The breakfast could have been better; the food lacked flavor, although the salsa was satisfactory. The bakery items were the highlight of my experience.

Best bakery in town. I'm use to come every week. The chocolate croissants are excellent and quite big, but you need to reserve it because they are out in the morning. Very nice staff. Sits outside, in a very calm place. You can also get coffee and cakes. I recommend 200%

This is a long overdue 5 star review. I've been going to Anna's since they were in the Fairview Plaza, over 30 years ago. After shopping around Camino Real Marketplace, I had some time to spare and decided to stroll into Anna?s Marketplace Bakery. What a delightful find! The bakery is both charming and inviting, with incredibly friendly staff. I tried their gluten-free chocolate chip cookie, and it was, without a doubt, the best I?ve had to date. I've been going to this bakery since I was in 5th grade . I'm currently 31 years old. They used to be my favorite for donuts which are still good but the cakes are disappointing. For donuts I've tried nearly every kind and have not been disappointed. Their cre has a wonderful filling as well as their jelly . I come here specifically for their vegan doughnuts on the weekends and I can't praise them enough. The apple fritters are some of the best I've had. They're busy, so get there early for a good selection on the weekends. The line moves quickly and the service is awesome.

OK bakery but quite expensive and prices have just gone up again. This is a bakery that doesn't sell bread which is unfortunate, but they have plenty of breakfast sweets, cakes, bagels, and sandwiches.

This place is amazing! It's in the Camino Real shopping center over by Best Buy. They have the best donuts. I always try to come here when I'm in the area. What is really nice is that they have some gluten free option which is perfect for my partner who has Celiac's. Another great feature is their coffee, for sure better than most in town except for maybe Dune. I'm pretty partial to them. I would for sure come here if you are looking for bakery goods. You won't be disappointed.

Picked up a pie for pi day/anniversary. Pie itself was good, we got a lemon meringue. Crust was especially delicious. We did get there only about 5 mins before closing. We tried to be quick and picked a pie and paid in short order, but we felt like the staff was not pleased to service us.

Anna's Bakery was decent, but I went at around 4:30 pm only to find out that they were no longer serving grilled cheese! Apparently it is a lunch-specific item and lunch ended at 3 pm! Visited 2.23.23 and purchased an apple pie for my birthday. The pie far exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price. Made with delicious fresh apple slices and a delicate, not oversweetened filling. The crust was perfect. Not sure if I am sad or happy that there is not one of these bakeries in my hometown.

My wife and I go in fairly often for donuts or a breakfast burrito, and the quality is always top notch. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is the woman who I believe is the owner has been impatient with us several times while another employee is in the midst of helping us. It was unexpected to be asked to hurry up while we waited on the employee to grab our donuts, we had no control over the situation, but overall the quality of the items is worth going.

Have always gotten my kids birthday cake from here with personal decorations. We also go for a treat once in a while. I have never had anything I didn't like. It seems a little pricey for some items but then again they give discounts if your get a certain amount of an product, like the macaroons. Fun little shop that is caring to their customers and seem to be having fun!

I personally believe that Anna?s Bakery is the definitively best place to grab a donut or cake in Goleta. Their donuts send you to heaven; they are baked from scratch every morning, and are DELICIOUS. I feel like everything is so well chosen, as I love even their Vanilla Nut coffee, even though it?s not their specialty or anything. I love this place!

Anna's Bakery did an awesome job! I had put in a large order at another bakery and they gave me only 6 scones instead of 6 dozen scones. I called Anna's bakery, and they were able to provide 4 1/2 dozen pastries with a 10 minute window with them each being individually bagged. All the employees were polite and helpful. Got a Lemon meringue pie at the Lemon festival This weekend paid $25 dollars the price I?m good with but the pie it self was unfortunately terrible the meringue well it had a very thin layer and it was watery in consistency the crust was super salty the lemon part was ok not very lemony like others i have had . I have never had an issue with anything from Anna?s very disappointed will never get a pie from there again .

What a great little coffee shop and bakery! We visited on a busy, sunny and warm Saturday morning and enjoyed a pastry and wonderful coffee with all the others on the patio who stopped in for the same experience. Many people brought their dogs for even a more social experience. Its a great spot to spend a little quality time any morning.

Very bad cake tasting WEDDING CAKE TASTING: we came for wedding cake tasting $25 scheduled appointment. Owner was friendly but very strange experience. Seemed as if they forgot and served us a last second Twinkie pizza of flavors and would not slice us anything from the case of cakes. Gave us all very bad stomach aches. Also the pie creation they served us was Luke warm, weird. Again nice lady, maybe donuts and coffee good but not cakes.

Best Chocolate Croissants and donuts I've had in all 7 states I've lived in. I grew up going to the grocery store every couple weeks with my Dad, excited about getting a chocolate croissant, and sought out the finest chocolate croissants in Austin, Chicago, Madison, Iowa City, D.C. and more - but none come close to the perfectly buttery, chocolate-packed, flaky, enormous croissants that Anna's makes. Got a breakfast burrito.. it tasted amazing but it was the hottest thing on the planet. I had to sit there with the burrito staring me in the face, taunting me for fifteen minutes beforbi could pick it up. It was impressive how that thing retained its heat. Other than that though it was really good.

I've been going this bakery for 20 years, it was my favorite bakery but I'm confused, last week, I'd ordered the cake and It's not the same cake I usually get, chocolate ganache was too soft, it doesn't hold a shape, raspberries sauce had lots of seeds that unpleasant to eat, at last spelled wrong name.
