The donuts are great. But the employees I don't know if it's too early for them but they don't smile no small talk like hi how you doing good morning if they do say good morning it's said like it's required of them not like they mean it. Their prices are too high. And it's not particularly clean in there and it looks very old and out of date as far as the atmosphere. Their parking spots are too hard to get in and out of since their parking lot is way too small and you have to back out onto a busy Street
Customer Service is outstanding. Establishment is nice and clean. Everyone is friendly. The food is great, especially the Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, it's really good. I wasn't a fan of the spinach and cheese sandwich.. it was too Soggy like the bread wasn't fully cooked and the flavor to me was just okay. I definitely recommend this place to eat.
Donuts are fresh. Best part is it not expensive. They have croissant sandwiches, donuts, and sausage rolls. Great service an the drive thru was fast. It seems like a family owned business. My kids like their donuts. I love how convenient the location is and the hours they are available.
I usually come to this place for convience since it is close to my house. Food quality has always been okay. Service has always bene so and so. The girls are always gossiping with each other and not attentive of their customer service. I have complaints for the first time. They didn?t have chocolate donuts so I replaced it with a glazed donut. The donut did not look or taste fresh. Same complaint with the pig in the blankets poorly done and did not taste fresh. Our family has been loyal customers for years, however, my wife reported an incident today where the cashier provided an inaccurate total without providing change. Upon requesting a receipt, it became evident that an overcharge exceeding one dollar or more.We urge all patrons to carefully verify their receipts and change.
Maybe.... Don't put a chocolate donut in the bag with out something covering the chocolate?
They have a drive-through which is very fast and convenient. The shop is always very clean. Price is good and donuts are very delicious and fresh. The BEST in IRVING. The staffs are always smiling and nice.

The sandwich was expensive but very cheaply made. They forgot my donuts. And the coffee was old and cold, Would not recommend. the lady at the drive through did not engage at all, she gave me my food and didn't say a word. Pretty standard in irving restaurants
I've been coming here since I was a child, and it's still my favorite. I've been all over the metroplex and haven't found a place that can make dough like this place does. The quality is always the same from Monday to Friday; it never drops. I highly recommend this place if you want some great donuts and pig in the blankets for breakfast. Also, they have a drive-thru that is very fast and convenient for early commuters. The blueberry donut and jalapeno pig in the blanket are my personal favorites.
Update 9/2024: Consistent donut quality has seen a downturn, coupled with pricing now on the level of other fast breakfast stops, makes this place a much more difficult recommendation. Has anyone else been getting doughy, almost like they aren't fully cooked, glazed? (Prev Review: Absolutely fantastic service, price, and donuts. Best plain glazed I've had in a long long time. Great job!)
My family would always buy donuts from here, even up to this day, since I was 8 years old. But today I went to go buy a dozen of Sugar/Glazed paid $13 for it, one of the employees who was taking my order, a Hispanic chubby lady, she was very nice at the beginning but she did not hear me right when I said my order and gave me Chocolate/glazed. When I got my order I checked it and I told her about it and she gave me an attitude and decided to go back and fort with me saying I said chocolate when I said Sugar,
I've been going to this place for more than 10 years. BEST DONUTS IN IRVING, I seriously can't eat any other donuts. Everything is so delicious & so inexpensive, great fresh coffee as well. The staff is always so friendly, they're always smiling even though they've been awake since 2am. Very clean and so cozy. Will definitely be going today! I highly recommend this place, it's always packed for a reason! (:
Once in a while you just need to treat yourself to some donuts! This is a great choice for that. Drive through window service available, or go inside and pick from the display. Fresh, tasty, and fluffy products at great prices. Friendly staff who will tell you about specials and deals. I wish I could go daily, but will settle for a Sunday treat.
Love the donuts and breakfast sandwiches from here. Love the lady that runs this store as well. A very welcoming store that you can come and eat a quick breakfast or order to go from. Always clean and always delicious breakfast items served to your liking. 100/10 for this place.
great donuts been going here since I was a kid as a kid if I was short on change they would let me go home and my mom would come pay them for the rest later they are very nice people I really recommend you coming a trying there donuts. they have a drive through but also have some seating inside! I even got my wheelchair in side with no problem.
I went here for the first time today and I felt rushed into ordering. One of the ladies asked to take my order but then started taking a drive-thru order instead. When paying, the lady took my card, scanned it, handed it back and walked away. I was not sure if she was going to give a receipt or if that was it. They need better communication skills.
Donut holes were good but the egg,cheese sausage biscuit was so processed! It was disgusting..
I bought a half dozen glazed and half dozen chocolate. Also the sausage croissant roles (5) and and egg ham and cheese croissant sandwich. It was 5:00 am. Just getting off of work went home ate the sandwich and a doughnut went to bed woke up 10 AM ate some of the sausage croissants and another couple donuts by 7 PM that night I was throwing up everything had the worst stomach pain, diarrhea like I was very sick from 7 PM until, the next day I was violently ill and ended up in the hospital with food poisonin

This is a great little neighborhood Doughnut shop!! They have very yummy donuts and wonderful sandwiches, tacos & kolaches as well. The family that owns the shop are always super nice and friendly. They even have a drive through which is great when you have a car full of kiddos!

The raspberry filled donut was so good! Very soft, melt in the mouth, breading and plenty of filling. The jalape?o sausage roll was very good too.

It took at least 5 minutes to get service with 5 people working there just standing not doing anything. It seems that service could be better when they were not busy at all.

My absolute favorite donut place in the entire metroplex. Better than Krispee Kreme, even. I highly recommend this establishment, but be prepared to spend a minimum of $3.00 if you're using a card.

Today in the morning I went to the drive thru ,and the young Hispanic lady who was in the window was really rude ,she took the money so aggressively which startled to me ,her attitude was really bad .I have been going to this donut shop for 10 years and I have NEVER been treated this way .And this wasn?t the only time it happen multiple occasions.I hope they could do something about it ,cause I really enjoy this donut shop.
