts to try & not a single one was worth the money. They were absolutely stale, dry, flavorless & had an aftertaste of old oil. They are completely lacking in quality overall. These should be $1 per donut at most. We are so disappointed & would certainly not recommend.

Never disappoints! It's super hard to find really good Star Bread in this part of Sac and their as close to what I used to get in the bay as possible. Always hot and fresh. You can even call ahead for big orders. Tried the Burger lumpia, beef and nacho cheese, not authentic, lol, but sooooo good. Can't go wrong frying beef and nacho cheese. Omg bad bakers, What?s Good!! I love Vincent! When I say him and his team did they thang and brought my vision to real life! The cake donuts and raised donuts was so bombbb! The pictures of these donuts is what drew us in. Unfortunately the taste did not live up to the picture. All 4 of us were grossed out by the taste. These so called donuts do not taste like donuts. They taste like dry bread with some frosting. They told me the donut I got was supposed to be lemon cake covered in chocolate?there wasn?t a bit of lemon flavor. We were so disappointed we threw our donuts away and went to a different donut place.

My client recommend meeting at Bad Bakers Roseville to sign their documents. Outside dining has room for 4 adults, child, baby in a stroller, and easily sign their documents. Coffee drinks and pastries tasted great. This bakery will see me again.

Been going here for years! I often would stop to get either the spanish rolls or the donuts for events (infusing the donuts with the BAD Baker syringes is a such crowd-favourite). My family are all suckers for the spanish rolls, especially when they are fresh and warm. My favourite donut is the vegan blueberry.

They were able to bake a same-day order for me and it was equal parts beautiful and delicious! I can't recommend them enough.

Came during normal business. Hours and was really greeted by the worker and told he was on break and couldn't help and he put a sign on the door that was a tiny piece of paper which I didn't see. I apologized and he rudely ushered me out. Then locked the door and said come back at 530 or 6 very confusing experience as a loyal customer. Good food. Too many bad experiences with not being able to order closer to end of their day. Do yourself a favor and only come in the morning. No point in coming towards the end of the day (like if they close at 7, come at like 5:30 the latest.). I love Bad Bakers and am totally addicted. It really is the BEST bakery in the Sacramento area, hands down, for donuts and lunch/dinner snacks. I purchased 2 egg rolls and 4 Pigs in a blanket. The egg rolls were dry, like they had been reheated from the night before. The Pigs in a blanket were good. I didn't try the Donuts, but they looked fancy. Not your typical donut shop. Pricey.

3.7/5 stars. The old fashion donuts are great, and once a year they have an apple donut that is absolutely incredible. Other donuts are just alright. They have a few unique donuts, but when I ask what the specific differences in batters or ingredients are, they typically do not know.

Delicious sweets. Love the Staxx. I usually get the 60 count. They are served very hot and obviously fresh.

This donut shop is to die for. Their donuts are ALWAYS above standard and the customer service is wonderful. We just went a few minutes before closing (which many aren?t too happy about) to pick up something sweet. Mariah was so kind and helpful. She hooked us up with the best treats. Thank you Mariah! It's a donut shop with a gimmick. 99.9% of items were drenched in glaze (as if sugar is the only taste worth sharing). I got a small 3" unglazed cake donut ($2.75). The chocolate flavor was pedestrian, but the texture and crumb were fine. I wouldn't exactly call this place a patisserie, and "bakery" is a even a stretch. It's a donut shop laced with glaze and flavored "creme." But hey - some people like that. Not judging - but still looking.

Not bad, very very sweet donuts. Bizarrely, nothing in the display cabinet had signs to explain the flavours????? So you literally have to ask the staff to tell you every single flavour. Why? The dumbest thing I?ve ever seen.

Love this place!!!! Spanish/senorita bread is on point and I always get 50 rolls if I'm going to someone house! I highly recommend this place. All the donuts are themed so the kiddos have fun picking one out for themself. Plus if you stop by right before they close, then everything is half off. Enjoy!

I went to the Roseville location today for a sweet treat and loved the donuts! My server, Alyssa, was great and made my experience even better! She was friendly, attentive, and prompt with my requests. I will definitely return to the Roseville location and hope I get Alyssa as my server again!

Great stop to hit before heading out on the Miners Ravine Trail. Donuts & savory treats were very nice quality and held up just fine to enjoy a day later. The empanadas deserve a special mention, very tasty. Shop was clean and even with limited staff was getting people served and out the door efficiently.
