I love that they have French Crueller donuts available (I like chocolate). Not many donut shops still carry them, because they say they?re difficult to make (and more expensive to make). Too bad their Lotto machines were down the day I went. I wasn?t able to buy any scratchers or Quick Pick lottery tickets for Power Ball and Mega Millions. Looking forward to trying their Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Boba drink ($5.50) sometime. It wasn?t available that day either.

5 stars Stopped by yesterday and was seriously impressed. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and the shop had a great vibe with friendly service. They?ve got other tasty options too if you?re not just after donuts. I?ll definetly be back for the full experience.

We liked the variety of donuts on display, most of your typical donuts you can find anywhere. What makes this place unique is it also offers various sandwiches and burgers. While you wait in line or for your order, there are scratcher dispensers. The serious downside is the wait. If there's just one person working, be prepared to wait. We had just two people in front of us in line and it took 25 minutes to finally get our two donuts and go, no joke.

Whoever the woman is working right now, 12/29 at 5pm has HORRIBLE CUSTIMWR SERVICE! My daughter went in for a bagel with her best friend. The woman didn't mention that she has other bagels available that wasn't being displayed at the moment so my when my daughter realized that they had a plain bagels behind the counter she wanted to change her order. 1st of why would you offer 1 customer 1 things and something else to another customer all at once. I went to buy a donut to find out it's not Andy's. Under new management and owners. When it belonged to Andy's you could see Authentic adults working. I would come here because I loved the conversation. Today that didn't happen. Bought a dozen of donuts. The donuts we dry. The cashier was really nice. Paid 18 dolars for a dozen of donuts.

If your looking for the freshest donuts in Richmond, open 24 hours a day, then stop by Andy's Donuts. These Donuts are so soft and fresh. You won't regret it... WARNING: DONT GO TO THIS AREA LATE AT NIGHT. The area is crime riden, especially late at night and early in the morning. Be careful if you do. Be aware of your surroundings in the early hours. Please.

I'm assuming I was speaking with Andy himself he was very nice accomodating and funny. I will definitely go back especially since his Donuts were delicious ??. The store was small and on the corner so you cannot miss it. Enjoy!!

Last time I came here, I tried to make it my last. The donut variations were limited and they were nothing to fawn over. HOWEVER, they were the only donut place opened later at night so I decided to give them another go. I'm so glad I did. I think they switched up their recipe because the donuts are SO FLUFFY. Classic, no-frills donut joint. Not only is the product exceptional, but the staff has always been accommodating whenever I've requested a large order. The red velvet cake donut in particular is maybe the best I've ever had.

I purchased 5 items using DoorDash and only three arrived. The dasher asked if everything was inside and was told, yes. The dasher could not confirm the order because it was taped up. I tried calling Andy's and no one would answer the phone. Because of this, my wife and I had to flip a coin to see who was going to be able to eat.

Delicious selection of donuts for me and the kids. The workers were so friendly and thoughtful for me and my three children. My 2 year old needed to use the restroom and they even let us run to the back despite the fact they normally don't have an available public toilet. 24 hour donut shop is a fantastic idea. And the donuts are the best in Richmond/ San Pablo ! It's no surprise they have been in business for decades. I enjoyed the apple fritter in being able to place Hot Spot is a bonus. I would have given Andy's donut shop 5 stars but for Loitering people just acting classless..

I went 4yrs ago because of the laundromat that was behind them, and they're not what they were in the 80's & 90's when I went every night for a dozen of freshly baked glaze donuts, but it seems like they only have the bare minimum from the coffee creamers, to the actual donuts they bake or sell? The taste isn't the same, nor is the coffee very good, so I don't patronize them anymore. My opinion only

Sadly posting 2 stars. This place has always had a fresh variety of donuts. Today there were only 3 kinds and the filled donuts were barely filled. New ownership? I hope it was just today and not going forward. That place has a good history of deliciousness.

No one in the shop was wearing their mask. Not the man in the front helping customers or the two people working in the back. For this reason we chose not to try out the donuts from here. The donuts did look amazing, but wasn't worth risking my life for.

Forever a patron when I actually eat carbs. They use to be a 24 hour donut shop but things change and owners changed. Regardless they are still unique in its own and equally great quality donuts, bagels, service. They have fantastic prices! Apple fritter the size of my head for $2.50! And get this what donut shop is a donut shop if they don?t have lemon donuts?! Bagels are made in-house too and they have jalape?o and cheese and more.

OMG I just love a good Andy's doughnut or 2 or 3...they are THE BEST . Their COFFEE is also the best!! Another fav is the BLT delicious!! They have a super nice selection of lottery tickets in machine. Been going here since a child.

The customers are rough and the spot in town Aunt the best but I am hooked on the apple fritters and the Boston cream pies, or something like that. They have the custard inside! Try them on for size. I do not believe that you will be disappointed.

Glazed, twist, and buttermilk were too doughy. They obviously tried to make these donuts huge, which is a bad idea bc it throws off the ratio of dough to tasty outside. The exception was the cruller which was moist and delicious. Weirdly it costs more than a regular donut.

Not the same as old Andy's Donut Shop, they use to sell day-old donuts for less but now all products breaks the bank. Two donuts almost the same price as a half dozen. Pricing terrible always cost me over $5 for two donuts. I've decided I don't need the sugar anyway.

Always go in the wee hours of the night to get the fresh fried dough straight out the fryer. Donuts are always great from texture to taste . been a customer my entire life.

The donuts are excellent, the staff is wonderful. The prices are a little high for donuts, but not unreasonable. The breakfast wrap was a bargain and really good.

I?ve only been to this place once and I?ll never go again. I got a maple long john, and as soon as I got home and took it out of the bag, I noticed a huge hair mixed into the frosting on top of the donut. So gross! Because the hair was mixed into the frosting, I can only assume they?re not wearing hair nets when making the donuts, which is a huge red flag for me.

Andy's has been my favorite donut shop for 50 years. I am 71 years old now and I would recommend these donuts to all. I love the cinnamon rolls too.

The only shoppe open in the wee-hours of the morning for your confectionery needs, their pastries are worth the trip. The area feels rough, and unsavory characters tend to congregate outside.
