This place is always a go for me? they never disappoint. The workers are always so nice and friendly. I love the little cinnamon holes, they?re so cute and delicious! The artwork on the donuts is amazing. 9/10 for me

Love the donut options, Vietnamese coffee, even Thai tea, and they even have my Java Monster Mean Bean in the drink fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful... Definitely will be back to try the maple bacon donut.

The donut shop has changed staff over the past month or so and it has NOT been the same. The donuts are terrible, they don?t know how to work with any of the glaze/icing it seems because it?s laid on thick and messy. This place was five stars a few months ago! My cake donut was literally raw..

So sad this place used to be amazing but the times that I have gone since it has been under new ownership have been really disappointing. Less than friendly service, kolache texture made it taste like it was day old, tossed the pretty decorative donuts in the bag with others so they were already messy when I got home. Super bummed I used to take my nieces here daily when I had them last summer and now we won't be back.

I went to this donut shop a little bit out of my way because it had good reviews, but to be honest, it was not worth it at all. The donuts tasted like grease, they barely had any icing. The apple fritter was not cooked all the way through. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all, it seemed as though they had more important things to do/talk about.

I arrived at 6:25 am. Immediately walking through the door, I was greeted by the owner & felt welcomed. Being my first time there, the store was small, clean, minimalist & a great start to a career in donuts. The donuts are beautiful, colorful & I was ready to dig into a dozen & try them all. We love this neighborhood donut shop! I last min ordered some custom Spiderman donuts for a party and the owner went above and beyond what I expected! So thankful to the owners and will always recommend this shop to folks, they are friendly, creative and everything tastes so great!

It used to be the best donut shop ever. The new owners have destroyed the recipe. The donuts are super dark and chewy now , either they're not changing the oil or it's tohot and they're burning but either way it's always our last choice instead of our first choice. I'm sorry that the truth hurts but I'm sure they see it in the sales.

Very nice owners and my toddler loved going in and getting her unicorn! Other food was great also! (And kind enough to take off the American cheese on the croissant for my wife) They had a large selection of cold drinks. We will be back!

ATX used to be a great little donut shop, but in recent months has clearly gone through a management change and is no longer a glowing recommendation from me. The quality of food has dropped significantly, the drink selection has shrunk, and they seem to make less food in the morning so that they run out of shop staples by mid morning. We've been here a few times now, and the donuts and kolaches are tasty and adorable every time! The multiple flavors of donut holes include mini cinnamon rolls, which are my favorite. The kids love getting to choose between favorites like Pikachu, Spiderman, unicorns, Baby Shark, and various other donut characters and shapes that make appearances. The kolaches are light and flaky as they should be. And last time I noticed they do Birthday Donuts pre-orders! We will be back on the regular I'm sure.

Donuts are pillowy and soft. Maple and strawberry had very authentic flavors abd disnt have that nasty fake flavor aftertaste. Highly recommend

I was so happy to find out another donut shop was opened in my local area! The very first time I tried it I was immediately hooked. Besides regular donuts they make various little characters fitting with holiday seasons along with a variety of different flavors. The owner has always been good to me and my family, will definitely not consider any other donut place. This is my sons favorite donut spot in ATX due to their character donuts. He?s had a Spider-Man, Batman and now sonic. I have had their croissant sandwich and their croissants are perfection!!

Not kidding when I say I?ve tried probably 90% of the donuts here. All of them are hits. The designed donuts are always so well done too- whoever does those is an artist (seen dog, spider man, father?s day, unicorn, minion, etc)! They also offer a ton of savory options like kolaches, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, and my favorite- a spinach feta pastry. They also offer a Thai iced tea and Vietnamese iced coffee and both are so delicious along with the regular drinks you can find in the fridges at donut shops.

I?m from out of state and these are seriously the best donuts i?ve ever had !! i?m gonna miss them the most lol?? and the owner is the nicest person ever bless you sir omg!! highly recommend !!! ?? :D

Delicious donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and Kolaches! Great customer service! UPDATE: We just ordered three (3) dozen donuts for my daughter's birthday and they were better than I remember. We had also ordered some from another donut shop (who will remain nameless) and ATX beat them on price and quality BY FAR. We wasted money at the OTHER shop - I don't know why we strayed in first place.

The glazed donuts are puffy and airy. The chocolate covered donuts are okay.

The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I have been frequenting this place (more than I would care to admit) regularly for the past year and have never had a bad experience. HIGHLY recommend the breakfast sandwiches. And if you want to ruin your entire day grab a couple dozen glazed donut holes and a comfortable place to eat them... melt in your mouth like cotton candy. By far best donut place I have been to in recent memory.

I actually like this place. The reason for getting a low score is because they gave me cold sandwiches. They told me to bring them back. I did. Then they put in the microwave to warm them up. I said no, I want the hot and freash sandwiches I paid for hot freash food, not microwave reheated sandwiches. The young man said this is how we make them. I bought donuts for myself and my girlfriend and the total came out to about 10 bucks. She got three things; one of them was a donut shaped like a unicorn.

ATX Donut has the cutest kids' decorated donuts, but my favorite is the cinnamon roll. It's huge, yeasty, and melts in your mouth like cotton candy. The store is spotlessly clean, staff is friendly, and service is fast. It's worth driving out of your way for.

Without a doubt one of THE best donut shops in all of Texas. The owner is such a kind man and works so hard for his family. EVERYTHING in there is fresh and quality (you will never find day olds in here). The donut holes are my kids? favorites. I?m a huge fan of the blueberry donut and pineapple cream cheese sticks. My husband gets the breakfast sandwiches all the time. You won?t regret anything you get from here (secret is get the Apple fritter heated for 10 seconds *chefs kiss*)

We got chocolate topped, cinnamon roll, and apple fritter donuts and a jalape?o sausage roll?everything was fresh and delicious. My daughter chose the unicorn donut, and they threw in 3 bonus donut holes. She was so excited about her special treat! The staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. The place is clean. Lots of bottled drink options in the fridge case. We will definitely visit again.

Reminds me of my favorite donut place back home in Indiana which I've never found any places in TX that have been even remotely comparable until now! We used to be Dunkin people, but not anymore. Way closer, friendly and fast! My son's birthday is coming up so we are going to ask about possibly getting special dinosaur donuts made to bring to his class instead of the typical cupcake.

I?m new to the area and have ordered here a couple times since this place is just down the road from my house. Both times have been delicious. Their breakfast tacos are great, their cake donuts are delicious and their apple fritter is my favorite. They?re also extremely friendly and very fast. Highly recommend!

Really wonderful donuts. I only had chance to try one, a raised donut, with lemon icing. Both were perfect: the donut fresh and tasty, the lemon icing perfectly lemony and just tart enough. Can't wait to try more. Coffee was also nicely strong.

I visited about month ago it was my first time stopping in and last time stopping in. The donuts were good but the owner is a bit of a jerk. After I placed my order, he immediately told me "you damaged my machine the last time you were here" . I explained to him that this was my first time in his store ever. I was looking for a good donut shop. I found this place on my map checked them out. On there website it showed There dozen was $9. When i checked out they told me a whole different price. I had mentioned to them that there website showed a different priced. He told me to show him where it said that. I showed him. he looked at the lady and he said he just changed his prices i told him. Best donuts in Austin area. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and a strawberry frosted donut, came out to only $7 and it is the best bang for your buck. I will definitely be back.

Idk why but with a name like ATX Donut I thought pretty bold. Well, probably the best donut shop anywhere in northern Austin/Round Rock/Pflugerville area. My fav place to get sausage cheese egg croissants. And probably the best donut holes ever. I rarely give places 5 stars. This place is 6 star. Update: still great!

I?ve been to this place often. Customer hasn?t been best in the past, but I kept coming. I tried to support a local business, but what happened to me on one of my visits made not come back here ever again. I had a hair embedded in my food. I came back to tell them this. They game me a hassle on getting a refund. I gave them a chance make it right they didn?t want make it right for me.

Fresh made donuts, a really good selection to pick from, and incredibly friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend making this place a stop in your morning commute.

Yup. Donut Palace on breaker and metric has better tacos and salsa. Egg and potato is really egg and tater tots. If you sell tacos at a donut shop you can't sell bootleg tacos and be like " it's a donut shop".

This place knows how to play to their audience. I took my kids here just by chance when we were headed out of town. Of course they ended up having unicorn and shark donuts. My kids lost their minds! So now every Saturday morning I have to drive 15 minutes and pass 4 other donut shops.
