My SO and I stopped in after a day at a nearby spa. Though it was almost noon, they had a good selection of donuts still available. I appreciate that this place takes credit cards and cash. I'd be back. They also have breakfast sandwiches.
Great donut spot , ordered a few dozen donuts for the office . Customer service was great. The lady was friendly and she even threw in some free donut holes. The donuts were fresh and tasted perfect.
I thought the chocolate covered old-fashioned had much more frosting than some of the other donut shops in the area. Also, they have French crullers. Does anyone around here make pink French donuts?
The sausage egg, cheese + cream cheese breakfast sando on a jalape?o cheddar bagel is so good. You will not be disappointed.
Okay listen to me and listen to me now-if you want a good bagel, donut, or pastry of any type this is THE place to go! One thing though beware of-In the early morning the line is out the door. Working folks know where to go to get the good stuff and Andy's is it.
I've been there several times before but the staff was different this time. Very helpful young lady and good selection of donuts and other baked goods.

I was going to Andy?s donuts and bagels nearly every day for weeks to pick up something for my boyfriend. He liked the donuts, and I like supporting family businesses. But one day the owner gave me a dirty look when I asked that he put the chocolate donut in a separate bag from the jalape?o cheese bagel. I let it slide since it?s 5am and everyone has bad mornings. Love this donut shop. I go here atleast 3 times a week.... (I know that's bad) but this place has the freshest donuts everrrrrrrr... they have muffins but they are bought which kinda were old.... but I go there for the donuts... they even have coffee or energy drinks and milk for kids to eliminate that extra stop!!! I was pregnant and they knew me for the last few months of my pregnancy and now they see my baby every week and talk to her :) love the people there so much!
Been going to Andy's for years back when Andy own it. Since the new owners the customer service has decline fast. My last visit I personally delt with Danit who I thought was the owner with his wife. I felt me and my kids were a burden to him. So rude and didn't care much if we were there or not. I ask if he could warm my croissant a little more. And it seemed to bother him. I ask if I could get it cut a few ways and that to seem to be a bother to him. When I asked if I could get a few glasses for our milk
Andy?s is the best donut shop in Santa Rosa. We?ve been going there for years. I love their bear claws and glazed donuts. I also love the bagel sandwiches. The shop is very clean and the service is excellent.

This is one of my favorite donut places, but the prices have gotten excessive. $27.99 for a dozen"fancy" donuts! They are good, but the response to this review is inaccurate. Lying about the prices doesn't make it better.
Great service and really fresh donuts any time of the day. Busy enough they have trays of fresh donuts coming out every few hours and amazing texture and clean taste (no starchy preservative taste you get with grocery store or chain donut shops)
A little pricy but the Asian women behibd the counter were very efficient. A popular stop and very tasty bagels and donuts! Long lines at peak tines and they prefer cash. 4 donuts and 4 bagels were cents under a 20 dollar bill. 2 cruellers and 2 jelly plus 2 each pizza and cheddar jalapeno uncut untoasted bagels
Best donuts by far. Fresh Warm maple donuts melt in the mouth, you'd need a couple. Bagels were hot and great tasti ng too. The ONLY downside is the long line, you could be standing outside on busy mornings. We are sure to come back! !
Andy's Donuts had a great selection of delicious donuts. We opted for a dozen assorted and all were fresh and wonderfully made (even at noon!).Price was reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. Will be back for sure.
I'd say it's almost divy, but some of the best places are! I ordered a cappucino and it was made from one of those quick stop hot chocolate machines. Not impressed with that. The doughnuts themselves were good but not a lot of variety. Good prices. I'd go back to get some to go.
Donuts are delicious, definitely go there for the donuts. The coffee is horrendous. If someone knows the owners, strongly encourage them to buy better coffee, people will pay more for better coffee. Staff were friendly.

Got some donuts and a croissant for breakfast? why was everything stapled? Who is using staples, a very real choking hazard to seal a bag in 2021? you could literally just fold the bag and not use anything and that?d be better. That said, food is good? but knock it off with the staples. You?re gonna hurt someone
Love their fresh donuts. The staff are very nice, they treat regulars like family and if your not a regular they still treat you like family. Great fair prices!

Best donuts ever- apple fritters, buttermilks, variety of choices and great frosting!! They even have French cruelers. Coffee is excellent too. Breakfast sammy is ok.

Very unfriendly, no hello, goodbye, thank you. Regret not walking out with the donuts squished in a bag rather then a box. Expensive and late in the day was horrible. If they are going to be so old looking, half price at least. Never would I waste my time or money.
