All Star Donuts

Amazing donuts that are fresh and soft. Their Vietnamese coffee is also to die for, but the cherry on top is the amazing staff and service. Every-time I go I am greeted with warmth and hospitality that keeps me coming. I just moved in the neighborhood and am excited to be a regular!

BEST doughnuts outside Krispy Kremes!!?????? Doghnuts aren?t worth the fat, sugar and gluten usually but this place - IS! I stumbled across it years ago and couldn?t believe how good they were. Light, moist, fluffy vs fence old or dry. Carmely flavors bcs they?re cooked right and had good recipes. I avoid gluten sugar and grains really..and deep fried anything lol. This is my cheap easy vice. Literally face-plant into these clouds of heavenly floof!

My absolute favorite donut shop. 5-star staff and 5-star donuts. the shop is always clean, no flies or crumbs and they make the BEST Thai Iced Tea and they have many different Italian Soda syrups as well.

Once again doing a review for one of my favorite local doughnut shop, and they now serve Vietnamese iced coffee! Aside from my favorite breakfast butter croissant egg and sausage sandwiches and bagels! It?s definitely a you can have a chat with the owners ! I?ve been a customer for the past 14 years !!

This place has the most delicious croissant sandwiches! The photos show a #10 with egg instead of meat. Very generous portions and super reasonably priced. The employees are really nice, too. This place beats the Starbucks next door anytime! Bring cash because they are cash-only (they also have an ATM).

I've been coming to this donut shop for years since they have the biggest and freshest tasting donuts around. Whenever I come, I always order at least a dozen or more so that it will last me a couple of days. The donuts are very soft and fluffy, especially when you get them very early in the morning. All Star Donuts is one of my favorite places for a quick sweetness kick. I come in about once every week or so for the #4 bagel with cream cheese, cucumber, and tomato, and donut. The woman who works there is always so friendly. She throws in three donut holes every time I come in (and they are so good and fluffy!). My favorite donut is the cinnamon twist. It is huge and I am usually only able to eat half. Seriously, it is huge. There is a small charge if you are paying with card and your total is under $1

Convenient location, short walk from El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station. Family run, nice people. Ordered the dozen doughnut holes and strawberry italian soda, all for $6.60 only had $6, they were kind enough to over look $.60. Fresh pastries. Next to Starbucks and Kyoto Ramen, UPS, great company.

I love this place and have been going for years. The quality of food remains fantastic and the owners are so kind and lovely, definitely helps cheer up an early morning. I used to work in a bakery and these donuts here are the best I?ve had since. Very fluffy and doesn?t taste like a manufactured sweet flavor at all (like some corporate chains). The best old school donut shop in the bay area. Consistently, great taste and selection across the menu. Come here if you?re interested in getting some of the best traditional donuts, not super fancy or gluten-free or anything like that. Just a great donut overall. Traditional glazed is hard to be beat. Especially if you come early in the morning when they are still fresh out of the oven.

I was heading home after doing some shopping, as I approached the shop I decided to step in, it was late in the day the owner Jenna and her young son we're getting ready to close up shop, I purchased a few Donuts add to my delight I was treated to a complimentary donut. no. 8 croissant for 9 bucks is a great deal. Huge sandwich and very filling. Thai tea hits the spot too. get a half dozen donut holes and u got a balanced meal for about $19 :)

They tried a change rip-off on me: gave a $10 bill for fritter and small coffee, woman screwed up register and the said I gave her a $5 bill. I protested, noted they had camera, insisted we view it and that I expected an apology. Woman yelled I gave her a 5, and said she didn't have time to look at video. I got my change from $10, and will never shop here again. I do not think this was some honest mistake by her, but a change scam attempt.

My favorite mom and pop donut shop in the area. The donuts are good, fresh and a fair price. The family behind the counter is nice and knows most of their customers. They have Thai iced tea which is a huge plus for me. Their breakfast sandwiches are tasty. My one complaint is their bagels, I wish they had more variety. Highly recommend if you need a quick breakfast.

Many years ago after getting on Bart from Richmond, I would get off at El Cerrito PlZ station, and walk to AllStarts doughnuts and sit for 30min to have a cup of coffee and doughnuts. I would come almost everyday to sit and study there. It was the only shop open at 6am. The owners are always friendly and gave great customer service. And of course the doughnuts are always fresh. Now I can say is only a 5 min walk from my apartment.

Hands down the best melt in your mouth fresh donuts around. Yes better than colonial donuts. Get there first thing in the morning when they open and they are so warm and fresh. The glazed donut and chocolate glazed donut are especially delicious. The family that own it are great people too.

Located in El Cerrito Plaza, I love their chocolate Croissants and chocolate bars filled with a creamy vanilla pudding. The donuts are tasty and always fresh! The staff is always welcoming. There is a small inside area for sitting and eating and outside parking is also available!

The Thai Tea is legit actual strong real tea! Just what I needed today. Friendly folks too. Definitely going to check out the rest of the menu. Bring cash, card is pricey.

Great prices. Great staff. Great donuts. Great coffee. I would highly recommend going there. Also, the coffee is freshly made right in front of you. It tastes better and is much cheaper than the Starbucks next door.

Best Donuts and pastry in the East Bay you guys need to check it out. Breakfast sandwich is fresh to order and price so good compare to size and quality. Love this family run business you will feel so welcomed here.

Donuts were DELICIOUS! OMG...seriously yummy. Glad I skipped the commercial coffee house next door, because the house coffee was hot, on point, NOT over priced. Customer service is very friendly. Never knew a lil Donut spot could be so posh in Taste. Name fits them well. So they get all 5-Stars for being an All Star Donuts location. For those not on a diet. Go!

Great variety of donuts with HUGE breakfast sandwiches available late into the afternoon for late sleepers. The owner gave us an extra donut for free! Can't wait to go back.

The owners are so rude. Every time I go in I get some type of attitude from them for no reason. I leave tips and an very friendly thinking that would change their attitude towards and it doesn't help. I will definitely stop going there. Their prices are different every time I go. One day I get charged one thing the next another for the same thing.

I prefer All Star to Donut Time. My husband can taste the difference and makes comments "You didn't get it from THE shop I like, right?" whenever I get some random donut shop's fare.

Coffee is burnt, not very good, couldn't finish a cup. The old fashioned she offered me looked burnt too. The unburnt one she gave me isn't that great.
