We ordered the cake an about four weeks in advance. They were super helpful with trying to figure out what we wanted. We had an idea and they executed it perfectly! When it was time to pick up the cake, it was pretty large and heavy. They offered to bring it to the car, but when I told them I?m going right next door to where we were having the party, they were more than happy to bring it over. It was so kind of them! I ordered 2 rye breads with no seeds and 4 St. Joseph pastries a week before I needed it as I always do and paid for it in full. When I went to pick up the order I looked at my receipt and I didn?t see where it said no seeds so when I picked up the order I asked the girl if she would check that I had rye bread with no seeds. She looked at me and said you didn?t order rye bread you order lard bread. And then was told they didn?t have anymore rye bread but will have more the next day. Well I told her that?s n

Love this bakery, we have been buying pastries from them since they opened. They have made last minute cakes and cupcakes for us and even if we had an issue, they were always so sweet and apologetic and would do anything to make it right. They have the best macaroons and donuts. Love the cupcakes and cakes. Highly recommend this bakery. The owner's and all the people that work there are just the sweetest.

Delicious bakery! I did the Christmas decor work there so spent the entire day there and saw the workings. Pleasant staff, the baked goods were fantastic, clean. Very nice place.

This bakery had some of the best pastries I have had in a long time. And the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

I googled ?best cannoli near me? and Annadale Bakery came up. I wanted to surprise my dear friend with her favorite, cannoli, and I did just that! I called the bakery and spoke with Annalise and then when I arrived, I met Annalise and made friends with everyone there? behind the counter and the customers. Had a beautiful laugh, day, and season! Definitely a highlight of it all. Everything I bought from there was beautifully boxes, wrapped and ribboned! My sister was so happy. Thank you, Annalise!

Like the place Came here from Google maps and at fits my expectations 100% They have beautiful cakes, pastries and Gelato. The prices are OK I don't know the prices per item, but for 5 small cakes and 1 Gelato I paid $25. They have 4% extra charge for credit cards, so bring some cash with you if you don't want to pay extra.

Had this 8 inch square photo cake done from this bakery and I must say not only did it taste amazing my brother and all my guests were very happy with the design. The price was $60 and 20 people got a nice sized piece of cake and some left over. Yellow cake inside with chocolate pudding and butter cream outside and a edible photo. I recommend this bakery.

Annadale bakery has the most delicious stuff ! Everything is fresh and their occasion cakes are off the charts good! They just did a cake for my father in law 96th birthday and there wasn?t one piece left! Staff is also very sweet!

I ordered a birthday cake to pick up early in the morning on my way to work and they had it ready for me when I walked in! Everyone at my job loved the Oreo cake! I highly recommend them for their excellent service and all of their bakery products!

First time being here. I was very impressed. Beautiful place, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Always heard about this place and decided to try it, not disappointed at all. Melinda was our server, very pleasant and friendly. When she heard it was our first time being here, she said we have to come back one day for dinner, which we will in the near future.

Although the place is very cute the owner nor the workers can follow simple directions on a cake. The so called ?buttercream? might as well just be a block of butter. It?s so gross and has no flavor. The cakes are beyond gross and don?t actually taste like what they are. I placed an order for a birthday cake very simple directions I just wanted it to be pink no other colors. I got purple flowers blue flowers stuff that didn?t even go. The cake was so disappointing and honestly i will never purchase anything

Nice Italian bakery, just wish there was parking. Lots of choices, had all the usual things and everything I got was good. Tried 7 items and the only complaint I had was that they used different fillings than I expected in some items. I really wanted canolli cream and they only had 1 thing with it in it out of the whole case. Strange.

I bought a pound of sesame seeds cookies for $14. They weren't The Taste I was looking for.

Cute shop with quick service. I felt like $35ish for a cannoli cake + 2 mini lobster tails was super reasonable. I didn?t get any classic itallian cookies(they had SO many), but I will for sure next time I?m in the area. I didn?t love the Cannoli cake, but it was still good and I can see myself coming back and trying something else ??. With the lobster tails, and one was soggy and the other was super flaky and yummy so I suppose it?s hit or miss depending on what you get, but overall I still recommend!

I went looking for something sweet to give to my niece on her birthday. To my surprise I found cookies that tasted just like when I was a little girl. It bought back memories of going to the bakery with my mom. I will be going back. Everyone needs to know this is an excellent bakery. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Beautiful cakes but the cake layers are extremely thin when compared to the amount of filling they add between the layers. It's quite disappointing. I will stick to my usual spot on woodrow.

Excellent bakery. Originally near Jewett and Forest. Bought many birthday cakes there. Tasty and professional. Was upset when they closed. Found out recently the owner opened Annadale bakery. I was so happy. Same quality and service. You won't be disappointed.

I've heard so many great things about this bakery but never got anything before. I ordered my son's Confirmation cake from them. Kim was so helpful. She answered any questions I had and understood what I wanted. I got the strawberry shortcake and it was absolutely delicious. It was so light and fluffy. I will be going back for more delicious items. Can't wait to try the rainbow cookie cheese cake ??!

Best bakery on Staten Island. Always fresh and delicious. Updating my review: 1) They need to answer their phone when they open. They didn't answer my call until a half-hour after opening. 2) One of the items I wanted to order was not available. This should not happen a half-hour after opening. 3) When I picked up my order they made a substitution without asking me. 4) They should have more products available especially on a Sunday when they know it is going to be busy.

I just started going to Annadale bakery instead of my usual place. Everything has been fresh and really good, especially their blackout cake...just like long ago from a place in Brooklyn. Service is fast, although a bit chaotic.

The Best Italian bread in staten island and that's just getting started with the array of cakes and cookies. It's not your traditional Italian bakery it's better. They have the traditional but they have a uniqueness that I have not seen anywhere.

Bought a mix of Italian cookies o e Palm Sunday and the oblong cookies with the jelly filling and sprinkles on the end were just not right? I took a bite and my throat was burning?! I brought the cookies bake and they were not even apologetic. They took the cookies back without an apology and said there is nothing we can do for you. This is not the way to do business. They can keep their cookies and everything else they bake.

If I could give 10 Stars I would the girls went above and beyond I'm traveling from Maryland and we searched for a bakery to bring some items home..we ordered the day before with specific requests to pack it for travel as we were going home and they did just that!! I could go on and on about how amazing the bakery smelled, the pastries, cookies ,food and the cakes looked delicious we brought several things home and they are all amazing and delicious and fresh still days later I cannot wait to visit again I

The baked goods are out of this world. Donuts are my favorite, they do have some diabetic delites but not alot but they are very good, you van order ahead for later on engagements and you can also pay ahead as well. There is always alot of people so get there early because they run out of things quickly.

Fresh Pastries and Pies streaming out of the kitchen and smiles from all of the servers is what you get by going here. The delicious aroma alone is enough to knock you out of your socks! Such a big selection of desserts and good service made me very happy. I highly recommend anyone to visit this bakery and buy as much as you can! The prices are reasonable I can personally say after buying quite a bit and being pleasantly surprised that I didn't go over 40 dollars.

Bought Cannoli & sfogliatelle. They were both dark colored & tasted over cooked. They weren't bad but should have not been so over cooked.

Everything I have tried, from pastries, to donuts, to cakes: fresh, delicious, always leave me wanting more. Never disappointed. Staff is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I could spend all day here but then they?d have to break through a wall to get me out. ?? Highly recommend (and I grew up in Little Italy so that?s a high bar).

18 miniature pastries $48. Donuts went up for one dozen used to be $10 then $12 now $15. I know the eggs went up but now that they are going down are the prices going back to the original prices. Although there cakes, cookies and donuts are good. With these prices I think I?ll start baking my own. I was a regular customer.

Picked up a small.strawberry shortcake, I was pretty flabbergasted when I was given the price of $32.00. I am not adverse to paying for a good cheesecake or rustic fruit pie but the cake was mediocre at best. The cake wasn't a short cake, just a yellow cake mix and it was overly sweet. The one good thing I can say is that the cake was fresh.

We picked up an absolutely fantastic raspberry crumble cake and an apple pie...absolutely the best we have had in a long awhile...highly recommended!!

Yesterday I contacted the bakery and asked if they had a long lost favorite dessert of mine, which was the Charlotte Russe. Although they didn't have any made, they were kind enough to make it for me as it was also my birthday. It was simply delicious! If you never tried it, you should. Simple and elegant. I like this bakery alot . Very nice and clean. I want everything in there. I like the apple turnovers but would love more apples ?? in the pastry and would love if it was drizzled on top with vanilla icing. We went late this time and picked up some Italian bread and a couple of pastries. Every thing was still fresh. ????

I love their rainbow cookies. A lot of bakeries can't get the recipe right. I can't wait to try the 1/2 sheet cannoli cake with chocolate pudding i ordered with chocolate covered strawberries. Just moved to this area (annadale). I lived all over staten island all my life. Probably been to every bakery, this is hands down the best!! Everything is so delicious and fresh it?s ridiculous. I definitely gained about 10 lbs since moving here.

Great service and cleanliness. The ladies behind the counter are extremely accomadating and friendly. Italian bread is crispy on the outside and with a wonderful soft chewy texture on the inside. A great array of donuts, cakes, pies and cookies. The rainbow cookie cake and black and white cake are ridiculously delicious! The coffee is a bold but not overwhelming rare italian blend called Moka. Just don't grab a cup after 1pm ..unless you ask them to make a fresh pot which they'd gladly do..??

This bakery just gained a new customer. I purchased a few cakes today to go visiting. I can't even begin to tell you how fresh and delicious they were. I have tasted many other cakes from different bakeries but these cakes were by far the best I've ever had. Everyone raved about them, especially the walnut danish ring and the cheese crumb horseshoe. Also, the two girls that worked behind the counter were so sweet and courteous. I would highly recommend this bakery and will be going back very soon.

A delicious bakery so we got our wedding cake here. Marcelo was wonderful! We got three different flavours of cake and could not pick a favorite. All of our guests agreed and have found their new bakery.

Delicious pastries. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Only downside is parking. But it's worth finding a spot. Not cheap. $70. For 12 pastries and a layer cake . it had cookies on top. Delicious but way overpriced.

Best bakery on Staten Island! All of the treats are amazing especially the many varieties of donuts. So so so many cakes and cookies to choose from, the staff is friendly and they'll help customize any cake for parties or holidays. Perfect place to stop in before work and grab a coffee and fresh roll but if you're looking for something more extravagant, definitely get the cheesecake!

Cake was ok. They messed up my whole order I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted on my boyfriends surprise party cake they said they can do it and when we picked it up it was NOTHING like the picture. They put flowers on a mans cake. Very rude didn't accommodate us. Very unprofessional They should of called us to tell us they weren't able to create what we wanted. I am a regular here and they are usually very good but twice i asked for something they told me they had it in the back the first time it was cold and yesterday they gave me the wrong item i wanted a blueberry cheese crumb and they gave me apple. I was not happy.
