What small businesses SHOULD BE! Very passionate donut shop with coffee that actually makes me want to drink it. I?ve always said I ?hated coffee? and preferred more milkshake style drinks- but for the first time in my life I got an iced coffee that tasted like heaven. My only suggestion for coffee buyers is to put a couple napkins under the lip of the lid as it tends to leak. I got some donuts for breakfast and they are lovely. Food - First and foremost, never had a hot doughnut right from the fryer to custom toppings then right to my hands before. This place has ruined other doughnut shops for us. These were the best fresh, hot donuts I have ever had! We got the Three Dog Night (cookies and cream) as well as the maple bacon one. Extremely tasty and they really do mean hot, which is great! The store is also extremely cute inside and out.

Boutique donut shop that cooks to order custom do it's or one of their many ready to order recipes. The donuts are drop dead delicious, very scrumptious! However, they are very rich and somewhat cake like, not the light fluffy Krispy Kreme style. If that doesn't bother you, you won't regret it. Super friendly and prompt service, but no real atmosphere to speak of, it's built around carry out orders. But with donuts like these, who cares.

This place is great! It's colorful and whimsical outside and inside! They have a room upstairs available for parties. The donuts are made to order so nice and warm when you eat them. Annie?s Hot Donuts is the perfect sweets shop. It?s a smaller location right on Ben Sawyer in Mt. Pleasant. We booked it for our daughter?s 3rd birthday and it was a massive success. Enjoyed our donuts from Annie?s Hot Donuts today on Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Just as they sound they are hot from the fryer and then you can make great combinations, think chipotle but for donuts. It made us happy. I would say overall, Great Donut I think they?re a little expensive.

Would NOT recommend gluten free donuts at all here. This shop was cute for sure but my food experience was likely less than ideal. I can see the attraction to this location with a unique ordering style. Upon entering I was informed everything was made to order, as someone gluten free I was excited to hear this and asked how to I order the gluten free donuts. We rented the party room for a child's Birthday party. It was a big hit! everyone had a great time playing and eating donuts. The space is perfect for kids, providing lots of games, toys, entertainment. The staff were very courteous and attentive, and provided everything we needed, including to-go containers to take remaining donuts home. Great place for a Birthday party!

This place was awesome. My wife and I visited Charleston in July of 2022 for our anniversary and we really enjoyed out stay. We found this location driving about and these donuts are 2nd to none. By far the best donuts that we have ever had. The toppings and how they are made are just so fulfilling.

Fun fresh doughnut shop where you can see them add the toppings fresh in front of you. The doughnuts have a slight crunch as you bite into them, but are still pleasantly soft inside. Great spot for kids as the upstairs is a little play area for kid birthday parties.

Annie's Hot Donuts is very good at what they do. If your favorite kind of donuts are the KK kind, you won't enjoy these. These are very cake like and similar to fair food. We like stopping at these "make it on the spot" donuts. I've been to a number of them, and they are pretty amazing. This one was a little less amazing, a lot higher price, but the donuts were a little bigger...overall, we enjoyed them and the experience.

The donuts were pretty good! We ordered death by chocolate, French toast, and strawberry glaze. My fiance and nephew loved their donuts. I had the strawberry. They didn't taste like a normal donut. Mine was kind of crispy, but they were really good. I also ordered an iced coffee, it was okay. We will be back though!

It you like Krispy Kreme this a no. These are cake ??. My donut taste like a super donut from elementary school... it wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. Left an after taste in my mouth. Got the chocolate overload and it was good and the donuts were hot. I was a little disappointed that the chocolate icing has separated and it looks like mostly oil got on my donut not chocolate.

These are absolutely scrumptious when hot and fresh. Can't get any fresher than this! You select from a wide variety of toppings and they make them right in front of you! I have been eating from annies for almost two years now and i could not say better things about this place! The donuts are amazing every single time, the flavors are awesome and they are the only donuts that can fill me up! We got an order of 16 donuts for my little sisters 21st and they gave us a great variety, were ready as soon as we arrived for pick up and nothing other than delicious! I highly recommend!

Under cooked, over priced, & essentially no parking. I literally had to wait for another customer to come back to their car after they decided the small lot justified them double parking me in. Then once I bit into my donut, it was still raw in the center. Disappointment all around.

It was a very cute atmosphere. Very cake-y donuts, maybe not the best in the world especially considering the price, but the place feels like a novelty and they have a lot of fun favors. Iced latte was extremely sweet to the point of being undrinkable, but the ladies were very nice about it and gave us some plain coffee to dilute it. The arcade games were so much fun and free! And the inside of the store was all decorated for Halloween which was so fun.

My two donuts that I chose were very good. My wife?s though, had very little flavor. And for $14 for 4 donuts, you?d think that All of them would be bursting with flavor. Coffee was excellent and so was the iced coffee with caramel.

Stopped by with the family on our way out of Mt. Pleasant. I think we were overcharged because we had 4 donuts and a small milk and it was somehow $28. Donuts weren?t really my taste. This place is cute, locally owned, and great service. But the price is outrageous. $4 a donut. The taste of the donuts are nothing special and actually too sugary and cake like. If that?s your cup of tea, great! But the donut itself, before putting whatever topping and icing you want, is the same no matter what. It?s just a plain cake donut which is a tad greasy. For the price, you?d think the donut and toppings would have the flavor - not just sugar icing And crushed up whatever.

Great place to grab donuts with friends and family! A couple free arcade games keep kids entertained while you eat your donuts and drink your coffee! So happy we found this place! I love a good vacation donut joint. Only reason for the four stars is because the donuts themselves weren?t anything special. The toppings made the donut. They were delicious and I will definitely be back! I don?t remember which donuts I bought but they?re picture along with the menu. They put the toppings on right in front of you and I felt like that was a nice touch.

Donuts were decent, but we expected flavored cake donuts/fillings and not just flavored icing/toppings. Customer service was subpar, as we had never been before and the ordering process is confusing without proper instructions. After making our custom donut order incorrectly, we asked nicely for them to be made according to our preference. The manager was sarcastically rude. We want to support small businesses but expect decent customer service.

I walked in on a limb and was shocked when my two dozen doughnuts were almost $100. Just criminal how much they charge for dry and flavorless doughnuts that are SMALL! Save your money and spend half the price on better treats literally anywhere else.

Outrageous? $80 for two dozen donuts. Sorry but I cannot justify $3 for a donut. The cake base is all the same, so the toppings barely change the flavor. At least they were hot. Next time I?ll stick to Dunkin
